Just so you's all know I'm not here to actually stir up trouble, this is just me ranting like a little old woman in general - if anything, I think it'd be interesting for other people to start their own rants whether it makes sense or not in the same thread. K LUV YOU ALL BAI

You people and your "Black Friday", it all makes me sick!

Especially out in the U.S. where you guys totally just had a whole day of "LOL LET'S GIVE THANKS AND BE KIND TO EACH OTHER."

And then you all beat up each other the very next day for WHAT? A TV that was marked down from $300 to $100? WTF.


And it never freaking stops. It goes on until now until December 24th. I can't even grocery shop because the people...the PEOPLE. OH MY GOD. I WANT TO PUNCH HALF OF THEM.

Do you all know what time I shop for things, even GROCERIES at this time of the year? 6AM. And when the stores open up to 24/7 hours I shop at 3AM if I'm up by then. I'M SO NOT KIDDING I CAN'T STAND CROWDS PEOPLE ARE STUPID, RUDE, INCONSIDERATE AND I WISH HELL UPON THEM AND THEIR HORRIBLE SPAWN THEY CALL THEIR PRECIOUS CHILDREN.

And then people half-mellow out by the 24th and celebrate Christmas with each other. Everyone's kind and giving and all into the supposed "spirit" of the holiday (lol Christmas doesn't even make sense but I'll save that for much later) and encourage we all spend time together as family and blahblahblah.

AND THEN CANADA AND THE U.S. BOTH DESTROY THEIR OWN KIND THE VERY NEXT DAY ON BOXING DAY.

Man, I HATE the values we teach children. SPOILED ROTTEN KIDS. Oh well, at least they can't run anymore they've gotten so lazy and FAT nowadays. </different rant>



As people can see this is the time of the year when the planets are perfectly aligned and my skin starts turning green. I get very grouchy and complain about Christmas.
The only cure for this is for me to wear an adorable Santa hat, sew bells to my red slippers and dance around, listen to GOOD xmas music, avoid any and every store between 9am-10pm at ALL costs, and place my own cute Christmas tree in the corner of the room so that I may distract myself with pretty blinking lights.

My biggest thing is the crowds though. Usually if I avoid people at this time of the year I'm the happiest thing alive XD;

...I won't be for the next couple of weeks though D: boss's baby is apparently expected THIS week if not the beginning of the one after, and he'll be gone for 14 days to care for his baby and gf, and the other guy quit, and the damn football season is coming to a close and AHHH. AHHH. MY NEXT DAY OFF IS NEXT SATURDAY.

But that may just be me, cliched romance tends to make me sick.

Though Mom says she may get me a GOOD new laptop for X-mas, which would be like 600 dollars and I would feel bad about it...

THE SCHOOL IS SO ANNOYING WITH THEIR NO SNOWBALL FIGHTS POLICY. "THERE MIGHT BE ICE IN IT" NO THATS NOT ICE THATS THE SALT YOU PUT DOWN THAT NEVER ACTUALLY MELTS THE SNOW SO PEOPLE SLIP ANYWAY.

AND SETTING UP THE TREE IS GONNA BE A BITCH THIS YEAR BECAUSE LAST YEAR WE SET IT UP IN DADS OFFICE BUT I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT ASSWIPE.

AND THEN OF COURSE THERE WILL BE SNOW DAYS (OR THE LACK OF THEM DUE TO THE GREAT SNOW DAY FAIL). I should explain; the Great Snow Day Fail was last year (or was it the year before?) when there was supposed to be this HUGE snow storm, like, 3 feet of snow... So everyone canceled school, parking bans, the whole nine yards... And there was no snow at all that day. All the students had a good laugh about it and the school learned "Oh, its never as bad as they say it will be so we do not have to take snow days, even if they say there will be six inches of snow." and then everyone has to go to school in six inches of snow. Because people are morons. And I can NEVER stay home. And of course everyone is getting colds and stuff so we all get to be sick and still have to go to school.

I hate school. If you haven't already noticed.

DAMMIT I HATE CHRISTMAS SHOPPING THE ONLY PERSON WHO MAKES IT EASY IS FAEY BECAUSE WE TELL EACH OTHER WHAT WE WANT AND IT WORKS OUT FINE. GAH. At least I already have Moms present, Ive had it since like october, but now Ive gotta find one for my LAZY POTHEAD BUM of a brother and i dont want to get anything for dad because hes a clingy whiny asshole who is getting what he deserves. But if I dont get him anything hell probably have a freaking mental breakdown and I couldnt care less about him but of course getting kicked out of the house in the middle of winter is bad, so Ive got to get him a card. Anyone know some place that sells cards that say; "GO DIE, ASSHOLE!"?

I'll rant in my own way.

I really hate black friday. I just stayed up from 2:30 on just to get friends presents to make sure I stick to a budget cause I have so many presents to get. I took my time and got my stuff. No trampling. But I saw so many kids crying. Kids. Little kids. Here at 2:30 am. Crying cause they're tired, barely up, and the father/mother is pulling them along and YELLING. At them.

..I hate this place. >>;

The holiday season always tends to be screwed up for me, i dunno about you guys. Hate the fact that on Thanksgiving/Christmas, there's always something worse to pull down the festive mood and create tension/problems at every event.

Hey, just 'cause I remembered to turn my caps lock off periodically =/= someone out-ranted me, Mike XD I could have easily added on my extra stressors at work and it would have kept going on and on and on hahahaaha

And I LOL at you guys closing schools (and...basically acting as though the apocalypse is upon you) because of 3ft. of snow. We'd still be made to go to school, no joke. Everything would be functioning normally (granted busses would be delayed greatly, so would taxis but meh). It'd be like, -40something with -56 windchill (Celsius might I add) and we'd still be made to go to work and school even though only the lucky cars start in that weather.

LAST year was the only year I remember the kids getting an official "snow day" off (as well as more than half of the city total) because we were hit with 5ft+ of snow and people were literally trapped in their homes. .__.
