He raised his hand and a portal opened sucking in the snake like lights, if you looked into the portal it would seem endless, because it was. It was the void. Then suddenly another portal opened from behind Annette and Mark sending the same blasts Mark shot out right back at them from behind, two going for Annette why one went for Mark.

Annette watched as the light snakes were sucked into the portal in astonishment. She dropped her gun and quickly turned her arm into its darkness form and defended herself from the returning attack. "Dammit! Why did two have to attack ME?" she thought, squinting her eyes as the blast pushed her back, her feet sliding across the ground.
"Aah, Sir! Are you okay?" she asked, turning her attention to Mark.

*Mark jumped out of the way of his own light spell in surprise, he didn't expect him to use the void to send their own moves back at them. But it didn't bother him because using his own light against him would do as much damage as swinging a flower. He grabbed it and slammed it into the ground making it disappear into the air.*
Mark: I'm fine, but watch out... *he said turning his head back to the Sumata.* I'm sure he's got more up his sleeve then a simple reflect of my spell.

Mark was very much right, they should watch out, as the two started to fight of the light snakes Kuukyo ran up to Mark swinging his blade down right on him hoping to slice him in half.

*Mark managed to block the blade with his own then used his strength to part them then swing back with speed trying to slice his neck.*

He lost his footing when Mark pushed him back and sliced at him, the blade cut right into his chest but not very deep, although deep enough to make blood drip down his chest.
"Damn, you got me..." he said eying his cut, "Too bad for you this will be the last time..."
Suddenly he hit the ground with his blade, blowing a hole into his own castle. His body started to glow bright orange, then suddenly armored appeared out of now where wrapping around his body till he was fully coated in it. Without another word a portal opened again, this time sucking anything around it in and giving Mark and Annette forceful tugs. As this was happening he rushed at Annette hoping to catch her off guard.

Her arm quickly blocked Kuukyo's attack, she pushed Kuukyo away and stepped back. She slammed her arm into the ground, a giant crack to started to form towards Kuukyo.

Kuukyo turned the push into a backwards flip landing on his feet, holding his blade high and got ready to go back for another strike when the cracks started towards him. He was surprised that this girl held enough strength to do this but without another moment he jumped into the air in attempt to dodge her attack, it worked but he wouldn't be able to land with all the cracks so he shifted he jump to another area where the cracks hadn't come to.

*Mark almost lost his own footing from the strike to the ground but regained it and noticed the opening Annette had provided and jumped at him, forming a bright light around his blades and made it so the light was like a chainsaw moving around the blade so it would strike through the armor he had on.*

He landed onto the ground and looked around trying to spot where that girl was before she could do another one of those moves, then Mark came out swinging his light filled blades, he flipped away from them then swung his blade hoping to back off Mark. Although he was horrible overwhelmed with their powerful moves he was handling it well, as long as he kept a cool head he could win this battle.

*Mark took a step back from him just as more doors burst open and soldiers rushed into to their leaders aid, Mark growled at this. He wanted to defeat him before this happened.*
Mark: Annette... put up a barrier right away, a dark barrier. *he raised his hand, plan B just came. He's been planting large balls of light around where they've been and if he really needed to... he would blow this place sky high.* Now!
*He yelled then clenched his fist, everything around them suddenly exploded with light, although he made sure to keep the light away from Annette to give her time to make a barrier.*

"W-what!?" He yelled as the light exploded, killing the soldiers around him as he too was consumed by light, bricks and everything falling around him, "D-damn you heroes..."
He said as the light caught onto him, inflaming his armor, he was being burned.

Annette ran around, dodging attacks from Kuukyo and the blasts of light from Mark. She reached to her rifle and aimed straight to Kuukyo until shouts from Mark distracted her.
"Annette... put up a barrier right away, a dark barrier."
She was puzzled. "A barrier..why?" she muttered to herself as parts of the room started to shine brightly.
"Now!"
Without warning, Annette's arm swirled around her, protecting her from the explosion. She could hear the room around them crumbling.

*Everything seem to fall, burn, die, and for a moment Mark felt something... happiness in the destruction, happiness that he might have just eliminated a Sumata but that soon ended. He then threw up a barrier blocking him from any damage waiting for the explosions to clear. After about 30 seconds it ended and more then half the castle was now crumbled to the ground.*
Mark: Annette!? *He asked breaking his own barrier and looked around, digging desperately in the rubble a dark feeling that he might have killed her, he hoped not.*

"Annette!"
When the castle exploded, Annette found herself buried in debris. Luckily, her barrier protected her from the blast, so she was alive. Just buried under a pile of rocks.
She heard a faint voice above her. "Sir?" she muttered under her breath and began pushing all the rocks off of her. When she reached the surface, she could see Mark digging in a pile of rubble in front of her. "Sir! I'm over here!" she shouted, waving her free arm in the air.
