Angelus: I guess, it's a bit bright. *His eye reacted oddly to light, Angelus could find out why.* So I guess we should get going?

Angelus: Pick what you want. *He motioned turning his face away from the people in fear of them seeing his eye.*

Kouichi walked in after him, looking around, not seeming to mind that the tattoos on his arms were drawing attention. At one end of the shop was a long spear, bt instead of a short stabbing blade at the end, it was a longer blade, made for stabbing and slashing.
"A naginata," he whispered. He picked it up. It was a hard weapon to learn to use, but he'd used something similar before. "I'll take this, please," he mentioned to the shopkeeper.

Shopkeeper: Nice pick, *he said then checking the price.* I'd be 50 in gold.
*Angelus stepped up and put a small pack of gold down.*
Angelus: Gold is a lot easier to find here then back at Earth.

Kouichi nodded. "I'll bet. Still, naginatas re usually pretty expensive... they're hard to make." He picked up the weapon and walked out of the shop, the familiar weight of the polearm comfortable in his hand. He hadn't forgotten that much in the years it had been since he'd held one.

Kouichi nodded. He readied the weapon, taking a fighting stance that showed he'd used one before.

*Angelus got ready as well as people came running by them and they saw their enemy: A bunch of people came running through the city with swords and lances in their hand.*
Angelus: people killing their own kind. Animals and monsters I get, but people are just crazy... *Angelus sighed as he ran forward stopping a man from killing one of the citizens then tossed him through a building wall.*

Kouichi ran forward, catching a sword on his nagi, then parrying in a slashing sweep that left the man on the ground. Something clenched in his stomach, but he ignored it. He drew back and stabbed another, then pulled the nagi around to slice at several others.

Kouichi continued his deadly 'dance', never speaking, never taunting. His battle-cries were chilling, and he kept blow after blow rainign down. A fierce hatred welled up inside them. How dare they! How dare they attack these people, these people who couldn't even fight back?
You were once the same, a voice inside him whispered. He tried his best to ignore it, taking out more of the soldiers - Will they ever end? he thought - with sweepign strikes that cut down several with a singe stroke.
