*In the queens throne room*
The Queen’s Announcer whispers something into her ear when suddenly the large double doors swing open with a “thud” revealing a man in a black cloak standing on the other side swinging his hands as they flash in white light. The man then walks in and kneels before his queen, saying
“Queen Elysia
I have interesting news
May we speak alone?”[/i]

Elysia nodded in acknowledgement of her advisor and raised a hand to the others in the room, "Leave the room, please." It took a minute more, but the few who had been in the throne room finally left and she turned her attention fully to Molothrus. "Interesting news of what?"

Molothrus gets to his feet standing straight up. His eyes met hers as they were at the same level despite her throne being raised.
"My Queen, my sources have brought to my attention something of UTMOST IMPORTANCE!"[/i] He emphasizes these last words carefully, almost shouting the into the air as he reaches upward as if he is trying to grab the ceiling. "You see, there are apparently some crystals in this world. CRYSTALS OF POWER! These crystals are being sought out by nearly every faction in Allorum."[/i]
He paused here staying silent, staring at Her Majesty watching the wheels turn to see how she would take this news.

Elysia tilted her head. "Interesting indeed. Where are these crystals from? Kind kind of power do they wield?" Most people would jump at 'crystals of power', but Elysia wanted to know exactly what she would be getting into in this situation, and what the consequences would be.

Molothrus smiled, "Ever cautious aren't you, My Lord. That is an important trait in a strong leader, but another thing you must learn is finding the best way to make any situation benefit you and your kingdom."[/i] His grin widened, he was proud of his wording, "You, see. I'm not certain what powers these crystals have, or where they come from. BUT,"[/i] He stresses this last word for a strong effect, "For them to be this sought after it can only be worthwhile. If you get your hands on one and we find it to be less than useful, then you can Auction it off to the highest bidder." [/i]
He was starting to show his excitement at this point waving his arms around, almost like a madman, "It could make Tuono the most powerful Kingdom in Allorum! Or the Richest! Its nearly set in stone. All we have to do is locate these crystals."[/i]

Elysia tilted her head, thinking to herself, Naturally, any good opportunity that reveals itself has some price, some hidden problem or complication... "Then please answer the question, how do we find these crystals?"

Pleased that he had her full interest on this, Molothrus continued, "Of course My Queen. As you know I am a powerful sorcerer. Finding an object, even a crystal of power is not beyond my abilities. But I need something similar; something that is linked to the desired object to use this magic. As for what is linked to these crystals I have discovered that they seem to be related to the legend of the 'Lunar Knights'.[/i]
He begins pacing as he speaks, "As best as I can tell we have a few options, we can search for these 'Lunar Knights', or we can search for a crystal. If we can find one crystal we can likely find all the rest. Alternately, If we find a 'Lunar Knight' and gain his trust, he or she may help us find the rest.[/i]
He stops pacing and stares down Elysia for a moment before continuing, "With my ability to astral Project we should be able to act faster than any other nation upon discovering the location of any of these, so I would recommend that we begin serious talks and negotiations with the other nations, maybe even installing some spies within their courts. The other suggestion I have is to keep close watch on the "Heroes". They are likely to get involved in this matter as well and if we keep close to them, we will likely stumble across a crystal or a lunar knight sooner or later."[/i]

Elysia nodded thoughtfully, "So we must find a 'Hero' and follow them until they lead us to a Lunar Knight or a crystal. Hmm.... Wasn't there a hero residing in Nachtundtag?"

After pausing to think for a few moments Molothrus replies, "I have heard that Yeligar Maelstrom is seen there quite frequently, sometimes with other Heroes. He is a good start I think."[/i]
He bows low and says, "Good work My Lord."[/i]

Elysia nodded and smiled. "Thank you Molothrus. I would appreciate it if you continued to listen for any further information on the crystals." She stood up and took her coat, fifty times more excited than she would ever let on. "I think I am going to Nachtundtag."
