Description: A young woman, 6'3" in height and about 180lbs. Blond hair cut very short with bright green eyes. Muscular and well toned. Wears scale armour, a decorative steel helm and damascus leggings and gauntlets. Her armour keeps a consistent silver colour, with gold inlays. Her clothes are made of browns and greens, and keeps to a tomboyish format.
Age: 19
Personality: Natalya is a woman of duty, but a girl at heart. Her venture into the wide world has her filled with cautious excitement, and when she is not drawn into the world of crime and battle she takes joy in the new experiences she sees both big and small.
She is slow to warm to people, and her bookish nature makes her somewhat put off by people that come on too strong, even if they have good intentions. She's bad at reading people, but once she's had time to know them and learned to trust them she will treasure their friendship.
Place of Origin/Home: A castle town called Eventide. (I guess given the namesake the town would belong in Nerezza)
Alignment: Neutral
Occupation: City Justicar
Equipment: A seal that shows her status as Justicar, a traveller's backpack(containing survival gear, manacles, rope, and a chocker that inhibits magical powers), her armour and weapons, and a booklet that contains drawings and info on criminals of Nerezza, as well as those she has encountered.
Weapons: Favors a warhammer as her weapon of choice. Carries one on her side, as well as a bow and quiver on her back.
Combat: She prefers to target the limbs and chest with her hammer to incapacitate her targets. Relying on her amazonian stature she fights with brute force, and once a foe is weakened enough she'll go in bare handed to grapple her target and use her equipment to bind their arms, legs and magical powers.
Magic: Natalya holds access to a form of magic that grants her weapons, armour and clothing blessed by the God of Law. The gifts can only be used if she discards or loses her gear, and while they might not offer traditional protection will instead grant her other benefits. Below are each she has access to:

Impulse Boots-accelerated speed
Mauling Gaunlets-enhanced arm strength
Therapeutic Mantle-slow self healing
Spellward Vest-reduces the damage dealt by elemental magic slightly
While can technically use all of these, each one she adds on weakens the effects of the others.
There are also others to be learnt, given her age and experience she has only begun to tap into the Incarnum powers.
Flaws: The source of her power also restricts her actions, her alliances and her judgement. She believes that laws are absolute, and that even so called "heroes" must be punished for crimes they have committed or transgressions they have made.
Also given her lack of experience or worldly encounters she knows little of the world, and is a poor judge of character. Her combat skills also have a long ways to go, making her fearsome to common criminals but not enough to have made a name for herself.
History: Having grown up within a monastery within Eventide, Natalya lived a sheltered life for many of her years. Not that she wanted the outside world, for she had safety, comfort and a family of its clerics, nuns and the other orphans. She followed her elders dutifully and studied in the ways of the gods. By chance one of the old clerics was an old master of the Incarnum, and saw in her the potential to learn its ways.
Much of Natalya's training was kept secret, known only to her and her master Sironious Banders. Upon the age of 10 she was forced to learn a trade so she could one day leave the monastery and grow to become a member of society. Wishing to use her gift in the best way she could think of she apprenticed under the city guard, and before too long was aiding in arresting criminals.
Seeking to do more than merely keep her city safe she now heads out into the world to battle crime and hone her skills.
