YouTube Malfunctioning

For some reason, YouTube is acting very slow for me. It is also not displaying videos or the website correctly. I updated my Flash player, and it worked... until I closed the thing. Updating Flash again did nothing. Then I updated Shockwave, which worked... until I closed the window. Then updating Shockwave again did nothing. I'm running out of options.

Am I the only one having this issue?!?!

You think that's bad; I couldn't even get the page to load, let alone the movies to play.

I think it's probably the site. It's been giving me problems for a while now, though it's starting to get a bit better for me.
