"C-captain, please, just settle..."
A fantastic ensemble of metal medical tools, as well as the tray they were on, hit the floor with a variety of 'clangs' to be heard.
"...down," the voice of the short doctor sighed, and he began picking up the things Lana kicked over and said, "I can understand that you're angry and need to let off some steam, but please go do it somewhere that's not here!"
He glared at her and she returned it. There they sat in a long silence until her eyes scared him so much he finally gave up and went back to work. When he looked back over at her she was perched at a window and running her fingers over her bandaged left arm.
"You shouldn't go using that arm right away. You lost enough blood that you'll pass out if you work it too much," he said to her sympathetically. She turned to glare at him again before she walked over to a thick potted plant hanging from the ceiling and, using her bandaged arm, shattered it with a single punch. Her face scrunched itself up in pain and she grabbed at her upper arm, yet she said nothing.
Lana then walked back to the window, sitting on the ledge of it, silent, and angry at the world.

"I assumed that you failed." A voice said from the Other side. It was Xïsa Tyrant standing there. "So, who else fell along with you?" he asked with no emotion.

Lana snapped her head quickly in Xisa's direction, her eyes ablaze with fury.
"You think?!" she snarled before stepping off the window's ledge and walking towards him.
"Didn't you get the fine details?" she spat as she started pacing around the room, "the kid picked the fight with me, we tangoed for a bit and weird things start happening, like an effin' ray of light comes and cuts my coat up...the kid then goes berserk and I can't even see him coming. The last thing I remember was everything being incredibly bright and painful as f***."
She shook just thinking about it, and then excused herself for a moment to leave the room--in her thirty second absence, Xisa and the doctor would have heard the smashing of something glass...lots of glass--when Lana returned, her right fist was bleeding. She shook it fiercely before yelling, "Does that sound like it was fun!?"

"So the kid went Berserk..." Xïsa said. He shut his eyes, and when he opened them, they were solid yellow. "... Then maybe I should meet him..."

Lana raised an eyebrow as she asked, "And what are you going to do that's so different?"

"Do you really want me to show you?" Xïsa asked. His sword glow "I could show you..."

Lana clenched her fists and took a cautionary step back, but kept her face solid as she said, "You've got a test dummy over there in the corner, if you're really willing..."
And as she said that, the doctor, conveniently standing in the very corner Lana was pointing at, dropped all the tools he had just picked up.

"....ok" Xïsa looked at the doctor and his sword hovered off of his hand. Then replicas of his sword popped out of the sword in front of him, all hovering behind him. There was about 30 in the room "The room is too small, but oh well." The swords went though the doctor, but there was not a cut on him. He looked in amazement, then his face froze in fear, and he could not move. Xïsa walked around him where the replica swords were. They all gather in his hand. He swung the blade down, in the direction opposite of the doctor. Xïsa saw behind him a column of blood the came from the doctor. "Beautiful, is it not?" Xïsa said.

Lana rested her bleeding hand under her chin and watched emotionlessly as Xisa performed the powerful move before her, ending in the horrific murder of the doctor. For a moment she remained unmoved in any way, but after she moved her hand so that she could cross her arms and a grin curved her lips.
"Not bad," she said, stepping closer to him and completely ignoring the dead body, "you're feeling confident, then?"
She couldn't compare anything she saw Xisa do to what Zelos did, seeing as how she was unconscious when Zelos attacked, but she wasn't going to say anything.

"Yes, that is one of the few feelings I can feel anymore." Xïsa said "To truly be a warrior, you must have no emotion to fight. Your only desire is to kill the enemy."

Lana smirked. He sounded like the very guy who trained her to fight.
"How true that is. Too bad I can't do any fancy magic tricks like you or Zelos, though," she raised an eyebrow, remembering her own fight with that Andy kid. Being nearly smoked by a LIGHT of all things and not being able to send it back at him really sucked.

"Yes that is too bad, and I can not teach you any good moves because you are too weak." Xïsa said.

Lana's eyes narrowed. "I suppose I'm many things, but 'weak' isn't one of them. I'd say I've excelled very well for someone who's only been training for ten years," she said, rather coolly, "and I was trained by a man who'd deliberately break my arm, saying the only way I'd make it stop was if I found a way to stop it myself; I studied my pressure points closely and took out one of his knees one day."
She wasn't weak, but she wasn't able to hold her own against magical abilities. Her greatest assets were her speed and instinctive knowledge of the human body, knowing where and what would hurt if she got the chance to attack.

"Hmm, an expert in pressure point, always looking around the enemy, finding ways to save them. But not truly wanting to kill them, pity." he said.

A smile came across her face again as Lana responded quietly, "But to kill so quickly takes all the fun out of it. I like to 'play' a little bit, first. You can't expect me to not have fun on the job sometimes, do you? I remember the sound of my enemies, and all their individual cries in pain."
She flicked her hair back, grinning widely. "You could say it's kind of a soothing sound to me."
