Not really a character, but I'm going to give it a bio anyways.
This is a template to be used by a select few people. That means that this account will be used to hide the identities of one or many characters, and has no properties of it's own. The people that use it will have no added powers or changes other than that you might not know who these people are.
Description: The disguise is a elegantly fashioned cloak and hood. Pitch black, it is perfect for hiding or sneaking in the dead of night. The cloak has almost no markings to set it apart from any other cloak save for a clasp stitched to the front of a silver dragon clasping an orb in its claw. A special property of the cloak makes it's measurements alter to whomever wears it, making it the ideal "one size fits all" wear.
