"I never said this was to make you a fighter, this can make you be able to defend yourself, but it is fine." He told her as he pulled out two wooden sticks and handed them to the two guys. "Show me what you know."

He took the stick and his gaze shifted between the two people. "Practice on who? You or this girl here?"

"He gave both of us sticks did he not?" Gensayce said taking the piece of raw wood and weighing it in his hand, it was about three quarters the length of his spear which was something he could quite easily use, giving it a few test swings he deftly spun the stick around casually before nodding and turning to the other man and rolling his shoulders "Shall we?"

Gensayce tested the weapons weight before slamming the end against the ground flipping it into the air where he caught it again "Alright, I'm ready" He pointed the stick at his opponent and gave a casual sniff
