Why was she out here again? Alessia questioned herself many times as she stood at the door of Yeligar Maelstrom's house. The reason she was here was incredibly complicated, ever sense she had returned home from the fight with Everto something had been bothering her... it was like an itching feeling in the back of her mind, like something was trying to break free inside of her.
Things had gotten worse, it was like she was oblivious to the world around her. Things would happen around her and she'd just sit there, lost in the thoughts that clouded her head. It scared her, because as time progressed the thoughts had gotten darker and morbid, often she'd wake up in the middle of the night, screaming because of a nightmare she couldn't remember.
She felt like it was only going to get worse if she stayed, so when Roxa left the house she quickly did the same. She wasn't sure what she was going to ask Yeligar, but she needed help.
She raised her hand, took a deep breath and knocked on the door a couple times. "E-Excuse me, Yeligar? P-please open up, it's Alessia!" She held her breath, hoping he'd open up.

He didn't. Gensayce did in his stead.
Opening the door, the ice-eyed warrior at first raised an eyebrow before breaking out into a grin. "Lady Alessia!" He called, pulling her into a brief hug before he ushered her inside towards the others. "What on Allorum are you doing here, it is best if you come inside, evil things are afoot my Lady." Leading her through to the room in which a collection of Ruler and Warriors all sat, discussing the current events, he made sure to sit her down where he had once been. Moving his spear and helmet from before her, he held the headwear under the crook of his left arm and his spear in his right, before standing beside Riliath.
Motioning to Alessia, he said to the others. "Lady Alessia, Fiance of our Leader, Roxa Hiaten."

"Ge-Gen-" She could barely get out his name, the shock she was in was so incredible that her voice sounded like a scared schoolgirl, she could barely get a single word out as he dragged her throughout the house, getting filled with knowledge about the recent events. Finally when Gensayce seated her she looked at everyone, glancing from face to face and in the most awkward way possible she managed to get out a simple: "H-Hello..."
She gulped in a breath of air and tried to smile, thinking of a quick excuse by using the knowledge that was provided, "I, um, heard the commotion and decided to see what was going on. Yeah...."

"Oh hello Alessia." Yeligar said, as he saw the former saint, "It seems we have a new global thread upon us again." He stood up, and offered his seat to her, "But if you want to sit down, you may."

Aya bowed in return to Xiza before he rose his head, smiling and closing his eyes. "I appreciate your agreeance on my looking into the machines, King Nerat. Ramirez, we will find what we can using diagrams and effective crafting to bypass or recreate the system, in order to study it. The faster we go, the better equipped the others will be should we not recover a deactivated one."
Upon Gensayce and Riliath, Aya agreed, "I've worked with them personally. Their speed and fighting abilities are beyond optimal. They are candidates for any job they should be required for. I'll lend anything I need to for your operations at home, okay?"
He saw Alessia come in, a pang of guilt hit him- the very woman who had, years ago nearly killed him with a ton of energy, all the way to a friend he looked after for Roxa when he could: a friend of Nia, now a Fiancé of Roxa.
Life was moving fast.
"Mi'Lady, I appreciate seeing you, and I don't wish to come off as rude, but I must go and see my kingdom, I need to talk with you as well sometime. Everyone in the kingdoms will be invited of course."
He started to walk by, "...and I hope the marriage is sooner rather than later."
Aya smiled, then motioned to Ramirez- he knew exactly what would be going on in the meeting and wanted to move quick.

Ramirez nodded, and then followed King Invargas out of the room, "So, where are we heading, King Invargas?" Ramirez asked as he made sure he had everything in his satchel.

Lamuria stood, taking Alessia's hand and giving a gracious bow. "I welcome you to my kingdom, fair lady," he said with a smile. "Forgive us for overwhelming you like this; I'm sure you have questions about what Gensayce explained to you."

Aya smiled at Ramirez, as he bowed to everyone in the room with a moment of silence, and walked out, allowing Ramirez out first- "To the kingdom of advanced technology and autonomous life, Chalybs. It'll take us...two days at most. A day if you're quick."
He put his hands in his pockets, and started walking- the meeting was done for him now, because anything more that he could do, would have to wait until later.

Alessia gave a weak smile to Aya, she was clearly distressed about something. She thanked him and wished him well before he left, turning back to the rest of the group.
She was silent for a moment, remembering back to what she was told.
"The people responsible for this, do you know where they are going?" She questioned while glancing from person to person. The reason why she was here was not to chase down this group and play hero, but it appeared she had just been sucked into it... might as well learn what she could.

"Andy!" Navarre was shouting, looking for Andy after he abandoned Navarre. "Andy! Where are you?!" He finally got out of the woods, and saw the destroyed town and the mana well. "ANDY! CRIKEY DID YOU DO THIS?!" He said as he pulled out his club sword, in case he was attacked.

"Actually, yes." Yeligar said, as he grabbed in one of his pockets, "One of the enemies dropped this map of Allorum, they have marks where I believe are going to strike next... However it is only a half of a map." He pulled it out, showing a ripped piece of paper. It showed the western kingdoms, with an X mark on Vuoto, a part of Alberisato, then there was one on Roccia.
"It appears their next target is in Roccia, near the edge of Quemadura." Yeligar said, "However, since this team has portal abilities, they might have already been there, and activated it. Still, going there might led to clues about them."
He looked over at Riliath and Gensayce, "You two are the fastest riders, so you two will need to scout ahead. I will try to get a team together, and we will meet you there. If that is ok with you two." He forgot they didn't work under him, but under Roxa.

Both Gensayce and Riliath looked somewhat shocked, but then a huge grin broke across the Ice Wolf's face as he looked at Riliath and then held out his palm. Riliath reached inside his breastplate and pulled out a small bag of gold, dropping it into Gensayce's hand with a small grumble. The words 'you win' we're definitely in there somewhere. Gensayce's smile widened as he slipped the purse into his own breastplate before tucking his hear into his helmet and putting it on his head. "Told you not to bet against him." He said, his voice taking a metallic tint as he chuckled. Spears in hand, the pair headed for the door. Just before he stepped outside, Gensayce turned to Alessia and raised the visor of his helmet with a smile.
"Will you not accompany us, Lady Alessia..?" He asked "Kasai is a big warhorse, despite Riliath's size, I'm sure you could both fit in the saddle with little discomfort."

She looked up at Gensayce and Riliath before nodding, "I would very much like that." It wasn't her original plan, but who knows, perhaps in their journey things will become more clear to her. How? Eh, she'll cross that bridge when the time comes.
She took Riliath's hand before being pulled up onto the horse, "I hope you do not mind me riding along with you Riliath?"

"Not at all, my Lady!" He said as he positioned her in front of him, keeping the reigns in his hand he gave a deep chuckle as he nodded at Gensayce who was mounting Dilu and face ahead, giving Kasai's reigns a brief tug, the horse snorted, understanding that they were setting off soon.
"Hold on tight, my Lady." He said giving the warhorse a kick in the side. "Yah!" He roared, and with a loud whinny, they were off.

Andy turned to Navarre and frowned, "You're late for the party Navarre, no, I didn't do this. But we're about to find out who and what did."
He turned to Yeligar and walked to him, "You know...we could always ask Juno. She's now controlling that giant station orbiting Allorum, she made the offer to have it serve as our home base for when we need it."
He reached into his pocket and pulled out a ring with three lunar stones, "All we need to do is signal her, she could get us to where we need to go."
