Alexander closed his eyes and sighed.
"I think...women are the last thing on my mind as of late," he replied slowly, quietly. It wasn't a whole lie, he really didn't want to think about women recently, particularly about the one...it was depressing.
"How about you--err...how is your relationship?" he asked Trucido as he stirred his drink.

"Mine is wonderful. " He said. " So, what is going on in the kingdom?"

Alexander frowned as he answered, "A lot, though nothing worth mentioning. Just life as normal, really. I've been doing more reading lately, though, mostly on some of Santo-Luce's history. How is uh...um...Lilith?"
How boring. At least the soup came relatively quick, which made Alexander happy for a brief moment. He sighed though as he thought about Harumi, and what happened on Earth. Somehow he could almost feel the pain all over again from when Mark beat the crap out of him in Russia.

"Being pissed off every since I had to dance with Mark." He said. "But why are you asking about that? Are you making small talk because you feel like you have to? Alex..." He started to say, but when his food got there, he started to eat.

"Yeah, well at least he didn't kiss you," Alexander grumbled as he shook his head, "I guess I'm just making useless small talk, though. I don't know, I kinda feel lame just sitting around here not...well, having interesting things to say."
He ate very little of his soup before he pushed the bowl to the side; the young king never usually ate a lot anyway. He sighed again.
"Trucido...I'm sorry to say, but...things have been bothering me," Alexander started slowly, "...such as...why is Queen Milicia of Crepusculum attacking? I've heard nothing of her coming to Santo-Luce as of yet, but...I guess what I'm asking is why are there so many people against you, if what you're doing is apparently so good?"
Stepping on eggshells again, he knew it. But he'd risk this one again...

"So many people are against me, because there are many reasons." He said plainly, while finishing off his steak and moved onto the fish, "Some people, do not like it, because they do not like me. They think that I am a snake, while other people, think that my idea has too many loopholes and they think that resisting and defeating me will stop it. Alex, I have worked to hard for my plan to have any loopholes."

Alexander frowned.
"Dad worked hard, too, but that doesn't mean he didn't make mistakes himself," he protested, however quietly so as not to make a scene, "and his influence was great. The people of my country trusted him so much, and he had a wide range of support from people all around. But it seems whenever I mention your name to someone, they cringe or have something negative to say...I can't help it, it makes me worry."
Alexander bit his lip. He didn't want to say what was coming next, but...
"It's recently come to my attention that a lot of my people are scared, Trucido. The Sumata seemed like a good idea at first, because apparently my father spread the word that the joining of this organization would strengthen our country's ties, create valuable allies, as well as provide them a security and comfort that they've always wanted. But the attack on Ignis, and the rumours have shaken them...they want Santo-Luce to pull out of its alliance with the Sumata."
He stared ahead at Trucido while awaiting an answer, clenching his fists on the table tightly. It's not like he didn't want anything to do with Trucido, the man had only ever been nice to him, and had been wanting to help him through his struggles of taking control of his kingdom. This couldn't be ignored, Trucido had been good to him.
But at the same time he had no idea what to tell the citizens of Santo-Luce, who were all becoming increasingly worried for their lives...
"Your answer, Sire?"
Alexander sighed at first, not entirely sure he had an answer to this.
"I can't give an answer at the moment, though reassure them...I promise they will be safe. I will be holding a couple of meetings and will address the kingdom when I have the plan figured out," Alexander responded to Holmes, who replied back with a nod before leaving the room to report back to the worried group who'd shown up for a meeting with their king...
What else could he do? The fate of his kingdom came first, afterall.

"Alex, that attack was with our enemy. I did not see that coming, and that is why we are not leaving Crepusculum again. If anything happen to your kingdom, I would bring my Anti-army to defeat them. Excluding that war, has their been any wars among the members of the Sumatas, Alex?" He asked him as he was finishing up the fish.

Alexander let out a painful sigh as Trucido responded. Trucido failed to see Alexander's point of view.
"Trucido, I don't know nor do I care what happens to the others at the moment. Peoples' lives are in my hands and I'm not about to let a problem that has to do with you determine whether they live or die. I'm going to Crepusculum kingdom and I'm going to meet with Queen Lunestise myself because if I can avoid a war, I will."

"What are you going to say to her, Alex? 'Please do not attack us?' You need to let her what cards you have. I do not want you go into a pointless war, like what Onyx was forced to do. As for me determining who lives and who dies, is not my place. It is yours, but all I can do is help you, if you want my help." He said as the waitress pick up the plates. "You want dessert?"

Alexander frowned. Sadly, he had nothing to offer Milicia in return for her not attacking him. What was he doing to do? He couldn't rat out Trucido on anything, that would result in...well, not so good of an outcome.
He finally sighed in defeat as he answered, "I'm not really feeling the mood for dessert. You can get some if you'd like, though."

"Well, I think that dress is about done, let us go there and check that out." He said as he stood up and paid the bill. "I do recommend the chat with her, I can come and support you, until you enter the room with her."

Alexander shook his head as they paid the bill and headed out the door.
"Nah, I'll look after this myself. I've got to deal with my own problems at some point, right?" he answered as they made their way down the street back towards the seamstress.

"You positive?" He asked "Because I can get some other Sumatas to come with you, if you do not want me there, but if you want to do it by yourself, then it is your choice." They walked in and the lady walked up to them and she said that she was almost done.
