Obsession (Open to all from Nerezza)

[Akuma Shuen]

Akuma was sat in the library in the castle studying all types of Demon's that he could find. Why could he not read that boy's so clearly as he could others? He knew it was there but a bond held them both together and protected them both aswell, it was frustrating him to an extent now.

"Would you like some help sir?" came the timid voice of the Librarian, Akuma stood up prepared to strike the man, in his current state he was sure he could have but as the man seemingly shrunk downwards Akuma shook his head and gritted his teeth "I need to find a certain type of demon, one that holds incredibly strong bonds to it's host" The Librarian instantly came out of his shell an rested his hand on his chin "well... there is a rumour that has floated around for centuries now and I'm sure we have a book on it, do give me a moment" the small man dissapeared between the book shelves whilst Akuma sat down again.

A few minuites later the man returned with a large heavy set book "This is a book of myth's and legends and I believe your 'Demon' is in here" the man flicked through the pages expertedly "Here we are, A spirit vine demon, it latches onto it's host's spirit and wraps around it sort of like a vine, it usually occurs when the spirit possess' a relative, signs are seemingly split personalities, and that is in the demon side alone, usually if a kind person becomes a spirit vine demon then it absorbs the host's hatred making the host merciful and kind whilst the spirit can show kindness and spite on great levels!" Akuma nodded "That fits the bill perfectly" he growled with a dark grin "Now how do I kill it..."

[Ludro "Ace" Gamblington]

"How to kill what?" Ludro asked as he looked over him. "A demon? That sounds like a fun job." He closed his book and looked at him.
"So, is someone close to you, that is infected? Most people would not want to deal with a demon, unless they attacked their close friends."

[Akuma Shuen]

"More like a close enemy..." Akuma said laying back in his seat "Met the damn thing over in Alberisato and normally I could read a demon as easy as I could that book you rudely closed yet this one kept it's secrets from me, almost as if it's host hid them from me" He rubbed his eyes, he'd spent all night in the Library.

"What really irritates me however is how intelligent this thing is, it knew when it was going to lose and then put the host before it, allowing it to take the blows and the demon itself seemingly took no damage at all from it" He looked over at Ludro "As for hunting it... Well I think it would be better to see how things pan out first, see if the Sumata are going to help these Saints or wipe them clean from the face of Allorum"

[Ludro "Ace" Gamblington]

"Hmmm, Sumatas helping the Saints..." He said, then he pondered, "I think that the Sumatas would get the Saints to help them, if anything."

[Akuma Shuen]

"Either way it will decide whether I study this demon or kill it, either way I get what I want" He stood up and looked at the rising moon with a sense of amazement "We all live under this moon and only a few can harness it's power, it's the same with demon's the select few harness their power" He turned to face Ludro "What if we found a way to place control over that power and use it for Nerezza's gain?"
