Player Name: JESS
Name: Alexander Cornelius Frexton, King of Santo-Luce
Description: Really big, bright blue eyes with golden blond hair. Stands at about 5'8'' and is something about 5lbs. underweight. Aside from the obvious, Alexander can be found in different outfits depending on the occasion.
Casual (most common) - a white button-up shirt with long, black pants and a simple black pair of shoes.
Very formal events/meetings - wears a most fitting white suit jacket thing with dressy black pants/shoes, sometimes adorned with the Frexton family's cape and crown.
Religious deals/mass/temple visits - a long-sleeved, loose white shirt that falls mid-way to his knees and long, loose white pants. Wears soft shoes to match the outfit aside from when he's in temple--barefooted then as shoes are not allowed inside.
Birthplace: Santo-Luce
Family: Lakendra Frexton (mother, deceased), Bradley Frexton IV (father, deceased)
Occupation: Santo-Lucian King and priest
Age: 20
Personality: Alexander is a charismatic individual who still periodically suffers from 'foot-in-mouth syndrome'. He's no stranger to the spotlight, finding when all eyes are on him he's either entertaining or inspiring the crowd or trying to cleverly smooth out a situation he just made awkward.
Selfish and a little egotistical, his greatest enemy is his own conscience which has this miraculous ability to quickly slap him stupid and make him aware of other people, their feelings, and situations. His heart is open to help those in need, but they better have one damn good need.
He creates his own firm beliefs and is hard to push otherwise, but can still be convinced differently with the right wording. He thinks his situations out sometimes so much that he overthinks, and can easily stress himself or others out with this overthinking or by asking a million questions at once. When he's unimpressed (easy to accomplish) he's got a fairly short fuse and occasionally snaps at those around him for some form of incompetence.
When he's not working, he's fun and follows his sense of entertainment to keep him happy--parties, dancing, writing poetry, or playing the violin or harp. His favourite place in the world to sit, think, and relax is the beach, sitting at the shoreline and watching the ocean. He's also big into his romantic gestures, something that he has a bit of a reputation for aside from his looks with all the young women.
He's a bit of a perfectionist, and a man who insists on setting slightly-idealistic goals and strives to achieve them, frequently pouring his whole heart into his bigger goals and ecstatic when they are met.
And having grown up in a highly-spiritual environment, Alexander is also a spiritual person, finding frequent trips to the temple for mass or leading sermons of his own, and sometimes can be spotted as the officiant at weddings in Lux Lucis city.
And when it comes to battles, he prefers to try to talk his way out of it first, keep calm and talk it all out, the situation doesn't have to get bloody...
Alignment: Good, pacifistic
Equipment: A golden pendant that shines with the Santo-Luce's homeland gem (The golden Chrysoberyl) in it hanging around his neck, which tends to glow even in the dark. A little black bible with old, tattered pages with an ancient language in it.
A long wooden staff that is intricately decorated with ancient writing, which matches the little bible that he carries with him at nearly all times.
Weapons: His family sword that he never actually has on him, though it is in the castle somewhere!
Combat: Words first and weapons only when needed, that point in which it is needed is when Alexander is attacked, and that's when he feels it's right to fight and can use either a sword (decent, but any trained soldier can still defeat him) or magic. His first and common choice is magic.
Alexander's greatest strength and weakness is time. He's more than fully aware of his extensive spell list in memory, and with that comes major spells that he does not hesitate to pull out in the beginning of any match. Should his opponent grant him that time to put a spell like this together, even that highly-skilled opponent will either see a quick end or have great difficulty trying to take the young king down.
His technique consists of buying as much time as he possibly can in order to produce a large-scale spell. Short bursts of light magic to stun, bounce back an enemy, or confuse them are launched as Alexander is approached, all to give him enough time to focus on his spell. He'll even run away for a bit if he has to to do this.
As intense as his magic is however, he's laughably easy to overtake in a fight. You have to be quick before he can get a large spell out (after that you're not having a good time), and catch him off guard. He has just about no experience in battle, so if he parries anything his focus goes only to that instead of his next move, and he never feints. He has no strategy aside from stay away and attack big. This isn't to say he doesn't know any, he's just never had the place or practice to ever apply them.

Magic: Alexander is a user of light and holy magic, both with offensive and defensive properties. He was born practicing light magic like his father, but also tapped into old magic of the Frexton family that Bradley never touched but had access to being disciples of Felios, the god of light, love, and perseverance.
In old books of legends, the name "Oliver James Frexton" shows up as the man who about five hundred years ago "performed miracles that no mortal man should ever be able to achieve [ie: speaking the unheard of angelic language, and showing legit communication with Felios]" and "brought the golden beasts of our lord, Felios, down from Heaven and walked the earth with them, in the time when there was no hope to spare and the world sat in utter darkness and misery."
Having found Oliver's old journal as well as his original bible that connects to that tale, Alexander since he was a young boy (see: 9 or 10) studied it and learned its ancient spells. He can speak the ancient language almost fluently, and to this day has only the last few pages to master and learn, a summoning spell.1
Special spells:
A 'blinding' spell--an offensive light spell that Alexander uses with his staff. The designs and writing on it will light up and for a brief moment so will Alexander's eyes as the opponent (or rather everyone around him who isn't properly hidden) is instantly met with a flash of light that causes them a temporary blindness, anywhere from a couple of minutes to an hour, also met with a horrible dizziness **guaranteed results if your eyes aren't shaded and no, sunglasses, hands, and clothing don't count**. Depending on the intensity, short or long-term memory loss can occur *optional*.
1The summoning spell--the master spell Alexander is still learning, the same one that his ancestor used that made him a legend in history. It's a spell that spans about ten pages long in ancient language, and takes a considerable chunk of time to conjure but when it does Felios sends to Allorum from the heavens an enormous golden man-like beast with hollow eyes. This creature stands the size of Santo-Luce and has light and holy magical abilities to envelope the entirety of Allorum in light...
and from there it does what Alexander's single intention it should be of it. Destroy an enemy, heal the wounded, cure all incurable diseases, make it rain pizzas, ANYTHING. Keeping in mind that Alexander would be interrupting Felios (a GOD) so if he made a poor decision to call up one of his most prized beasts for something petty like destroying ONE enemy (see: arc villain) or rain pizza he's probably not going to be treated well by the lord again, if not suffer some consequences (the idea behind it is to assist in a large issue that is worldwide).
**This is a spell large enough as well that while Alexander is not easily fatigued, will actually put him out upon completion for ~3 days. Another reason why he probably won't use it unless it's probably the last resource he actually has.
Alexander, also being part of the Frexton bloodline, has a guardian celestial fox that is occasionally summoned when he needs her the most. She's spiritually connected with him and has grown up with him since he was a very small boy. He named her 'Foxy', but in Heaven she appears to have a different name. She's highly protective of him, and any instant when he's in danger or she feels fear from the king she will attack friend or foe.
Flaws: Alexander has silly made-up beliefs that were either first told to him by his father that he just randomly decided are a rule or he thought up one day and decided it had to be right, and though there's no logic or religious logic behind it will argue he's right like a fool.
Having a long history in being alone despite being a social butterfly (see: no friends and zero luck in all of his many relationships, not counting the current one with Zeke) has also made Alexander highly clingy of those few positive personal interactions that he gets from anyone. In his relationships he aims ridiculously high to please and no matter how much he's right in an argument will still cave in to the other person in the end for fear they'll get upset and leave him.
When it comes to Zeke he tries a lot to find a way to keep him as close to him as possible, just for that possibility that Zeke might be killed and Alexander knows his magic can protect him. It's turned him a bit possessive and understandably annoying at points.
History:
Alexander grew up with his father as his mother had died giving birth to him. His father, Bradley IV, lead the kingdom of Santo-Luce with dignity, unwavering confidence, and used his nerves of steel to push through to meet the demands of his people. When war struck out between Nerezza and Santo-Luce, Bradley had always been strategic to counteract what their enemies had to give to them, and it paid off as peace usually reigned with few casualties on either side.
Alexander was always made to follow his father, listen to his words, train with him, and go to mass frequently for insight from their gods...but never took very much of it seriously. Especially when he started picking up his 'manly' charm, he would take frequent trips outside of the castle and his duties to see what 'splendors' he could find...such as dancing, the beach, and dates with lots of beautiful women.
Because of this, Bradley and Alexander never saw many things eye to eye, and frequently argued.
One particular argument shook their relationship enough that Alexander up and ran away from home, where he had disappeared for nearly a year.
The prince returns only now after hearing of his father's fatal illness, and the kingdom's need for a ruler...
Sumata Arc:
Prince Alexander returned home after hearing about his father's illness and temporarily took the role of leader, starting business with Trucido Damnedblood who seemed to have 'good' intentions for the young man. Bradley wasn't impressed, and it was his words that caused Trucido to murder the king, a mystery to the country and world, and forcing Alexander to take the throne at the age of 19.
The new king, knowing and admitting to himself he wasn't ready to do this, became part of the Sumata 13 in their quest for what he thought was supposed to be changing the world for the better but turned out they were going to destroy it instead. Feeling the pressure of Trucido's thumb on him when he tried to back out of it, Alexander had no clue what he was supposed to do.
His father's royal advisor, Holmes, stuck around the castle despite his want to leave and paid attention to the young king's suffering--the prince had never given a care in the world about his political duties but as the king he legitimately tried and was lost, flapping about and clearly needed help. Holmes not only stepped up to help Alexander but also to protect him as he knew of a growing rebellion forming within the castle against the unsuspecting and inexperienced king, being lead by the boy's father's favourite and most trusted captain, Albert Leid. After an attempted assassination out in Roccia on Alexander, and at the same time a bloody battle in the castle of Santo-Luce, Albert Leid and his followers were brought to justice. In a time when Alexander felt the most alone, he found friendship in his other captain, Alex, Holmes, and the hero from Earth, Zeke. With these men at his side and a formed alliance he managed to make with Crepusculum, Alexander found the confidence and strength to leave the Sumata and prepare for an attack from Trucido.
In the war with the Sumata, Alexander set up a nation-wide barrier that allowed in all those sick and injured and protected them, had soldiers leave on peacekeeping missions in other nations, and had resources sent to other nations to provide help. At the end of it all, he was celebrated as a surprisingly competent king and miraculously reunited with his friend Zeke, shortly after forming a relationship with him.
Currently, Alexander is out to unite the nations of the world against Duo. He's also carrying out final wishes left by his new-and-now-dead friend, Benjamin Kirix-Unda, the president of Unda. Remember when I said Alexander had like, no friends? It's a curse, I'm telling you.
