*Right into the snow it went, burning it and snapping the earth it hit. Mark then blinked, what happened? He didn't care, he collapsed onto the ground, nothing but snow to comfort him as he cried into his hands.*
Heheh, look at you weep... it makes me happy *the voice rang out into his mind.* You don't expect you actually defeat Trucido with the mindset you have? No, you have to be brutal, relentless, when they ask for mercy you snap their bones! Become who you once were![/i]
*Mark listened, more and more his words seemed to make better sense, the old him would have brought down the place right away, the old him would have forgone his friends and battled alone.*
Mark: ...fine... *he said sitting up, slipping off what was left of his white shirt.* I'll bring back the old me...
*Through his back came his two white wings, followed by five others adding to a total of seven white wings on his back, his teeth grew fang like, his eyes cat like, his face grew a blank expression. The ground shook, as the archangel have spread his wings.*
Mark: Trucido... I'm coming for you.... *he growled, burning rage and sadness keeping his body warm despite the freezing temperatures.*

"Ok, since Dancing was a way to attract mates, I will let you teach me then, to let the Sumatas succeeds. " He said as he walked out of the bathroom. He stuck out like the moon in the sky.

Elexa watched what happened with worry in her thoughts as she felt, rather than saw, a great power rise up over the land.
Something was wrong, she knew it.

Miri, however, went dead pale as the energy swept over her senses, so in tune with her world's. She staggered slightly, shock running ice-cold through her veins.
"Something's coming!"
She didn't know who would hear her, but she hoped someone would.

Alex himself heard her as he felt it too, more clearly than anything he'd ever felt before, as if the world itself were screaming out a warning to him as the power flooded his senses. It was such an intense feeling he almost hit the ground, and, forgetting his fears, he let his coat slide to the floor, his wings flaring with his alarm. Luckily, he was backstage still, only in view of the other Heroes and Sumata still back there.

*Angelus cringed at the power, closing his eyes he muttered out one word.*
Angelus: ...Shit... *he started to track the power, it was far away. It would take awhile for him to reach them, so he opened his eyes and watched the crowed, waiting for the next dance to come... they had time.*

Zelos felt the rush of power and his eyes narrowed, Trucido you fool... your over confidence is your weakness. And will most certainly be your downfall.
He turned his eyes to where Elexa went and frowned, he had a bad feeling about something.

Seigmand could only watch solemnly as the affair played out. He shook his head in disgust as Mark was sent away by the strange cloth. The surrounding crowd seemed perplexed by the entire performance, all unsure of what had happened. Yet as Mark vanished they hesitated before a few unsure claps became a steady applause of the spectacle.
Mark, you poor hypocrite. If revenge was what you wanted, I could have guided you.
And while the announcer stammered away, trying to resume the festivities Seigmand held more interest in the looks of worry upon many of his allies and enemies. He could not sense what they sensed, but he could tell that something unseen was happening and it set him at unease. No doubt it likely concerned Mark, but he tried to put it behind him for now. He knew when the time came, there'd be only one man in true danger.

Miri watched the others as the pressure eased up, or, rather, as the Earth's initial outcry waned and all she felt was the power, which was probably rather far away.
She saw Alex's distress, his wings unfolding behind him, and realized that he must've had them out all this time, just hidden from the eyes of the world. Doubt seemed to wash over her mind.
Maybe he really didn't remember anything.
"Are... you alright?" she asked him.

He looked up at the strange, black-haired girl who he'd fought, who hated him so much... the one named Miri.
"Yeah... I'm fine. Why do you care, seeing as you hate me so much?" He straightened up, casually flicking back his hair.

She felt the stinging bite of his words again, and the feeling was so familiar, bringing her back to happier days, three years ago...
"Come on, Alex, it'll be funnn...." she begged him, using the look that always got her everywhere with her parents and friends alike.
He glared at her. "Whyever would it be considered fun to go to a stupid amusement park with a guy who hates my guts?"
She sighed at him, exasperated. Why did he always have to be so stubborn...
It was the same Alex, all right, memory or not, and she felt that familiar urge to strangle him welling up in her again. Shaking her head, she replied, "I'm sorry for what happened earlier... I had no right to tell you you were lying to me about your memory."

He noticed that she was telling the truth, but his usual surprise was dampened by the strength of what he'd felt earlier. It was as if he'd heard the Earth itself cry out... but that was impossible. First of all, the planet wasn't sentient, and second, he was from Santo-Luce in the world of Crepusculum.... right?
He shook his head to clear it, but made it look like he was negating Miri's statement.
"It's no real problem... whatever the guy I look like did to you, it must've been bad... but in apology, would you care to grace me with a dance?"
He bowed with a flourish, more charming than ever, and extended a hand.

It was as though he'd stepped straight out of the past to charm her again. His strange wings were folded behind him, but remained, a testament to Mara's dark power mixing with his own. She shuddered imperceptibly. He still didn't remember, but it was just like him to accept everything she'd said as a misunderstanding, believing that he himself could never have done to her what someone obviously had. His persuasive efforts were something he'd picked up from her, she thought, saddened and yet heartened by his lack of memory.
Her own memory continued.
She sighed. "Alan doesn't hate you, Alex... he's just..."
"A rude, obnoxious twat who doesn't know when to back off and leave anyone alone, especially a girl."
She got a mischievous look on her face. "Why don't you come and protect me from him then? And you can take me on all the rides he hates."
Grudgingly, he nodded. "Fine, fine... whatever. You're the boss, oh Great Earthguard Miri Raider."
Laughing, she curtsied. "Thank you, oh my dear friend Alex Darkend."
He smiled. "Would you grace me with your accompaniment on this jouney to the bus stop, then, milady? So we may meet up with this horried man Alan Carter and prove to him your disinterest."
He held out his hand to her, bowing with a flourish...
As she had in that previous time, she took his hand, although reluctantly. None of that reluctance was evident in her voice, however, when she spoke to him.
"I would be honored, Milord Captain."

He grinned back. "Then so shall it be, Milady Guard."
His sense of timing was good, as the announcer announced his name.
"I'm not sure what dances you know," he whispered to her, "but I'm sure you and I can come up with something on our own... and we'll decide later which of us gets the prize."
He'd chosen a song for himself to dance to on recommendation of several teenagers he'd accidentally stumbled into earlier. It had sounded familiar to him, and the lyrics felt... right, somehow. Now, as he led her onto the floor, the speakers began playing the heavy bass and guitar of the beautiful, haunting rock ballad he'd picked...

He pulled her out onto the floor as that song began playing... it had been one of their favorites, and it somehow fit their situation... or she hoped it did. She felt herself bing pulled into motion by the song, fitting her movements to its rhythms. She saw, or perceived, him doing the same, and then they wove the two dances together. THey'd both had th same sense of hythm, back when they'd been partners, she thought sadly. They read off each others' cues and the story from the song wove itself through their movements.
