"Hello, Kara, it is great to see you again." She said with a smile. "Yes, I met her once in person. She wander up to this cave not too long ago and we talked, Andy." She stood up and walked over and picked up a letter.
"Yeligar, you are the one that thought of this so you can tell them the plan." she said, handing him the letter.

"Ah, yes, the letter." Yeligar said as he cleared out his throat and started to read from the letter.
Dear Mr. Yeligar Maelstrom,
Since you were our former warlord, It would be an honor, if you could attend the Dämmerung Royal ball. You may bring some of your friends to this ball. As you know this is an old tradition, to have this ball. We will see you soon.

"Well, I am going to bring you guys to the ball." Yeligar said "This also means that you guys will need to get, dressed up."

"Heeee...sorry, Kara, I just kind of felt the need to disappear from my mother for a bit..." Jasmine had replied to Kara with a little bit of a giggle. She had returned her attention back to Yeligar and the Prophet, and upon hearing of this ball, her eyes widened with enthusiasm.
"Ohhh...a royal ball? And we'll get to dress up nice and everything? That'd be interesting!"
Jasmine let the excitement get to her, but she then quickly remembered that they would be going as guests of Yeligar's.
Which meant a definite "NO, YOU AREN'T GOING" from her mother. Well, so much for that.
"Uh...m-maybe I'll help you get dressed up and you can go, Kara. I have...too much to do here," she shook her head and gave a small smile, "I'm no expert, but I can do your hair for you, too."

Kara's face scrunched up in protest. "What are you talking about? Of course you're going! It's just for one night, how much could you miss here? Besides, I've been to thousands of balls and they just aren't fun anymore without a friend."

"...A...ball...?" Andy paled, if there was one thing the fierce warrior from Earth didn't like or was even good at was dancing. He scratched the back of his head, if Jasmine wasn't going then did he have to go? Well Kara might go really, and knowing Kara, she'll drag Jasmine with her somehow.
"Aw crap," Andy mumbled softly, yeah he was in trouble.

"But Kara, there is plenty I could do here without going as one of Yeligar's guests...I'm sure my mother could really...use the help..." Jasmine tried very hard, but her tone just didn't sound nearly as sweet as her smile looked. She had tried to put emphasis on a few certain words, desperately hoping Kara would catch on.
She peered over at Andy and frowned--he really didn't look too good, like he was having a few issues himself. "Andy? Is there something wrong?" she found herself asking quietly.

"H-huh?" Andy turned to her, rubbing his neck, wincing because he remember that Kevin hit him there during training. "I'm okay, this ball thing sounds really...something."

Kara smiled, taking the hint. "I'll convince her. And if by some twist of fate I can't I'll just sneak you out." She giggled a bit and then winked at Andy. "You wouldn't want to miss his fumbling on the dance floor Jas."

Jasmine let out a laugh and then covered her mouth with her hand. "Oh, Kara..." she squeaked out through giggles. "I'd never be able to do it on my own, I'm so glad to have a friend like you to help out--which means I'm definitely going to help dress you up! I'll put flowers in your hair and everything!"
Once Jasmine had fully composed herself, she gave Andy a smile and said, "I think Andy will be fine--if my clumsy uncle could, I'm sure Andy will do well. Dancing never required a genius, just the ability to count."

"Ah, I remember the days about not being able to dance." Yeligar said "But as a warlord, it is require to learn how to dance for a ball."
He walked over to Andy "Now, the hard part is that you will need a suit and I can not get you one, so the other three in this cave is going to 'dress you up'" He said jokingly. "No, but the reason I am going to bring you guys is so that you can see the members of the Sumata 13. The ball is in one month and one week, and the days before, during, and after, the party, It was agreed that no battles will be engaged."

Wait, did he say they were actually going to see the members of the Sumata 13? And they would all have to...get along?
Something gave Jasmine a stabbing feeling in the pit of her stomach. She silently nodded at Yeligar, but she didn't like this one bit.
Still, it was a slight chance to go have...fun?
"That would probably be...something to our advantage...now wouldn't it?" she finally spoke.
