The next half a day was a real blur to Alexander...probably because he spent most of it passed out after getting a good ol' punch in the head from Mr. Andy Jammer for sucking at his apparent girlfriend's face.
He'd awoken at some point during the late afternoon and had been in a slight daze the whole time as the Sumata gathered themselves back together. He hung on the arm of his faithful captain (keeping note in his head that he should probably do something extremely nice for the guy the moment they got back to Santo-Luce; it seemed this Earth trip was causing poor Alex a lot of hell having to babysit his king all the time) and wandered off occasionally from the group, never really realizing where he'd been going but insisted he was in the right direction.
Yes, annoying this would have probably have been. Except for where, let's make a long story short, the stupid young king managed to stumble upon not only something he exclaimed would be 'fun', but also held the very relic that the Sumata were looking for on Earth, right here in Moscow.
....In a dancing contest...as the grand prize.
What did the rest of the Sumata think? Well, they didn't have a chance to really complain, some of the heroes had managed to follow along despite all attempts to lose them. Both groups then had been faced with the question of...what the hell do we do?
Go in and try taking it, not only causing trouble with the folks on Earth but starting a giant war in the middle of the theatre?
Or act cool and like they should have kind of belonged there and...win the relic fairly? Probably with epic battling afterward?
This could have gone in many ways. Alexander voted for no fighting and for everyone to play fairly.
As for what everyone else thought...
