The Saints Strike

[A.B.A.]

A.B.A. approached from behind Alessia, watching the chaos unfold as the Heroes and Saints clashed violently all around. The dark undead beasts had Harumi surrounded from all sides, making the girl untouchable. At least, for now it did. Her eyes meant with her solar powered ally for a brief moment and she understood what needed to be done. Whirling Paracelsus around she shifted it into a tower shield and polearm. "Get yourself ready Alessia, I shall hold them off."

[Volkmar Gamlxltoe]

Volk looked over and saw Bart's sword coming over at him. He swung his sword and hit it into the ground. He then looked around and shouted, "Who is the strongest with the blade? I do not want waste time with the weak." He looked around. "And I will fight everyone until I find that one..." He looked at Alessia and pointed his sword at him. "YOU! Tell me the strongest with a sword. Or I will kill you on the spot."

Ayalan growled as he heard the familiar voice, and popped out, still injured all over, and he rushed into the fray, with a crossbow aimed at A.B.A and Alessia: it was all he had for the moment.

"Now we don't need to spill ALL This blood because you are all being over zealous..."

[A.B.A.]

A.B.A. shifted over to block Volkmar's path, her polearm pointed in his direction. Suddenly she turned to see the glistening point of a crossbow bolt aimed right for her and Alessia. Looking between the two frantically her shield stood at the ready to block the bolt while her weapon remained trained on Volkmar.

"We need not spill a drop of blood. Give us the girl peacefully and we will not need to fight any longer. Of course if you choose to further antagonize us then the fallen shall rest on your hands." A.B.A. stern, cold voice warned the two heroes.

Jasmine continued to glance around at the whole scene, trying to find a place in it...uh...somehow. She had to focus and figure out where she was needed and where--her first priority was to protect Harumi of course and hopefully those beasts would do only the best job at that. She also needed to keep an eye out for any injuries, and remember to have to fight in the odd instance someone attacked her.

Spending too much time thinking, the girl never really saw the ever-creeping attack from Grey come at her or the others. Jasmine wasn't used to having to use all of her senses in battle like a real warrior. Her only focus was watching everyone.

[Kain Angelo]

"Leave her alone..." A voice answered from behind Volkmar as Kain approached him with his blade drawn. "I'm going to give you a choice, battle me, or battle Everto. Whichever way you pick your blood thirst shall be clenched by your own blood."

He eyed the wild demons guarding Harumi and frowned, he might have to leave this to Everto ((who wasn't too far behind him)) so he could take care of those things...

[Volkmar Gamlxltoe]

"Hmm, I fought and you seem to like flipping though weapons. MAKE UP YOUR MIND!" He shouted to him, as he turned around. "Give me Everto. I need the strongest with the sword, and if you say that he is, then let me see that."

[Alessia]

Her eyes darted between the two Heroes, thankfully A.B.A. had now engaged the one hero why Kain had appeared in time to handle the other annoying Hero which she remember his name as Volkmar.

"Thank you," she nodded to the two of them as she quickly took a couple steps back till she was a good distance away and the sun was shinning brightly onto her back. She took in a breath then started a graceful dance and with every turn she did more energy formed around her and seemed to dance along with her. At this point her body was bright with energy so much that the grass below her started to burn. It wouldn't be too long till she could attack.

[Kain Angelo]

Kain smiled as Volkmar, "As you wish. Everto!" Kain called with authority, "Take out this one, do it fast please. We can not sit here battling forever."

Kain then warped away planning his attack against those beasts.

[Aya Dauzi Invargas]

Ayalan growled aloud, "Coward!"

It was the only words he had, and he took a shot at A.B.A's shield, so that it would skim off the edge and perhaps hit someone On the Saints side, as he stood next to Volkmar, "Best we do something about this then eh? I suggest the plan of decoy. Very soon."

[Volkmar Gamlxltoe]

"I am fighting Everto." He said, "But your decoy idea could work. Sorry, but as a mercenary, I need to fight the strongest. If it won't interfere, then I will get help ya."

[Tidus]

Tidus saw Andy dodge Grey's attack and launch his own at him, Tidus drew Brotherhood and looked around for a Saint who was open to get Harumi. He saw Roxa and ran to him, leaping off the canyon wall and into the air, drawing his blitzball and kicking it at Roxa. His famous Jecht Shot, if the hit connected Tidus would be able to launch a string of throws followed by one powerful one.

[Kouichi - Yami No Kuro Raion]

The black lion, who had retreated from it's attack as soon as Alessia had sent the bolts at its rider - and taken the overeager hero with it - loked at Aya.

{{Decoy? Kouji and I might be able to help you with that.}}

"As soon as you let go of my jacket?"

The lion - evidently the owner of the mental 'voice' - let go of Kouji's jacket.

[Aya Dauzi Invargas]

Ayalan opened his eyes as he looked around for a second; he decided he had no choice but to trust the voice, as he nodded.

'..Fine. We'll meet up somewhere, but for now, we need to protect this girl, we already lost someone to the Saints and we're not doing it again.'

He patted Volk's shoulder, and showed him his Mercenary tattoo on the side of his neck with a click of his tongue, "Right back at you. I'll do what I can."

He backed up toward the lions , aiming his crossbow at A.B.A and Alessia again, with his magic aimed toward where Kain had once been, waiting. Hoping this whole thing would work and that his own sacrifice wouldn't be in vain if it came down to it.

[Kouichi - Yami No Kuro Raion]

The lion looked at Aya, then nodded.

And witht he last word, a terrible roar echoed once again across the battlefield.
