"Holy--!!" Lana fell backwards just as Volkmar's blades came sweeping right by her face - she was sharply nicked on the cheek by the blade, and as she got back to her feet, she watched Ludro and Volkmar battle.
"Yeah, who sent you and who the hell are you?!" she couldn't help but add in with Ludro's question, and she grabbed her sword from the ground and readied herself with it - she was going to try it again, apparently.

"I was sent by ME!" He said as he pushed Lurdo back and grabbed him to throw him. As he let go of him, Volk had a piece of paper in his hand. He placed it in his boot and then ran to Lana.

Lana's eyes widened at this guy's incredible strength.
'Holy CRAP. Ludro's built like a tank and he just tossed him like he was nothing!'
Honestly, now she was hoping that this was the booze thinking for her. But was it this time? No, it most definitely wasn't. Funny how things like this work out.
She shook her head, begging her senses to be with it as Volkmar came at her. She transferred her sword to one hand, letting it droop by her side, and as he came closer she shot herself to the side and raised her blade, fiercely swinging at him. She'd cut his freaking head off if she got the chance to.
...Partially because she was slightly worried about what would happen if he got ahold of her, after seeing what he did to Ludro.

As Volk got close to her, he saw the blade a little too late. Volk got impaled with her sword in his Shoulder. He pulled out the sword and Looked at her. He placed his swords back.
"Well i got the info that I need so, thank you and I bid you good bye." Volkmar said as he threw a smoke bomb and as it cleared he was gone.

"Awww, that wimp left us... wait" Ludro said as he patted himself "AWW, that bastard took my papers! and the Invitation to the BALL! NO!" He placed his cards away when he got a letter from the sky.
"... Lana, Our Queen summons us. Lets get to the Dark-soul Castle ASAP." He said as he started to run.

Lana ran ahead into the cloud of smoke that appeared when Volkmar went to leave, but as she approached, he was long gone.
"Damnit!" she yelled, and when Ludro mentioned the invitation she got even more irate as she grabbed him by the collar and shook him. "What do you mean the invitation!? How could you let him take that?!?"
She was quiet a moment before she let him go and laughed, saying, "Whatev. I can walk down the street and pick out a bunch of people to beat up instead of going to a stupid ball and being nice to them before I beat them up..."
And then she joined him in running back to Nerezza - it had been awhile since the queen had called a meeting with them, so this had to be big.
