Volkmar sat down after walking in. He was wearing a silver suit, and he had a cup in his hand "A lot of top cats seems to be here, maybe I can get one to hire me, but hey, the food is good." He thought to himself. He stood up and walked around the ballroom.

Lana lowered her head at the queen's remark. "It was Ludro's fault..." she mumbled in response.
She jumped when she heard Zelos and quickly spat back, "We weren't doing anything, man. Just checking things out to make sure they're uh...safe for the queen to drink."

"Andy!" Jasmine squeaked, his outburst scared her, "you're so...calm down!"
She smiled, reaching out slightly towards him. She really wanted to grab his arm or hand or whatever to try to reassure him, he seemed on edge.
But she quickly brought it back. She chickened out, and badly.
"Are you feeling alright?" she asked him.

"Y-yeah, your fault!! You know what you did!" Lana shouted back at Ludro, "I-I didn't have to have a dress, I didn't even want it, I just thought I had to wear it was all. I don't even look good in it, I miss my kickarse pants...."
She shook, she had no clue what else to really respond with. She was actually flustered.

Kara ignored everything around her for the time being, simply listening and taking in all the information. It took her awhile to finally get to speaking, but that was politics, you need to be careful. So she decided on first approaching the dark queen. "It's a pleaure to meet someone else of royal standing." But Elexa was still higher then her so a small curtsey was issued.

Kouichi just watched him go, confused. "Wait..."
His voice failed him... he sighed, shaking his head. Just then, he saw a familiar face in the crowd... the red-headed captain who had once run into him. He walked over to her, just as he saw someone else leaving the vicinity to chew out the guy who had yelled.
"Hi," he said.
