She grinned. "After all, there is nothing less ladylike than playing a game you know there is no chance of anyone else winning."

She grinned back, slowing down her strider.

"Not at all. It appears that you and Captain Gamlington are evenly matched. I, on the other hand, have much more experience riding than either of you, a superior mount, and inhuman reflexes. THus..."
And the hat was suddenly in her hand.
"...the game is won." She grinned.

Ludro rode closer to Lady Elexa, trying to grab the hat. But Failed, as he almost fell of his Strider. He slowed down next to Faeylinn, and ask " Want to Double team here?"

"Okay." He said as he rode up on Elexa's left side, hopping that he could maybe use his cards to take the hat.

While Ludro was moving up on Elexa's left Faey did the same on her right. She grinned and gave Elexa a quick thumbs up before reaching for the hat, this time successfully snatching it and slowing her strider suddenly so she couldn't grab it back. She gave a little wave and laughed as they moved ahead of her.

Elexa looked surprised, then laughed. "Well, I suppose I can join in a little as well."
She sped Shade, chasing after her Captain and the young traveler.
Shiluya made a squeaking noise - out loud - that seemed to be glee. She flew off of Faey's wrist and hoverd around her head, attempting ot keep Elexa from getting the hat again.
Funfun game! Yay!

She laughed and spurred her strider to go as fast as was possible.
"Great work Shiluya! Keep her away from the hat!"
She grinned and put it on her head, tilting it carefully so it wouldn't get blown off.

Ludro fired his cards at Faeylinn's head, to knock the hat off. The wind help assisted it arriving in his hand. He then sped up away from Faeylinn and Elexa. "Look who is on top of the game." He taunted them.

She slowed down her strider, letting the other two get ahead for a while. The beast was getting tired, and she didn't want to push it to do any more than it could. For the moment she just watched the other two.

Ludro saw Faeylinn had dropped out of the game. "Hmm, looks like she is folding. Now, let us raise the ante." He said as he pulled out his cards, and make a fortress out of them, but exposed the head and the legs of the strider.

Elexa shook her head. "Ah, Ludro, your card tricks never cease to amaze me... but Faylinn has the right of it. Your mount seems to be tiring of this game - it would be best to drop back to a reasonable pace for the remainder of the journey."
