[Kaku Rokkakyu]

Gouji sat alone in the lush greenery of Alberisato, surrounded by vegetation. He sat thinking to himself quietly. He felt rather alone in Allorum, despite the fact his older cousins were also there. They often disregarded what he had to say, or acted as if he were a bother. He was beginning to wonder why he was here in the first place, as it seemed all he was good for was getting in Kaku or Caramel's way or causing trouble for someone else. Both of them often left Gouji to his own wanderings, and considering he knew NOTHING about Allorum, he didn't like it.

He was just learning magic, he was no good at fighting, and if there ever came a point where he'd have to defend himself against a skilled fighter or magic user- he'd be in a load of trouble. Normally it was Kaku or Caramel that came to aid him, but as of late, those two had been scarce. Not to mention his unwanted doppelganger, Figment who appeared at the worst of times. Goujile knew one thing was for certain: He was vulnerable. EXTREMELY Vulnderable. Truly he was in a pickle of sorts.

"Wait!" I shout from atop a high branch, my boisterous voice carrying a courageous and vigorous tone. "Such a young man travelling alone is not advised, son, unless you know how to protect yourself from would-be attackers, and believe me, the thick thrush of Alberisato hold home to many a villain."

With a dynamic display of acrobatics, I sail into the air, my body twisting and flipping wildly, before I land on the ground softly, my decent reminiscent of the leaves themselves that flutter around me. I pose confidently, a gleam of determination ever-present in my eyes as I glance the young boy over.

"Might you be a relative to one Kaku Rokkakyu?" I question, recognizing the boy's unique anatomy. "Should you be, I'm a good friend of his, and would be all to happy to escort you to your destination, free of charge! After all, what kind of Hero of Justice would I be if I asked for any kind of compensation?" I question rhetorically as I deliver a solitary strike of confidence to my chest.

Gouji stared with a look of utmost confusion. He rolled his eyes at the stranger's overly eccentric appearance and exhaled, blowing his long bangs out of his eyes. "And I suppose you're here to babysit me?" He said with an annoyed tone. "Kaku is my cousin, yeah- but its not like he wants me back any time soon." Gouji frowned, standing up. "Who are you, anyway, oh great "Hero of Justice"?" Gouji asked, using finger quotations with the end of his sentance. His tone was bitter, mainly because he was feeling unwanted at the moment. He was 18, yet he often felt as though he was treated like a child, a prospect of which he disliked very much.

He hadn't thought to reveal his own name, but he eyed Bang all the same, waiting for his answer.

"Who am I?" I restate as my eyes light up at the boys question; a cheerful grin uncontrollably finding it's way onto my face. With a dynamic flip backwards I prepare to tell, no, show this young man who I am.

"I'm the Virtuous Beam of Light that pierces through the villainous clouds overhead! I am The Burning Flames of Justice, incinerating the vile wishes of the corrupt!" I begin, as I strike several dynamic poses. "You ask my name? To simply say it causes evil-doers to freeze with fear! I am none other then the Ninja of Justice, Bang Shishigami! Friend to the good, and enemy to the darkness!" I state as I strike a final, awe inspiring pose, as a dynamic burst of flames flares up behind me to accentuate my raw power and style.

"And to you, my friend!" I exclaim with a heartfelt tone as I point at him. "I ask the same question! Who might you be?" I inquire, all to caught up in the moment to answer his other questions.

Gouji's jaw dropped at this introduction and he completely forgot about being angry at the world for the time being. He just stared for a few moments before he realized Bang was addressing him again.
"Ah... I'm Gouji." He said finally, rubbing the back of his neck nervously. "Goujile Jaron Rokkakyu..... Nice to meet you, Bang." He said finally, then paused.

"That was....an interesting introduction. I'm sorry mine's not nearly as impressive, but I guess I might as well state my occupation." He cleared his throat. Strangely, his previous bitter mood seemed to have vanished, and he went along with what he assumed to be Bang's little game. Gouji stood up and took a spell casting stance with a grin. He shot a few violet colored flames into the air with his hands, and did a few quick stances, then Bowed in a very dignified manner. "As I said before, I'm Goujile Jaron Rokkakyu. Wizard in Training, and Crowned Prince of Mageia." He paused. "Although I think my cousins forget it from time to time....Actually I don't know if I was supposed to say anything. Oh well." He shrugged, not seeming to care at this point.

I throw my head back and let out a hearty chuckle at the boys performance. "Truly, an introduction with "flare."" I joke, thinking myself quite clever. "You're much more exciting then your cousin, in fact, you remind me of a younger version of myself...well, if I was furry, and a wizard, and royalty..." I ramble before pausing for a second and thinking about what I just said.

"Wait! Royalty!!! Where are my manners?" I exclaim with a sharp bow. "Forgive me, your highness, my ignorance got the better of me. I would ask for your forgiveness, as it's rather strange for royalty, such as yourself to be wandering the forest alone, and I'm not exactly a man who deals with a lot of the higher-ups, what with being a traveling Hero of Justice and all."

I pause once again and rub my hand against my chin, as I ponder the situation. "Alright, it's decided! I shall be your travelling cohort from now on. I refuse to let a young royal such as yourself traverse these deadly and unforgiving lands without a companion at your side. And don't even think about refusing my company Gouji, as I'm doing this, not only as a Ninja of Justice, but as friend, umm, your highness."

"PFT... Kaku is too serious for his own good." Gouji answered. "He's not exactly what anyone would call "fun"!" He blinked at Bang's sudden change of attitude. "haha.... erm. It's not THAT big a deal." He said.

"I mean... Anyone with the last name Rokkakyu is technically a member of the Royal family... Even Kaku and Caramel are technically royalty....being my cousins and all." He rubbed the back of his neck, not realizing that perhaps he was saying a little too much. However, it was just like Gouji. His older cousins kept a lot of things from him, therefore he was completely unaware that some of the things he said at times could be endangering his life if the wrong people heard it.

"I guess you could come if you wanted....not that I know where I'm even going.." Gouji answered quietly.

My eyes widen at what my new acquaintance says. "Kaku and Caramel are Royalty!? Shame upon myself for being so ignorant! I can only hope that my heartfelt apology will be enough for my brash actions and informal acts while is was in their midst..." I scold myself mentally before turning my attention back to Gouji.

Noticing the young prince's mood and indecisiveness, I quickly slide beside him and throw my arm around his shoulder, squeezing him close to me in a brotherly, one-armed embrace. "If you know not where you're going, then simply let your sense of adventure be your compass, and guide you to a new and wondrous destination!" I announce passionately, hoping to once again see that flare of enthusiasm the young man displayed with his own dynamic introduction.

Gouji gave Bang a bit of a weird look with the arm around his shoulder. It wasn't that the minded a whole lot. he just wasn't used to people being so open. The people of Mageia were so formal around him, and honestly, sometimes it bothered him.

"I think my sense of Adventure died a couple years ago." He admitted. "But having it rekindled, might be kind of fun." He grinned. "Some days I really hate being labeled as Mageia's next King. I mean... I don't want to end up like Kaku... He's 35 and he acts like he's 600!" Gouji wasn't exaggerating in the least, as the Average lifespan for his kind was 1000 years, making him EXTREMELY young at only 18.

I let out a hearty chuckle at Gouji exaggeration before my mind begins to wander, it's focus on what grand adventures could await a pair like us. Shanking my head and regaining focus on my new ally, I give him another hearty squeeze as I point towards the horizon as my eyes glow with an unbridled enthusiasm. "Then perhaps it is time you find your own label, my friend! Look not to the past when it comes to matters of the present, instead look towards the future and forge your own path there, here and now!"

Tuning my head to look at him, eye-to-eye, and point at him as I continue my speech. "You say that you sense of adventured died!? Ha, i say to that! Adventure is like an ever burning fire, young prince, and sometimes, that fire may weaken and fade to but embers, but with passionate and willful effort, we can stoke that flame once again, and feel the invigorating heat light our soul aflame! So what's say you Gouji? Will you embrace your flaming soul of adventure along side me?" I ask as I release him from my one-armed embrace and offer my hand to him, awaiting his reaction.

According to Gouji, Bang was absolutely insane! His enthusiasm was unbelievable, and despite looking so tough and ripped, he was overly friendly and kind. He was quite a character. Yet, his words made more sense than anyone else Gouji knew as of late.

He paused a few moments and thought. He sighed, but soon a smile appeared on his face. "What do I say? I say HECK YES!" Gouji raised a triumphant fist into the air in excitement. Everyone else was either harping on him, telling him he needed to act like a respectable gentleman, or treating him like he was incompetent. Yet here was someone who treated him as a friend. He would have to be an idiot to refuse such an offer of companionship. That, and he figured an adventure would do him some good.

"Where to, first?" He asked. "You seem to have a better intuition than I do in this matter."

[Bang Shishigami]

"Excellent!" I cry out enthusiastically, as I raise my first skywards, mimicking my new traveling cohorts excited action.

Hearing my new allies request for guidance, I give my head a small shake, as it seems my courageous and heartfelt speech was not enough to spur his sense of adventure to even a dim flame, but no matter, for I realize that I shall have to show him the flames of adventure, and I have just the place in mind!

"Intuition has nothing to do with, my friend. It's all heart, and my heart calls out for the land of Ignis, for what better place to reignite your fiery passion for adventure then the Land of Flames itself?" I question rhetorically as I fold my arms against my chest and grin. "We'll head North-West and cut directly through Alberisato till we reach Ignis. From there, we'll let fate take over and see what she sets before us. Sounds good, travelling partner?"

"Awesome!" Gouji exclaimed, giving Bang the Two thumbs up sign. "I have NO idea where that is, but all the same, awesome!" He paused and sighed. "I wish I had my pet dragon actually.... I bet he could fly us there, but Ayalan told me that the people of Allorum kill dragons..."

He sounded rather upset about this, as he missed his dragon terribly, yet he didn't dare summon him, for fear that he would in fact be shot down or killed. "Man I wish you could see him..." He said, then decided it was probably best not to dwell on it, for he'd only make himself sad.

"Well, I guess it's by foot then. Lead the way!" He said, waiting for Bang to make the first move.

"Indeed," I agree with a uncommonly stern face. "Dragons, much like my people, were felled for the great power they possessed. I regret that I could not meet such a majestic beast, but alas, I shall have to live without them, just like I must do with my brethren." I remark sentimentally as I loose myself in memories for a moment.

Giving my head a shake, a snap back to my senses and finally gain a sense of our position. Directing Gouji along side me as we travel North-West to our next destination, I try to stave off the thoughts of my fallen village, and hope that, perhaps, I can put the past behind me and look forward to a future with my newly acquired comrade.
