Dagonae had decided to start his voyage in Nerezza. He walked through the ruins of an old village, the streets were littered with rubble and houses lay in ruin. What happened here?... Dagonae thought, as he stopped walking and bent down to examine a pile of rubble. A silver dagger emerged from the pile, extending his arm. He grabbed the dagger and smirked at its comfort in his grip. He heard footsteps and turned his head examining his side. A man walked towards Dagonae. As he got to his feet, Dagonae said "Can I help you?..." The "man's" eyes went wide and it screamed at him, revealing a sharp jagged set of teeth. Stepping back in alarm and drawing his solid steel tomahawks, preparing for battle as 3 other vampires joined the one which started this engagement.

One of the vampires dropped dead in an instant as Akuma appeared beside the man, his longsword in hand and his dark red eyes looking at another of the vampires before turning his head back towards Dagonae "You are not in the best of places right now it seems" he said calmly as the Vampires appeared wary of the new foe "The Knight Of Night!" they hissed, clearly Akuma's reputation preceeded him.

"Something I learned mere seconds ago" Dagonae replied and buried his tomahawk in the lead vampires head then spun around, dodging a vampires attempt at tackling him. When the vampire tried to recover, Dagonae swung his other tomahawk upwards, slicing its head half off.

Akuma chuckled mirthlessly before raising his free hand, breathing a few unheard words his opponents head just exploded, in a mess of brains and chips of skull "Well at least you can hold your own" he said still casual as he walked towards another Vampire, swinging his longsword towards it's head, slicing it clean off his shoulders.

Dagonae smirked. "It's not my first fight..." Releasing his axe that was embedded in the Vampires skull. He jumped and tucked his shoulder in, causing him to corkscrew in mid air. After the second rotation, he swung his arm and embedded the axe in another Vampire then landed in a kneel. Dagonae calmly reached to his sides and drew two daggers, each with a long blade.

"Yes. The message comes across quite clearly it seems" Akuma said as he breathed some more words in an unintelligable language causing one of the vampires to erupt into flames, he then spun a quick one hundred and eighty degrees to slice another vampire across the neck cutting off his breathing "So. What is your name?" he asked as he made a few intricate symbols with his hand then clenching his fast, there was an etheral scream and yet another Vampire's eyes rolled back into his head as he just fell to the floor dead.

"Dagonae, though my friends call me 'D'. . ." A vampire thrusted outwards with its dagger. Dagonae calmly pushed the vampires thrust aside with his left arm and stabbed it in the side of the neck with his dagger. Two vampires remained. "And your name?" Dagonae asked.

"Akuma Shuen, A member of the Royal Guard of Nerezza, although most people call me the Knight Of Night" he faced the two remaining vampires "How conveniant, one for each of us" he eyed up his victim, a burly vampire holding a very rusty very dangerous looking meat cleaver "Hmmm..." Akuma mused, with a dark crackle his sword dissapeared and Akuma set to work moving his hands at almost impossible speeds, deciding this fight needed a bit of spark to it.

Dagonae looked at the other Vampire and made a quick slash across its throat then another in a back hand swing across its stomach. The vampires hands grabbed for both its throat and stomach when it fell to the ground gurgling. Dagonae set about picking up his Tomahawks while Akuma finished the other Vampire.

"Aiar sein mai so" Akuma whispered before punching his fists together, all of a sudden a pair of massive arms ripped upwards from the ground, they were muscled and red covered in scales, each one was about the same height as Akuma, lunging forward they grabbed the screaming vampire before dragging him into the ground which sealed itself up again "Nothing like something from the pits of Hell to end things with a bang" Akuma said closing his eyes and running his fingers across his forehead in a strange sort of symbol before opening his blood red eyes again. "So Dagonae, what are you doing in Nerezza may I ask?"

"I wanted to leave Chalybs and see the world... So far, nothing has changed since I've been here last.... Do bandits and Cut throats still roam?" He asked.

"Not as much as they used to" Akuma breathed stretching his neck out, the sides of his jaw raised in a smile hidden behind his necktie "But I guess I would have something to do with that..." he had certainly earned his reputation, his night time activities were not well known but one of his faviroute hobbies was cutting down the local bandits. "But I do not blame you for leaving Chalybs, a horrible place, just this constant want of war and death... Here we just provide war and death" he gave a small humourless chuckle before he went on "If you truly want to see the world I would suggest somewhere not here, yes you are a capable warrrior but the rest of this clan will not be pleased with you"

"They never span any less than 50 usually, the largest can have up to a few hundred, or so I've heard" He gave a small sniff before smiling again at himself "And I doubt they will do much about me, you are an outsider here, someone who, as harsh as it sounds, will not be missed in Nerezza, as for me? I am a royal guard, their would be repurcussions and the clans know it, here in Nerezza our Queen holds very strong influence over the local vampires among other darker creatures, thanks to certain member of staff"

"Outsider, eh? I guess they don't have any respect for us.... Why doesn't the council just organize a fighting force to remove these vampire clans? Eliminate the threat once and for all.." Dagonae grinned and then chuckled.
