Amadeus found one, a Crystal: or at least he sensed one's location, which led him to an empty spot. A place where the grass didn't grow as well in the area, almost as if something...something unseen was preventing the grass from growing. Could it be the power of the Crystal? A simple detection could be found, for Ketuluanians are more attune to the Crystals than Allorumians.

Amadeus appeared in the middle of empty spot. He stood there, and he then stuck out his hand out in the center. He started to glow, then there was a flash of light. When the light died down, a crystal was in Amadeus' hand.
"Finally." He said as he put it away, and then he vanished into the shadows. He then appeared closer to the fight, and said, "Aku, that is enough. We are done here."

"Ah, so that is where you went. I thought that a heartbeat was missing, but I thought Aku just killed one of you." He said as he stared at him. He started to walked around him, not letting him out of his sight. "Well, I am sorry if you want to do a duet, but I am afraid it is time for us to let the curtain fall."

"Indeed." Malice smirked, "...but it is I who shall bask in the applause!" Tangled thorns and twisted brambles erupted from the ground around the pair of magic wielders. "You're not getting away!"
Malice was beginning to wonder what, exactly, he had gotten himself into.

"I don't need to get away, if you want to fight I will need a stage. This one is too crowded." He said as he looked around. He pulled his right hand out from his pocket, and it revealed a plated glove. The white metal plates were as white as the moon was, and had unusual symbols engraved on it. "This will take only a second." He said as his little finger folded down fast, and then all of the trees around them were sliced into logs. He then moved his hands to the side, and they were shot at Aku, Aya, and Roxa as if it was an avalanche.
"One, two, three, four." He said moved his arms like a composer. "One, two, ready, GO" He ran, and swung his foot at Malice's face.

Prepared for such a tactic, Malice quickly turned, thrusting an arm toward the stream of flying logs which changed course and flew up into the sky. In a single motion, Malice brought his extended arm up and over himself to point directly toward Amadeus. The logs followed the same path and came crashing down to the earth. "They always go for the plants..." Malice thought, smirking.

Amadeus looked at the logs, and grinned. He raised his left hand, and muttered an incantation. His hand was surrounded by a white energy, and when it erupted, it produced a large sound shattering the logs. He then looked at him, and said, "What's else do you have?"

"Sound magic..." Malice thought "...damn." Running through his internal appendix of spells, Malice counted a single low-level spell that could be effective against his opponent. But surely someone who utilized sound as a weapon would expect and negate such a spell.
Frustrated, Malice pointed his still outstretched hand down, and his talons shot straight into the earth, resurfacing under Amadeus.

Amadeus looked down, and hopped back, but not before he got a small cut on his leg. "Well, well. Aren't you just full of surprises." He said as he looked at him, "Tell me, witch, what is your name?" He then ran over and swung his foot at Malice's side.

Malice, being the ranged spell caster he is, was not accustomed to physical injury. Taking the full force of a kick to the ribs was one of his least favorite injuries to sustain in battle. The pain caused by magic seemed, in contrast, so much deeper, as if it flooded every cell in your body with overwhelming energy. Physical harm felt so superficial, so...empty. As Malice flew to the ground, he scolded himself for excluding himself, casting protective magics only on Roxa and Aya.
A soft patch of grass burst from the ground before Malice landed, cushioning his unforeseen meeting with the earth. After a moment of quiet wheezing, he stood and brushed bits of debris from his clothing. "I am Herba Maliciferum," his voice quivered a little, not from pain, but unadulterated rage. "....this is MY forest, MY home, and those are MY comrades that you have so blindly underestimated. And it is by MY power you shall be slain!" Malice raised his arms and crossed them above his head then swiftly brought them down in a sweeping motion. A wave a vegetation exploded out of the fertile earth, racing directly toward Amadeus.

"Your home?" He asked as he looked at the ground. He then dodged the vegetation and then landed right in front of him. "Do you think I give a damn about your home? I am here for a mission and I have completed what I need to do." He stared at him, "You need to lay there, I have no need for any more chorus members."

"Why do you never learn?" Ave asked as he closed his eyes impatiently "Kage-Dama!" he hissed, a sudden sphere of shadows surorunding his body, blocking both of Aku's strikes before cracking and fading away with a devilish hissing noise, Ave growled before thinking through his next attack, he looked to the trees around him and a sudden plan struck him. Grinning somewhat mischieviously he looked straight at Aku "Shadoukamereon" he whispered before his figure slipped away into the shadows, literally disolved into the darkness.

(Making the first post to revive the Lunar Arc ;D)
Aku stopped in his pace as Roxa vanished from his view, vanishing into the shadows.
"Come out already, Eli!" Aku yelled, "Or I swear I'll tear your friends apart!"
Aku tensed up, preparing for Roxa to jump out at him.
