After Andramir had travelled for a few days, only stopping when it was absolutely necessarry, flying when he became too tired to walk, he finally reached Shimmering Lake.
He stopped at the shore, astonished that such beauty could excist. THe surface shone like gold, which he assumed was where it got its name from.
After taking a quick look around, he decided it was safe enough there, and decided to try fishing, so he fuond a suitable and young tree, found a long, thin branch and cut it off with a dagger, before making it a suiting fishing rod. Then he took some thin, but strong thread, made from an elfin metal that could withstand ALMOST anything, as long as it wasn't very warm, and started to fish.
As it was so peaceful there, he was soon napping, and for once not very much on his guard.

"Why are we here again?" asked a voice, coming closer. It had a sardonic tone to it. "Aren't we supposed to be looking for your girlfriend or trying to find the other 'heroes'?"
"I like Crepusculum," replied a very similar voice, filled with patience. "Besides, the Heroes are probably here, and as for being here in particular, I told you, I smelled something not quite human around here, and I wanted to know what it was."
"I think you need that nose checked. Honestly, you get more and more like a cat every day, Kouichi."
"Yeah, yeah, whatever... hey, we're gettin- whoah!"
And a boy around 16 years old with slightly slanted blue eyes, blue-black hair, and a pair of cat's ears came crashing to the ground through the bushes.

Andramir immediately woke up and sat up, although very rigid, his sensitive ears picking up every sound, and his eyes looking everywhere at once, the fishing rod forgotten on the ground as he scanned his surroundings.
His eyes narrowed as he caught sight of the cat-eared stranger and the person behind him. He quickly and quietly rose and loosed his favourite string-blades from his belt and stood ready, hoping he wouldn't have to fight, but still prepared to, as he simply watched the "cat" collect himself.

"Um. Kouichi." He picked himself up off the ground and brushed himself off. He sighed. "And this is my twin brother, Kouji." He pointed at the other black-haired boy who had come out of the brush behind him. They did, indeed, look almost identical, except for the fact that Kouji's hair was longer and pulled back into a short, low ponytail, and, well...
The fact that Kouji looked absolutely, completely, utterly human.

Andramir blinked, then smiled. They were hardly more than children, after all. Didn't mean he would let his guard down, though. Yet.
"If I may be so bold....Koichi and Kouji... If you truly are twins, how can you" - he pointed to Koichi - "have bodyparts of a cat, whereas your brother is solely human?" He tilted his head slightly, curiously.

Kouichi's ears cocked, then drooped, the motion followed by his tail.
"It's a part of my abilities. I can't go ino detail, but I have the ability to call on darkness and use its power to change my shape. An accident left me with a couple reminders." His tail twitched. "It's odd, I know."
Kouji sighed, too.

Andramir smiled and put away his weapon, for now at least.
"Oh, well. It's not like I should talk. I don't know what this country's like, but I suppose I look pretty weird too, huh? Besides, cats are nice." He studied his own blue hands awkwardly for a second.
"So what brings you here?"

Kouichi grinned. "Probably the same as you, actually, considering you don't look like you're from around here. Profeta called us."
Kouji nodded. "Took us a while to realize we were both actually here, but there you go. As for right here, right now...? We're looking for a group of people who call themselves "Heroes"... or a woman wearing red named Lana." His tone while speaking of Lana was resigned, and he glanced at Kouichi.

Andramir's eyes widened in suprise. 'they let children be heroes too?' he thought.
But then he pulled himself together and smiled to the teenagers.
"Well, you found one of them, at least. You're right. Profeta called me too. As for the woman...Lana....I don't think I've heard anything about her before. At least we can look together." He hesitated. "That is....if you'd like to."
Then he realized he'd forgotten something; his manners!
"Oh, where is my head!?!? My apologies....gentlemen...my name is Andramir Armenienton, at your service."

He bowed slightly, smirking.

Kouichi shot a sharp look at his brother when Kouji started to open his mouth. "It's.... complicated," the neko said, his tail twitching behind him.

Kouji sighed. "See, Lana used to be a Sumata Captain for the Queen of Nerezza. She met Kouichi and a lot of stuff happened, and she seems to be on our side now."
"She is on our side now, Kouji."
