...doesn't work too well in Ignis when it's freaking hot all the time and if you don't drink fast enough it'll evaporate.
Needless to say, Vincent was a little moody at the moment. Having used up his angry spell on Andy Jammer only a few hours ago, he was left with nothing but sadness and the constant stabbing of loneliness in his heart.
She had only come to tell him his wife was dead. His daughter, Jasmine, had cared enough to come find him and tell him the bad news. And then that miserable Jammer showed up and made the situation worse.
And yet somehow he still regretted standing there and watching her walk away on him...his only family, the only other person in the whole world he'd cared so much about.
Vincent slammed the empty rye glass on the counter. The barkeep looked over with a sympathetic smile, and without even asking, sent another drink Vincent's way. Vincent gave the man an appreciative smirk and sighed, hearing a couple of footsteps coming behind him and for once not caring who in the world it could be. Somehow his whole privacy/paranoid whatever the hell he called it didn't seem worth pulling anymore.

The stool next to him was a man with long black hair and in a red suit sat here with some empty glasses and bottles. "So... what is the matter with you?" he asked Vin.

Vincent looked over and silently groaned when he saw Trucido. Figures, evil took a break every now and then, too. He looked on ahead and downed the drink that was just put in front of him by the barkeep and tossed the empty glass ahead of him again.
"Odd of you to come chat, I believe it was your mistress I pissed off, wasn't it?" Vincent tapped his fingers on the counter and as yet another drink was poured for him he looked over at Trucido, "but that's okay because now we're even, alright? I piss off the queen and then my wife dies, and then right after my wife dies my daughter runs away with that punk boy. What the hell, I tell you, what the hell?!"
Obviously? He was just a little drunk at the moment.

"Yea, well she came home and I was asleep, waiting for her to come. She hit me with a pillow, asked why I did not help, Why must she do everything. Then she cried then stormed out. So I have no Idea what she has been doing for like the past 72 hours. I am sorry for your lost." He said as he sipped from a new bottle. He too was drunk.

Vincent shook his head and raised an eyebrow at Trucido.
"Man? You aren't sorry for my loss - I bet by tomorrow you'll long forgotten any of it had even happened!" he looked down into his glass, shaking the ice inside of it, "but...I...it's strange, I really feel for you. You and the whole woman thing, guess it's because I've definitely been there. Women are confusing, you know that? It doesn't matter how old they are, they're damn well confusing, each and every one of them."
He started laughing a bit as he thought about it, resting on his elbows on the counter as he then turned to Trucido and said, "I mean, get this: my own daughter? She'll listen to some guy before she listens to her own father. I don't quite understand her and the reason why Andy Jammer is so right and I'm not, but I swear to god if I find out that little puke's done anything to her I'm gonna..."
He almost made as if he was strangling his glass. He then dropped it lightly on the counter again and gave a great, sad sigh and shook his head again.
"...I gotta find some way to get her back. Gotta bring her home, I'll make her stay with some of my relatives or something but I worry about her, I can't have her tagging him along like that...or at least find a way to get rid of him and keep him away from her, dammit. Why does everything have to be so difficult?!"

"Now, I think I can help you." He said, "How about I go find that bastard and then I bring her back. You can pay me in Ice cream, because I had figured that SHE has already thrown all of it away. What say you?" He stuck out his hand, a little wobble.

Vincent let out a chuckle as he held his glass to his lips and listened to Trucido complain about who he presumed to be Lilith. He would have made fun of the guy until he remembered how uncool that would be, especially after Vincent was already in a bad mood because his daughter left him.
He really didn't want to be stuck sitting here with Trucido Damnedblood of all people laughing at him instead. That would suck, and it was kind of embarrassing...not that sitting in the bar getting drunk with the guy wasn't already.
Regardless, Vincent gave Trucido's hand a shake and said, "Alright. Alright, you have a deal BUT...you don't hurt her. AT ALL. Got it?"

"If she gets in the way, then all bets are off, but I will try my best." He said as he ordered another bottle for them two.

At that moment, the doors to the bar burst open and in stormed a very angry-looking Lilith. Her hair was a little frazzled at points, and adorned with a few orange lilies - a clear sign of anger in the plant world.
"Trucido! Just what in hell's name are you doing out here?!" she snapped as she walked right up to the bar and grabbed him by the ear, "you're coming home right now!"

And stop Lilith did NOT.
"You're coming home right now, you're going to do your chores like I asked you to, and then you're staying home for the rest of the night!"
The woman knew what she wanted, and dammit she was going to get it.

"STOP IT, I AM YOUR BOSS!!!" He yelled as he was dragged out of a bar.

Vincent watched with a sombre look as Lilith dragged Trucido out of the bar. Luckily, out of all of the stupid things he'd done while married, Hala never had to drag him around like that. She definitely threw things at him every now and then, though. Damn, that woman had an arm, an arm he couldn't hold anymore...
Putting things into perspective, he really felt like his life was falling apart on him. His family was gone, he was alone, and he couldn't tell if it was the alcohol that made his decision for him or if he really just wasn't the man he thought he was, but just now he realized he'd made a deal with an enemy.
And for what? For a family issue? Just because he didn't like the company Jasmine kept?
He looked back down into his glass again and sighed, somehow knowing that he was going to regret what just happened here.
((LOL I CLOSED IT NOW Y/N))
