"I cannot undo the Moon's will. Surely you of all people should know that they are more than objects."
Underneath, Elexa was worried... however, she knew there was nothing he could do; indeed, she realized that this may be inportant to the future of the world.
She had heard of the Prophet that brought the heroes to Allorum. She wondered if, perhaps, she should seek her out. It woudl be impossible to find her, however, and no hero would tell her where this great figure lived. Returning her mind to the task at hand, she studied Xisa as he made his reply.

"The moon's will?" He asked her, "You think that you can dictate what the moon's will is? You think that you are that you are so important, that you can call what the moon's will is. The moon is not within your grasp, and you are a fool if you think that it ever was."

Elexa's eyes flashed into blazing life, their light eerie in the moonless Nerezzan night, the exact same color as the ring of light with which the Black Moon shone. In an instant, she was down the steps and in Xisa's face, close enough for him to realize that she wasn't, at that moment, breathing.
"You forget yourself, Xisa!" she hissed. "You come into my throne room seeking truth, then demanding answers; finally you stoop to insult me as the facts are beyond your grasp. I may appear young to you, but I know much of the Black Moon which hovers within our skies. My people are tied to the magic of this dark land, and the Black Moon enhances and helps that magic. Thus, we have a direct link to a moon which you have abandoned for centuries, and now you tell me not to presume to understand Her will?"
She laughed, a harsh sound like the calling of some night bird echoing across her domain.
"Listen well, Xisa! Powerful forces are stirring and aligning, preparing themselves for some great clash on the horizon. I do not presume to know who all the players are, but I may tell you, Lord Trucido is not the least of them. I follow him as truly as any of us do, but I do not trust him. I believe the Moons are awakening for this purpose, although I cannot speak for the White Moon of Ketuluna."

"The moons can only awake when the warriors is there. The moons will only appear when the Moon warrior is present." He said, as he looked her down. His face was still a stone wall, but the tone of his voice change just slightly. "Other than that, not of a lot of people know how to use their rays, but it does know what you and your people feel. There will be a time where you will regret having the moon warrior unlocking the moon. You may appear young or old, I do not care how old or young you are. What I do 'care' about, are my moons, and what have you started."
