So. Ive played both L4D 2 and MW 2 for..the hell of it.
Left 4 dead 2. Great. I like it a lot. One. Just One complaint: Two people playing is Major fail. I find myself playing with my girlfriend, and then this ALWAYS happens. Players: *rush ahead of the NPC's* NPC's: OH GOD. OH GOD! UHM. ILL FOLLOW *Him. Or. Her.* So if you play alone; you're fine. Play with 3 people, you're fine, 4 people, you're perfect; 2 and 2? Ah damn it.
So whoever they follow: in example: Him. Her: *in the middle of a horde while three others are a bit too far when a charge-
THE CHARGER. Always gets me. Every other special I can easily take out. But the Charger has his ways to always get me. Does he just hate Nick? D:
And Modern Warfare 2.
Yeah. Good story. Epic little ending bit.
But let me be honest. I started out on Veteran. It was rather boring. I found myself just easily getting through; the skills required just..weren't there. Like Even in cases like the impossible to survive Russian house front with the DSM module.(Just saying it that generally to avoid any major spoilers) I just placed some claymores inside. Sat next to Scarecrow. And basically replaced the clays and shot whenever I had to, but if it got too heavy, grenade launcher.
No deaths.
It just wasn't as cool as the first one for me; and the gut wrenching moments like the white house on fire. Im American, and ALL i could think was: Oh no! The british are here! Get the Washington portait off the wall and run!!
It was more comedic, and really, let's be honest.
Riot shield rapes all in campaign mode. |DDD
Online mode though? A. Maze. Ing.
Im on the PS3 server but I have both versions of the game: Girlfriend has a 360, I have a PS3. And its really nice transitioning between the two.
..Yeah im done raving.
Just saying my general feelings.
Any counter comments? |D

Well I almost fully agree, I loved the story but I did feel that at some points the game was way to easy. Short too. But I still think the plot was movie like. I'm not going to get into how I felt about seeing the White House burning ((I just finished telling about it on another thread)). I too play on the PS3 and I love online, as much as I loved WaW ((Call of Duty World at War)) , although I do like WaW Nazi Zombies better then Spec Ops. Anyway getting off that. I myself can't wait for the third, but I see us waiting awhile for they're making a new Call of Duty but in Vietnam... oh I see WaW brutality coming back.
I've seen L4D 2 myself and as fun as it looked I didn't play it. I watched my friend though, it look incredibly well made... but with no plot, which I like a good game, good levels and a good plot.
That's my opinion anyway.

Oh yeah. Game was WAYY too short. And the Spec Op's. Sadly. I find harder than the game. Like. Veteran Assault in the First Alpha area: That would have been epic to have included in the game for fun. They even give it an awesome soundtrack.]
And did you feel the more gut wrenching parts in WaW? Like I was sad to see that one guy in the first level fall prey to a rope trap. No mercy. And the next one will come out. Probably. For this or next Christmas. XD;. Just to get the major boost sales. But just call me a father of cynicism at times.
Online mode though. Noticably, they reverse the pattern.
Good players strategize and work their way to their goal with teamwork and such. Bad players don't, and sit around, waiting for people and pick them off by themselves.
In this game, apparently, good players camp and wait, bad players try to be smart and end up dying cause the entire enemy force is camping. XD;;. Go figure. But you get used to it.
And Left 4 Dead 2. It is nice, and they actually did try to put in a story as if you know they're immune, and its just a battle that's linked together chapter wise; but it's loose. I think it was more of a service toward people who just like to kill things. But not so harsh as to relive the Postal game days. *shudders*
Great games though. I mean. I play new games every week to keep my time and such. Sadly I'm still only 40 online mode cause Ive been doing the other two modes more to try and max out the percentages and complete them 100 percent..cause..Im a loser. |D

One thing - the very first gun is the best in online mode, really, it has next to no pull back to it so it can be used at far range. Put on stopping power, last stand and a heartbeat censer and you'll have yourself a nuke ((I just cooked off my first one in that game last week ;D )) But as the guns progress they start getting horrible pull backs, the AK-47 has a very bad pull back to it so I only use it sometimes and it's the last gun you get. As for teamwork I totally agree, and I had considered getting a mic but I was convinced out of it by running into people who use the F word in EVERY sentence. But yes, I noticed you have far more luck camping ((despite people hating you for it)) . Unless you can find a way behind them then you're golden ;D The next one will apparently come out November this year, that's stretching it if you ask me though. But as for the gut wrenching moments I think it was sad to see *cough* two certain people get... *cough* well... torched. But certainly WaW had some intensely brutal and sad scenes that make me glad they took out the brutality in Modern warfare 2.

At this rate we can officially review these games. |D
But in actuality: I agree. I myself use a Scar with a Silencer/Heartbeat. as my Ninja weapon to kill people, and cause..well. I can. Dual G17s. Spray and Prey. Bling/Stopping/Scrambler.
Im weird. I like using the odd end stuff.
And you know, also the fact that the Pave low is the most overused Killstreak. I find myself making a special class just to suicide and get it right away by using explosive weapons.
Its saddening really. X.x;
And also, Call of Duty MW1 had a lot more variety in the maps..I think. Oh And MW2. Third person. I despise it so much. x.x;. It's just so odd and weird to use.
And I know exactly who you mean. That was probably the part that got the most to me over any part. Not even cause what happened, but more cause I felt my efforts wasted. ^^;. Thats as far as I'll go into that.
We'll see what IW can do, I mean, thats pushing it. Im gonna call they'll push it back to december 24th. |D

Ninja perk = my worst enemy sense I use the Heartbeat way to much. It's very helpful though on Demolition ((they totally redid that mode, I find it incredibly fun)) and Capture the Flag.
I was going to say Predator Missiles are the overused. Gha. It can really ruin a killstreak. Harrier Strike and Pave lows are incredibly useful for getting the AC-130 or Chopper Gunner.
BTW: Did you know for COD4 there was supposed to be levels where you fought as a Russian against other Russians? And there was supposed to be another level as Marines? Go figure.

*facepalm* I'll tell you the annoying one for me: its people who use Scavenger, Sitrep, and Cold Blooded and are camping snipers.
You sit there, hoping they ran out of claymores; but they find more. They hear your footsteps, they are invisible to you without proper detection modules.
...My life.
XD;
And Really? COD 4 would have been awesome with that kinda thing actually. o-o; But that ending, for COD MW.. Found it to be slightly better than the one for COD MW 2. |D;;
But Im surprised. Cause Using scrambler makes Heartbeats get all haywire too. Albeit, Since IM using one; ill know where you are, most people dont do that and get killed using scrambler and wonder why. O-o;;
Oh. And Predators.
I love using them. XDD;;. But here's for me, I always stay near doorways and such. Then I hear it coming and I go: OH GOD GOTTA BOLT. *dodge jump behind a box and hope*

Scrambler, Ninja, Cold Blood are all my worst enemies.
When it comes to Predators Missiles you run to hiding or if you're not near one you get down and hope they go for some other poor, poor victims. Camping snipers are really annoying, especially when they have those Thermal vision, there is NO hiding from them. *cries.*
But you said you use PSN? Good to know I finally meet someone on this site who uses PSN. I was starting to get worried I was the only one.

Yeah. I tend to notice that if there's a group of people and Me alone with a missle coming...the missle finds its way to me. *shakes fists at the God missle*
And I'm a weirdo with those perks. I really wanna try Army of One to combine all my killing weapons so I can easily switch between them without suiciding once I run out of weapons(I HATE using other people's modded weapons. They're all so foreign and weird. Like an ak47 with FMJ and a heartbeat sensor but no scope. Accuracy for the lose!
But yeah, I do use PSN. I like the idea of free internet versus paying for my phone at home AND Xbox money. TT;
I'll add you and we can play a match...either late tonight or tomorrow afternoon. XD; Since Im bored and have days off. *thank goodness*

Well I can't stay up to much longer but my PSN is markangelusfri I know not original but all the cool names were taken.
Army of One has a waiting period, like planting a bomb in demolition. So in that thought it's not good in the heat of the battle.

Gotttcha. I'll be on with Mgnightmare. (Whoo aim name) And Army of One will be worth it. For example, using a full demolitions load, I can regenerate it a lot, and provide support, and ..etc etc.
I'll find a way to make it work. TT. ..Like planting c4 on claymores to power them up.
