Ayalan smirked and suddenly his hand held a bolt of ice, as he growled to himself and grasped it to the point of crushing it back into his body as a magical force
"Malice...tell me about your life. Not about your powers or who you are now..tell me who you Were," he patted the man's hand, knowing that he had been avoiding this question.
"The closer we feel, I think the better team cohesiveness we'll have no?"

"...I was born into the life of luxury. My parents were extremely wealthy and tried to give me the best education there was. So I was visited by scholars, philosophers, and scientists, each with their own bias and inadequacies. I had gone through fifteen tutors before my parents found the man that would open the door to the rest of my life. Not only did he teach the ways of geomancy, but botany as well. It was the perfect combination. It didnt take me long to learn all he had to teach." Malice hated talking about himself, but he trusted Aya, trusted him to not judge to harshly. "Everything was running smoothly in my life, and I was bored. Then the sorceress visited me...you know that part."
This was the part where Malice became uncomfortable. "When I returned home, I was met with thousands of questions about where I was, with whom I had been, and what I was doing. Of course, I had to keep my powers a secret at first, townsfolk arent exactly the brightest bunch. But, as fate would have it, my geomancy instructor saw the new powers, and tried to remove them from me. He was the first to die."

Ayalan smirked to himself.."You fight quite well;..I suppose that the skills you learned from both made you a very powerful being indeed." He heard the story thus far, and nodded..
"You killed him because he tried to take away that which a dying sorceress gave to you, or because he wanted them for himself?" He didnt mind the reason, because he knew Malice well enough that he had reasons to hate.
"Afterall, a student must beat his or her master at their trade to show that they've truly learned; it was the same for my teacher of assassination. Not that..it's a great thing to learn. Life just rolls you along in those ways you know?"

Malice looked at Aya, "Despite all his knowledge, my teacher was ignorant. His traditions and mores painted the sorceresses in a dark light. He believed that I had become evil, and wanted to rid the world of me." He returned his gaze to the ground. "It took everything I had to defeat him. I lost control, and because of it, I lost everyone I loved."

Ayalan folded his arms..."You aren't evil, so never think that. It happens, I mean..My army fell to other armies after I left my own position. Things happen for a reason though, Malice."
He smiled, "We might not have met had you not done as you did. You can only look at the bright side and fight for a better tomorrow." Aya could only hold a thumbs up.

Malice looked back at Ayalan, a smile graced his smooth face. "Perhaps you are right." Malice stood as he said this, the throne sank back into the ground. Malice took a moment to compose himself, and to review everything that happened so far. He looked up at Aya, "Well then, lets make tomorrow better. Charge your weapons, we have some Saints to show your new power to."

Ayalan focused as Malice stated his words; his knuckles both grew with a light, and then his aura on his body became stronger than before as he held it all in.."Okay. Its overwhelming. But I've got it." He smirked, and then looked back, "Well then Malice. Let's go take down some Saints."
