Gensayce nodded slightly "That's why you coat a spear with anything other than water" He smiled slightly "Keeps the wood from getting damp and rotting"
He heard Annabelle announce them leaving and turned to face Kara "She's your friend..." His face was somewhat more serious now although the constant aura of a smile stayed "If you go with her as a man of honour I am bound to royalty so I will be there also..."

Kara watched Jasmine and her grandmother leave, a contemplative expression on her face. "No...I think she's off to do something she has to do alone with her grandmother. I won't intrude on that." She was a bit sad to see her friend depart after just being reunited with her, but that was how it was supposed to be.

Gensayce nodded, what else was he supposed to do? Tell her everything was going to be fine? He didn't believe in false hope, Place a reassuring hand on her shoulder? No that wasn't his place, so he simply nodded "Friends are like... Friends are like the ice you stand near" He tried to get the words right "Some times they seem to fade away or change into something different... But they will always return eventually"

Tempest shook his head. "He left right after I was born. He had wed what my people call an 'air glider,' the people that could do air magic on my continent. That had disgraced his father and he never let anyone speak his name." Tempest just waved his hand in the air in front of him. "I'm looking for a ghost."

Andy has been in Crepusculum for awhile, but he wasn't well versed in all the terms or lands. He gave a shurg and said, "Well, I wish you luck."
He didn't even say bye when Jasmine was leaving, she probably didn't want to even speak to him anymore.

She giggled at his use of a metaphor. It was a simple gesture from him, but sweet and appreciated. "Thank you, I'll be fine. Eventually our paths will cross again. I'll just have to wait patiently for that day."

Andy blinked, wasn't the phrase: fight fire with fire? It didn't matter away, he barely knew this guy and he barely knew him. He just made a half shrug and stood up. Walking over where Kara and Gensayce were.

Gensayce smiled slightly and nodded "Patience is a virtue... One of many which is very difficult when your trying to find a virtuous leader" He shook his head still smiling "Not many people nowadays can take the patience and time to revise and stick to their virtues"

Kara watched Andy as he approached while she amswered Gensayce. "A ruler is only as powerful as the people who follow her. And nobody likes an immoral queen. It goes to stand being virtuous would pay off in the end at the very least."

Andy caught the tail end of her sentence and stood there, letting the two of them walk as he pulled a thing of paper from his pockets. He unfolded it and was looking over it, he would have to tell Kara and Gensayce what it was before they left.

"You are right... to a point, A ruler is only as powerful as the warriors underneath them, but what powerful warrior would go to a weak-hearted leader? This is why virtues are important to a leader" His voice slowly descended in volume as Andy got closer.
