Jasmine shook her head.
"He never got specific about it. The only thing he told me was that there was a fair amount of 'suspicious activity' going on around there recently so he got together a handful of men to go investigate it. I'd like to think it has to do with an increased amount of supplies unaccounted for being shipped from Ignis to Ketulunanox but I'm afraid that you can't take my word for it," she tilted her head to the side, "I only really know what I know about the job I do, afterall. Papa just seems to know what he's doing and when and then goes out and does it, it's impressive. I couldn't lead an army, for sure. I repair broken bones is all."
Jasmine had gone about halfway through her cup of still-scalding-hot tea before she set it down and threw in, "Did you care for a little more tea? I have a few biscuits too if you'd like."

Jasmine disappeared for only a short moment to grab the plate of biscuits. As she set them on the table she simply answered, "That's a very romantic view of the military I think, Mr. Maelstrom. I can't say much more about it but it seems to idealistic. As for my grandmother, I see her now and then when she comes to visit; she's starting to look for her own little place to rest, I think she may be wanting to retire."
