The creature cried out against the bone-sword's attack. It was it could do to push against the wyrm like blade to try and force it out of the way of its adversary. It all came down to a battle of strength now.
Seigmand however knew the battle was over. The creature was wounded and merely trying to beat Andy in a battle of brute force was a losing battle. At least from what he'd seen so far. Thank you for your efforts, now die beast.

With the last pulse of energy Andy fueled into his weapon, the creature could withstand the strain no more. The living bones crashed forwards, sending the creature collapsing to the ground. Its limbs spasmed only briefly before it laid still against the grassy ground.
Seigmand waited till the Grisire was dead for certain before approaching Andy cautiously. Keeping up his false persona, he spoke. "Incredible Andy! You were magnificent! I can see that with you by my side, we need not fear any beast of this forest. Come, only a couple more hours and their should be a break in the forest where a lovely inn is located. We'll make camp there, and get us all a good meal and rest, okay?" He said with a cheerful exuberance, giving Andy a quick slap on the shoulder in congratulations.

Andy reverted to his normal apperance and looked at him, an odd look on his face. With the slap on his shoulder Andy gave a half hearted smile. Something about this made him feel wrong.
"Yeah sure, no problem," he muttered.

Seigmand looked at Andy, his face neutral as he looked over the orange haired man. Does he suspect something? I wonder. "Well come on there guys, we're almost there, just a few more hours and a nice hot meal awaits us." He said with a chipper tone in his voice.
So, the boy is certainly full of surprises. I think I might be able to make use of him. I only hope the girl doesn't make him too distrusting of me before I get a chance to work with him. He glanced for a second at her, trying to keep a friendly appearance. God knows he'd need to.

Jasmine's eyes quickly caught Seigmand's for a moment, and she began her 'reading process' of him all over again. So far, things were going along fine. Seigmand hadn't tried anything, yet at times he seemed almost too overly friendly, especially to Andy.
Of course, had her mother been around she would have been told "Quit being so stubborn!" and with that in mind, Jasmine dropped her thoughts on Seigmand at the moment as she let out a small "hmph" and whipped out a rather large and old-looking spellbook. She flipped to a page that had a big, red ribbon in it to bookmark the spot she had left off, and she was suddenly absorbed by the text as they continued their journey.
"That sounds rather lovely," she quietly said over reading the details of how to properly dissect a certain known lizard-like creature in order to extract a rare oil from its skin - to do it wrong would mean you'd end up tainting said oil with the mass amounts of poison that also could be found within the creature. Such a delicate process, she'd keep it in mind - she paid close attention to the ground they walked on from then on in case she would be fortunate enough to come across one of these magnificent and deadly creatures along the way.
