She'd heard it was 'cold' in Ghiaccio. Cold. Not lose-all-your-fingers-and-toes FREEZING! Faey trudged through the town with her shoulders slumped, her arms crossed tightly around her and her teeth chattering, whining aloud to no one in particular about her opinion of the weather. "Who in their sane minds would live here?!? It's flippin' freezing! And what do the locals say? 'Oh, it's a bit chilly.' A bit! If this is only a bit chilly then I feel sorry for the poor soul who has to suffer through a 'cold' day or night! Ugh, I think my foot just fell off! nope it's still there, I just can't feel it 'cause it's too flipping cold!" She continued ranting, not paying attention to the people avoiding her on teh streets like she was a leper.

Faey turned quickly and pretty much tackled him with a hug. "Vaan!" They'd gotten separated just before she ran into Riliath, and she'd missed him a lot.

His strength absorbed her blow, and he hugged her tight, running his fingers trhough her hair.
"I've missed you too, Faey." He smiled. "And Shiluya missed you too!"
FAEYFAEYFAEY Vaan found me I'm glad you're back! spoke the little mind-voice as the shadow spun figure-eights in the air around her head.

Faey grinned and kissed his cheek, then reached a hand up to touch Shiluya. "Calm down Shiluya! Really, you'd think I'd been gone for three months instead of three days!" She laughed softly and shook her head. "What've you two been up to?"

She grinned again and pulled on the cloak he'd given her. "What? Did you think I was all on my own and getting into trouble? Aren't you guys cold though? It's flippin' freezing!"

Shiluya blinked. It is kind of chilly, isn't it?
Vaan smirked, and rolled up the sleeve to his messenger clothes, noting that it was lined with extremely soft, warm fabric.

She scowled at him for a second. "Lucky. Where can I get clothes like that?" Then she grinned again and hugged him hard. "I've really missed you. Now come on, I wanna get out of the cold before my feet fall off."

Faey smiled and hugged him quickly one more time, then stroked Shiluya absentmindedly, who had curled around her arm as she normally did. "Alright!" Hope it's not far... They serve food there too?" She added this last question as her stomach grumbled, reminding her she'd skipped breakfast that morning.

"No... I think there's a nice little shop oer that way." He pointed off down a street in a different direction. "We'll get food first, and then we'll go shopping. You should've een a little more prepared - it is the kingdom of ice."

Faey rolled her eyes and headed off in the direction of of the shop. "You know, preparing requires thinking ahead. That's not exactly one of my strong suits."

Faey grinned, ducking her head blushing. "As if. I'm no where close to perfect." If anyone is, it's you. Even just thinking that made her blush even harder.
