Trucido looked down, and pulled the sword off of his chest. He looked at the blade, and sighed again. "Profeta, you are not a killer. You were never meant to fight. You were only meant to stop war and chaos. You are my opposite, but you are my sister." He took the blade from Profeta's hand and chuckled. "I remember I asked the forging god, Futein, to make you this sword. I wanted him to make a beautiful sword, so you can protect yourself if you were ever on a planet. I made sure he made one that just as beautiful as you were. After he was done, he said that this blade was like the rose compared the grass that he made. So, after all of this, you would still attack me? AFTER PROTECTING FOR ALL OF THOSE EONS?! ALL OF THIS, YOU ARE GOING TO BETRAY ME ONCE MORE!?" Trucido tightened the grip on his whip, as he shoved Profeta away.

Profeta was thrown to the ground, and she landed on her side. She stood up, and said, "I am not willing to give up on these humans, all of the plants, not even on the gods that damned you Trucido. I am sorry, Brother." A tear came down her face, for she knew what Trucido was going to do.

Trucido's whip started to straighten out on it's own, taking on the appearance of a sword. "YOU HAVE NO BROTHER!" Trucido then thrust his whip right in the center of Profeta's chest. He stabbed her all the way, until her chest was touching his hilt.

The pain Profeta was feeling was almost unbearable, but it wasn't caused by the stab in her chest. The pain of her brother, her only family, disowning her. She had seen this vision over and over again, but this time it was for real. "I am sorry... But as a stranger now.... let me tell you... that this is not the end." She slipped a letter into Trucido's vest pocket. She then closed her eyes, and hoped everything would turn out all right in the end.

Trucido pulled out his whip from Profeta, and wiped the blood off of his whip. "It is time for me to face the gods now. Thank you for your assistance, Profeta." He then pulled out a book and started reading from its pages. As he read, a glittery power was leaving Profeta's body, and traveled to his body, and hovered around him.

Just outside the entrance to Profeta's cave, the air rippled with magic before Seigmand burst for nothingness itself. His body doubled over as nausea hit him in the chest. Oh gods, how do all those guys put up with teleporting? His eyes focused as he stared at the circular clay medallion that he held tightly in his right hand. As he clutched it he felt it crumble to dust in his hand, it's job finished.
Moving to his feet Seigmand saw the cavernous opening, and knew the message sent by Profeta had been no lie. He moved closer as his hand traced over the inlay in his brooch. He prayed he would not have to use it. How wrong he was.
Then he heard it. A voice of fury that echoed off the walls and it hit him worse than any number of teleportations could have. "Profeta." He muttered fearfully as he rushed inside. When he arrived at the scene of their conflict he knew there was no time for words. No games to play but the end game.
"Trucido!" He shouted as if releasing all the years of resentment and hatred he'd held beneath the surface in a single word. His hands snapped out from a distance as the ground beneath Trucido shoved out forcefully. His arms moved back and struck out again, causing the same stone to burst forth as a torrent of spikes. As he swept them back one more time he slid backwards and his body pivoted to one side. His geomancy forced the room to be split in twain, separating Profeta from Seigmand and Trucido by a full thick wall.

Trucido was surprised by the sudden rise in the ground, and the voice of Seigmand. He saw the spikes coming out of the ground, but he cut the tips off of the ones nearest to him. When the wall separated him from Profeta, he looked at his former ally. "Well, well. I thought Profeta would have had brought her husband to fight me. Oh well, I guess you will do. You better beat me quick though, because if you don't, you will have sealed your fate." He swung his whip the side, and made a large snapping noise, sending a cloud, and a shock wave towards him. He then brought back the whip and swung it at him.

"Couldn't have put it better." He grimaced as he stared down Trucido for only a moment before he fell backwards. As he hit the ground there was no thump, merely a shallow wet sound as the ground swallowed him up. Underneath it he moved as if he was deep in water. His arms moved slowly, strained by the power he focused above him.
Inside the cave the roof over Trucido quaked and crumbled, dropping fragments of stone all around him. It was bothersome at best, but would serve well enough as a distraction. Seigmand's body flowed as he conjured his geomancy in greater and greater strength till at last he forced his hands upwards in a powerful burst. The brooch shone vibrantly as it accelerated his power. The entire half of the cave that Trucido occupied cracked and exploded skywards. From miles afar those that looked upwards would see the hail of stone. I hope you saw that Jasmine.
Seigmand slipped free of the earth to Profeta's side. He crouched low and waited silently for Trucido. Onyx had not yet arrived, and for him to even stand a chance he knew he'd need the strength of his companion.

Trucido was blasted up into the air, and he got small bruises. As he return to the earth, he noticed his whip started to glow. "Time is short... Astra!" His arm started to glow a faint orange, and a projection of a large hand came from his arm. It went though the rock, without disturbing the terrain. It grabbed Seigmand, and started to slam him around.

His attempt to bring up a protective wall was met in failure as the hand clasped around Seigmand. As it bashed him against the ground it was all he could do to try and soften the stone upon impact. Wincing after a few blows he realized the spell was not short term.
"Damn magic." He cursed as he struggled against it's grasp to no avail. His eyes were drawn to Trucido, hoping to see some weakness to exploit. Seeing his foe still maintaining control with his hand he had only one plan of attack. Drawing the stone from his body armour he formed and fired out several small needles directly out at Trucido's clenched fist.

Some of the needles missed, but most of them strike the back of his hand, and his index and pinky finger, making the hands picky and index finger straighten out. "Very good, Seigmand." He then raised his arm up, causing Seigmand to be bolted upwards. "Before I transform, tell me; why did you betray now?" In his other hand, 2 cylinders of darkness started to form, but he kept this out of Seigmand's line of Sight.

"I could ask you the same question!" Seigmand shouted as he soared through the air. Pulling his staff from his back he motioned it near the brooch for a moment. Now? No, not till he arrives. He held his arm out at the ground in front of Trucido and tried to concentrate. He cursed his foe, as whether by accident or on purpose he had weakened Seigmand's attacks as long as he was away from the earth.
It was only at the apex of his fall that at last he could feel it, and like the protons finally reaching a thundercloud, his powers struck. The earth exploded as a blast of dust and dirt that he hoped to blind Trucido with till he could land safely.

"I never betrayed you. I am going to save you, from the gods!" He shouted before the dust started to blind him. He flipped, and trying to locate him. He then decide to edit his Darkra spell, and he shouted "Darkra!" He fired it, and instead of pillars, he made wide beam blast, and breaking the ground, and killing the garden. This did crack the ground, and the powder material that was floating from Profeta had reconnected to Trucido, and his whip glow even more.

Seigmand thrusted his staff out to one of the nearby ridges to his right. The segments on his weapon came undone, extending it's range till it struck against the unmoving lip of rock. Got to time this right. He thought as he heard Trucido shout out his spell's name.
Channeling his art through his staff the stone grew out to bind the staff to it like a grapnel and Seigmand pulled for dear life as the Darkra beam gushed from the dust directly at him. While managing to avoid the dead center of the attack, Seigmand's shoulder took the full force of its power, sending him spiralling errantly towards the ridge.
"Ahhhhrgh!" The pain was all he knew as he hit the rock face head on. Dropping down with weapon in hand Seigmand could feel his shoulder was dislocated, and the arm near useless. He bent to one knee trying to overcome the sting of Trucido's spell, all the while sitting open to attack.
Onyx, where the hell are you? It was the one thought his mind wandered to as the pain began to numb.

"If you give up now, I will make sure that your death will be quick and painless." He said as he walked towards him, with Profeta's sword in one hand, and his whip in the other. "I am still waiting on an answer, why did you betray me during the goal is so close on being completed?"
