Zelos appeared in a cold air of dark mist, it was only after the Sumata meeting that struck in Zelos mind: Nerezza had records of Griever. Records he would like to have, the quieter the better, but if attention was drawn upon himself, he would have to be calm. Not a problem for him.

A servant saw his entrance and bowed deeply. "Milord... Milord Zelos! Welcome to Nerezza... how may this humble servant assist you today? Are you here to see Milady?"

He could kill her. Keep things quiet, but there was no need to kill something that was not a nuisance. It was best to be on the Sumata's side, besides, the lady of shadows amused him.
"Yes. Is she in?" If she wasn't, then he would have to search for the Griever files... without any prying eyes.

"OF course, Milord..."
The servant stood up, her striking blue eyes staring straight into his. One elegant hand pushed back the traditional hood of a Nerezzan servant, allowing black hair to cascade down her back.
"How may I help you?" asked Lady Elexa B'Shera.

Zelos was surprised, but his face showed nothing. "Do you enjoy testing your visitors? Or do you have fancies playing a servant?"

"We get so many interesting visitors here... The land spoke to me of your passing and I thought I'd greet you myself, to see what you wanted."
She spoke frankly and politely, but it was clear from the way her face fell that she had wanted to surprise him. Not-so-clear was the fact that it was test... a test of whether or not he would kill her. It would have been interesting if he'd tried... but he hadn't, so there was no harm done.

"I seek the archives of Old Crepusculum," Zelos spoke simply. "The specific subject I seek can only be found in Nerezza's library."

"Only in our library, is it...?" She thought. "I can think of several subjects of that nature... bu only one of great power would be interesting to you. Old records of Nerezzan wars would be of no use... neither would total mastery over darkness itself. The only record you seek is most likely the story of a great and terrible power..."
She smirked. She was a bit older than she seemed, this queen, although her true age she would reveal to no one.

"Griever," Zelos finished for her. "That would be the records I seek."

She smirked.
"And so you come to the heart of the kingdom of darkness seeking a god so old even his name has been forgotten by most of the rest of the world..."

"Why do you repeat things that have already been known?" Zelos asked, "Will you show me to the records or not?"

Her grin widened. "Of course I'll show you the records... the library is this way." She walked off, leading him. "It's a good thing i found you... the records of Griever are locked under the personal seal of the bloodline of Nerezza. The knowledge was thought too dangrous to entrust to anyone else."

"I was surprised that the people of Nerezza would hold such records," Zelos frowned, keeping his gaze down the path. "Must first thought would have been Crepusculum."

She laughed. "They may have those records as well... but darkness has always been the keeper of those secrets people wish to forget."
She came to the library and threw open the doors, walking through oblivious to the shocked glances of the servants. She led him through the twisting corridors of bookshelves and to a door, dusty with age, one of seveal, she knew. Drawing a key from a pouch at her belt, she opened th door and walked inside. Sitting on a pedestal, covered with dust and cobwebs of many years, lay a book - nothing fancy or elaborate, just a plain leather binding sealed shut with a piece of metal that had no clasp or lock.

"This is the sole record of Griever?" Zelos asked, staring at the book with a disappointed look.
