Lana did follow, hanging close to Kouichi and sheathing her sword for the brief peaceful moments that the large group travelled together. She hadn't said a lot after that battle in the hospital, and somehow at the moment she preferred to keep it that way.
Out of the corner of her eye the tall woman had noticed, despite him not saying anything, the boy shivered. Her eyes kept their hard look to them, always as though she were trying to scare death itself, but inside she felt a significant degree of softness for Kouichi.
It was confusing, but it was also a battle for her to deal with on her own at another time. In the hospital she'd failed to keep her composure and it was only lucky that she didn't die then like she would have. How degrading of a death that would have been. It wasn't going to happen again; she had to keep her wits about her.
Though despite the kind of look she was trying to pass off to the others, she took off her own coat and threw it over Kouichi's shoulders, ignoring any protest he would make, if any.

Jasmine was tired yet, though the rest she'd had so far since the Caribbean battle had started to replenish her energy and magic, which was good news. She'd hoped that it'd be enough for when another battle broke out, especially with both groups together like this.
And the way the tension hung over everyone, she figured it probably wouldn't be long. Jasmine sighed as she found her way close to Andy, though she didn't cling to his side as she had before. She fumbled a bit with her bag strap yet, but at the moment she seemed to have a different air of confidence about her, enough that she seemed to feel safe even someone walked between him and her.
The only thing that bothered her was that dead woman she saw, and the temporary loss of control of her body. How did that happen? Why did it happen? She had to ask someone and she doubted, looking around at the group, that one of these people could tell her. The only one that came to her mind was Profeta as she seemed to know everything but she'd have to wait until they arrived back on Crepsuculum to find her.
Regardless of what was going on inside of her, Jasmine glanced over to Andy. It didn't seem to matter what kind of look he had on his face, she couldn't help but smile when she saw him. She was glad to know he was alright.

Trucido walked out and turned around and glanced to make sure no one was inside, that was not suppose to be there. He shut the gate, and looked at the heroes. "... Bye Bye, everyone. Sumatas, I will locate you when I am done scanning" He said as he hopped on the rooftop and then ran off into the night.

"Dammit!" Yeligar said as he hopped on top of the building. He looked around and there was not the glimpse of the man in the blood red suit.

Kouichi looked up at Lana in surprise, the jacket adding a layer of warmth to his clothes... before he noticed that Lana was barely wearing anything underneath - just a sleevelss midriff shirt. He started to hand the coat back to her.
"You need it more than I do..." he told her.

It certainly was cold. Even moreso without her coat. However when Kouichi went to hand it back to her Lana raised her hand in protest, even pushing it back towards him.
"I move enough to keep warm; this does not bother me," it was only half the truth, but staying warm was the least of Lana's concerns at the moment anyway. She kept her hand firmly on her sword, and watched for any sudden movement the moment Trucido disappeared. If anything strange were to happen, it'd be now.

*Mark growled as Trucido took off, he jumped on the building but Trucido was faster.*
Mark: Trucido, wait! *He yelled holding on his hand as if to grab him even know he was too far.* D-damn...

Volkmar watched as he left the scene. He then realized the current situation. He was weak from the fight, so the sumatas could try to take this time to kill them right now. Volkmar started to back up, getting farther away from the enemy.

Kouichi shook his head.
"You can be way too stubborn for your own good. At least I'm wearing something."
He put the jacket over her shoulders and began to look around, cloth-wrappped nagi still in his hands as he watched the Sumata warily.

It was cold in this place, and Elexa looked around, feeling the bite of that chill. It didn't bother her, though... she stood close to Zelos, and whispered to him, "What is Trucido doing, running off in such a tense situation?"
She warily eyed the heroes.

Alex, coat finally back in place - he'd missed it - stood in the chilly streets of Moscow and shrugged it off. The battle with Miri had changed him, a little bit - something in him told him that he was from this strange world, and had stumbled into Crepusculum somehow, losing his memories in the process. How, when, why... all of those remained a mystery, as did his own strange powers. What had that strange lightning been? Who was this 'Mara' that Miri mentioned? Who was Miri, for that matter, and what had he done to hurt her?
He shook is head, focusing on the task ahead. He scanned the heroes, looking for any who might want to fight. He saw Miri in their ranks, but decided ti would be best not to alert her of his presence.
That guy with the orange hair seems to be itching for a fight, he thought to himself, hand never far from his longsword. And what's up with the Princel b****? She.... why, she looks like she's one of them... interesting...

"I said I'm fine," Lana grumbled but didn't fight Kouichi off this time. She looked around at everyone, waiting, staring down at each other. They were all expecting something to happen. Lana's hand rested on the hilt of her sword and she, too, looked on into the crowd of Sumata and all their familiar faces...though some of them were missing, and probably for the best.
"I suppose if Trucido's gone and ditched us here we should break the ice a bit before our weapons do," Lana calmly spoke out and directed her stare to Elexa, "Lady Elexa, I see you are doing well even with my sudden absence."
Her conversation was casual, almost as though trying to calm everyone--her voice was anything but cheerful, however.

"Why, hello there, Captain Princel," Elexa greeted warmly. "What brings you here? I see you've been traveling separately from the rest of us..."
She looked around, taking in Lana's surroundings.

Kouichi turned around to see one of the Sumata - a black-haired, young-looking woman who smelled of darkness and carried the cold menace of power with her like a cloak - talking with Lana. He walked up beside her, bristling a bit. "Who's this, Lana?" he asked.
