I stand at the large double doors that lead to the inside of Sir Damnedblood's lair, waiting for some time, but regardless of how much I knock, it seems no one takes notice of my presence, something that quickly begins to grate on my nerves. Fed up with taking the patient route, I throw the large doors open and enter the manor unannounced.
"What a shoddy manor," I snarl to myself, still festering in my less then pleasant mood. "Not even a servent in sight. Is this how you treat all your guests Damnedblood, or is it just the Sumata that you take due diligence to ignore?" I shout, my voice echoing through the seemingly empty halls of his domain. Waiting impatiently, I pull my watch out of my suit pocket and stare at it, my attention focusing on each small tick that the second hand counts so rhythmically.

"Oh ho! You better fix this door." A voice said as he walked into the building. "Most people leave, and leave a note." He walked into the empty building, and looked around, "So, I assume you want something or do you like breaking other people doors?"

"It seems you have time to complain about a broken door, but no time to destroy the world Damnedblood. Are you so simply amused by whining about trivialities that your machinations you so often brag about need not be fulfilled," I retort back with due spite. "I joined your little group with the promise of death, chaos, anarchy and what have you provided? A wait, a long extend hiatus. That's what you've given me and I'm beginning to grow tired of it."
I slap my watch closed and stuff it back in my suit with an angered haste. "I've had to resort to my own kind of "fun" just to try and keep myself entertained enough over this span of time you've forced me to endure. So, Damnedblood, you have asked for my assistance in your quest, but I find myself wondering why I joined, perhaps you can enlighten me as to why I should stay?" I say with a bitter tone as I rap my fingers on a nearby table.

Trucido looked at him and said, "Look, there is some stuff I have to complete before the destruction of the world, and if skip those steps, then our plans will never be fully completed." He walked around, while sliding his fingers on the wall "Now I am going to tell you want I told Scarth. If you make me skip the steps beforehand, I am going to get angry, and then I will use your corpse for an example. I have been waiting for over 600 years, so you can wait for a little bit longer."

"You would threaten a Necromancer with death? Do you honestly think a master of the undead, such as myself, would be so fearful as to loose this vessel of flesh and bone?" I inquire rhetorically and laugh. "I'm afraid intimidation tactics are a weak means of persuasion against me Damnedblood, so once again, I ask you why is it that I should stay with you?"
I gaze at him intently as the rhythmic tapping of my fingers slowly quiets. My mind races as to what option I have in this conversation and how I can get things to work out for the best. After a few moments of contemplation and pondering various scenarios, I grin and adjust my hat ever so slightly.
"I've got a fun idea Trucido, something that will allow us both to get what we want. I know for a fact that you need all the help you can get, what with our groups disparaging inability to kill these interlopers, so you need me, but why is it that I need you? What's say we make a mutual need to keep each other around. I want a place to stay, somewhere where I can perform my experiments, and I'm sure you can scrounge up some room around this rather large place you have here," I begin as I spread my arms to signify the manors wealth of space. "Ahh, but what's the condition, he asks?" I quip as I turn my attention back to Damndblood. "Simple, you fulfill this simple wish of mine, and I'll be too busy to say...how to put it...jump to this next step and ruin your precious plan," I remark with a snide grin. "And before you get any ideas about forcefully stifling this offer, know that if you kill me, it will only make your failure all the more certain. So Damnedblood, what are your thoughts?"

"Failure? Hah, do your research." Trucido said as he looked at him, "Do you think that you make the gods quiver in fear, with every step you take? No, so don't walk in here thinking that you can run the show, because that will be your final act. I believe you were the one that wanted to join, so if you are bored, you should fine away to have some fun without it ruining my plans." He then looked at his manor, and said, "I could use someone to look over some of my manor, and if that will get you to quit you complaining on having to wait, I could let you use a room on this floor for a fee. Also, this room, the hallway, the room that you get, and of course the grand hall, is all you get to use. Understand?"

I smirk, my mood become more and more pleased as the conversation continues. "A wise choice, Damnedblood," I mention in regards to him accepting my deal. "As for your comment about my "final act" though, I'm the composer of my story and I shall be the one deciding when the final note plays. I've only just begun conducting this protocolar score, and by the time I reach the denouement, the earth, heavens and everything else within my reach shall fear me!"
Sliding my watch from my pocket, I gander at it quickly and turn my attention back to Damnedblood. "Well, this has been a productive conversation, but I suspect we both have important things to do, so if you'll excuse me, I need to get a few things ready."
With a swipe of my hand, several glowing green pits erupt from the floor just outside the manor entrance, each one offering up a skeletal servant, ready to do my bidding. I state my demands and quickly send my minions on their way to do as I've requested before I turn back to Damnedblood with an eerily pleasant smile on my face. "Before you leave Damndeblood, I just wanted to say that this has been fun and that we should do it again sometime," I mention with a formal bow before I take off into the open depths of the manor to examine just what I've been giving to work with.

Trucido looked at him and snapped his fingers, and the doors to the other rooms were then sealed off. "Remember, all of the other rooms and floors are off limits." Trucido said, as he turned around and walked to the basement area, the grand hall where the Sumatas hold their meetings.
