Tempest jumped off the cloud, gate of the city only a couple feet away. "Well, here we are, Redundo. The storm might not be as severe here, so you might no have to worry about it."

She hopped off the cloud, and landed on all fours, as she was half cat after all. She stood up and Eyed the city. "This place looks...interesting to say the least." She commented, walking towards the gate.

"It is, they have canals for streets." Tempest smiled, remembering the first time he came here. How he thought you had to swim, until he saw the boats." So," he said while looking up at the sky, "What are you going to do? Will you try to find a way home?" Even though he didn't want to admit it, he liked having people around. Seeing her off might make him a bit depressed.

"That is actually... pretty fascinating." She said. "So, do you sail around the streets then?" She asked. She had spent many years on a pirate ship in the past. This would most undoubtedly bring back memories. She nodded at his question. "I think so. I have to go back. There are so many questions I need to have answered." She said. Little did she know that the route home might be further than she thought...

He shook his head. "I think I remember them just paddling." He started fidgiting with his cloak. "You know," he started, "if you need help getting home, I can help you. I know how important home is." Tempest thought back to his tribe, how everyone hated him, except his step-father and mother.

She smirked. "That seems more reasonable. Although~ Who needs to paddle when you can control the water?" She grinned, anxious to see what these streets looked like. She tilted her head at his last statement. "Really? You'd help me?" Her smile grew wide. "That would be great!" She exclaimed.

Tempest looked up from a very interesting piece of rock. "Really?" Ever since leaving his tribe, he felt something that he hadn't felt in a very long time. Tempest felt glad. "Hey, I might know someone that could help you. Her name is Profeta, and she sees into the future and such. I haven't met her yet though, I've only heard rumors about her." He looked up into the sky. "We might need to get shelter first." He walked forward and gestured to her. "C'mon, I know where the inns are at."

She also looked at the sky and nodded. "Yeah...Better get shelter sooner than later." She said, following him. "Do...you think she WOULD help me?" She asked, as they walked.

"Profeta?" Tempest tilted his head. "Of what I heard about her, she would have to be mean to not help you." He stopped at a dock, fished around one of his many pockets, and produced a gold coin. "I also have to talk to her," he said, flipping the coin to the boater, "hotels please." He turned around and stepped aside. "Ladies first." He gestured to the boat.

Caramel felt very reassured hearing this. And the fact she wasn't the only one having to talk to the Profeta made her feel less nervous about doing so.
"Oh... Well thank you!" She said, getting onto the boat. She peered over the sides, curious to see what lay on the bottom of the canals, or if the bottom WAS visable.

Tempest got on the boat and somehow snagged his boot. With a yell of surprise, he fell face first into the water. Falling into water was never good for Tempest, all of his stored electricity was always dispersed. He swam back up to the side of the boat and broke the surface. He looked around. Some people thought it would be relaxing to stick their feet in the water. Well, those people now had their hair sticking out, and they were kind of twitching. He quickly got back onto the boat. "We should go now," he hurriedly said. He swooped his hand and a gust of wind came down and made a wave that pushed the ship in the direction away from the people.

Caramel blinked. "Are you okay?" She asked, looking a little worried about what she'd just seen. Once they were away from the people, she used her magic to draw the water from his wet clothing. The Water swirled in midair with the hand motions she made, and she returned the water to where it belonged.
"I don't want you catching a cold and sneezing on me!" She said, although secretly she was worried it would interfere some more with his powers.

"Thanks." Tempest turned away to hide his face. That was embarrassing, he thought. "So, those people must be shocked at what happened." He just couldn't keep the pun off his mind.

She couldn't help but to stifle a laugh at that comment. "I guess they weren't expecting such an electrifying encounter." She said. Her response was a little lame yes, but she thought she'd give it a whirl.

Tempest tried not to snicker, but the worse the pun, the better the pun. He turned back to her. "So, everyone are magicians in your world?" He thought for a moment. "I mean, do they always have to chant words?"
