((LOL someone get in here and give Bastien a job))
It'd been the same thing all over again.
"Bastien! Bastien, where are--no way. You didn't..."
"I can't believe this. Why, Bastien?!"
The voices of his comrades kept going as Bastien had straightened himself up. He looked down at the dead body before him and then down to his hands which were now painted in blood. He backed away a few steps before he dared to glance around at the rest of his colleagues who stood around in a semi-circle around him, horror-stricken.
He wanted to say something but didn't quite know how to. He went to open his mouth and hesitated...
And every time that'd be the point in the dream in which Bastien would wake up. He sat up straight, burying his face in his hands and trying to bring himself slowly back to reality.
It'd been a dream, that's all it was. Nothing like that was going on...why did this keep happening?
"...This is why I hate sleeping," he muttered groggily and slipped out of bed. He glanced outside the window, noticing he'd slept in later than he should have. He had a client to meet and soon and so quickly moved to dress himself in his usual black suit; he ran his hand through his black hair half-assedly to straighten it as he walked out the door and onto the Nemus streets.
He waited on the corner by a small gift shop, leaning against a wall and watched as people walked by. He'd gotten a job order none too long ago and decided to meet the client here, assuming they showed up that was.
If not, maybe there was some other job he could pick up instead. Who knew.

Faey had decided, what the heck, while she was still in Allorum for a few more days, why not go sight-seeing some more- not just revisiting places she'd already been. And she was glad she'd made the trip to Nemus Village- yet another one of the infinite places on Allorum she'd wanted to see.
The view from the treetop village- which was a wonder in itself- was breathtaking, and she wandered the streets aimlessly, as she often did when being tourist-y. She wasn't really paying attention to where she was walking though, and was listening to her iPod, not-so-subtley examining the people around her. She was in the middle of trying to stare at the odd pattern on the jacket of someone who'd passed her by, and was rudely interrupted by the the person leaning against the wall she'd been walking near, bumping into them and knocking out her earbuds. "Ow! Shoot!"She pressed the pause button on her earbuds, scowling. "My bad, sorry.." She rubbed her ears- having them yanked out like that always hurt- then shrugged it off and grinned. "Hiya!"

Magnar was standing just around the corner, watching in the shadows. He wore a nice looking jacket and gloves, and his black waist length hair looked as perfect as ever. His eyes were bloodshot and as usual he looked like he could use some more sleep, yet he watched intently, his wolflike ears perked, his tail squishing, as if waiting for the right moment.
It seemed that everywhere he'd gone in this Realm, there were humans. Being the ego-tistic one he was, he assumed all humans had to have little intelligence- something he could work with to his advantage. He stayed unseen, simply waiting.
