Yeligar came back about an hour later, with a dress. It was the hardest time figuring out what kind he had to get. He thought he got one that would fit her, but it would have to do. He knocked on the door, and asked, "Lily, are you decent? I am sorry, but I got you a dress."

Lilith looked to the door, still wrapped in the cloak as she answered, "Yes. Come in."
She turned her hand over the rose again and its stem and leaves wriggled upwards to try to touch her hand. She smiled at it as the door opened.

Yeligar walked and put the dress down on the bed. "Ok, I am going to go outside while you change. Sorry if it doesn't fit you that well. If it is too big or too small, we can go back to the tailor, and get a new one." He said to her, as he shut the door.

Lilith nodded as Yeligar set the dress down and left the room. It didn't take her too long to get dolled up into it - it was a little tight in the chest area but there was nothing much she could do about that. Otherwise the dress fit just fine and complemented her hips nicely, and it was a lovely maroon colour, the lacy skirt reaching down to the ground.
She was going to call out through the door to let Yeligar know that he could come in but instead she took his cloak, folding it up nicely, and opened the door to find him outside of the room, folded cloak in hand. She blinked up at Yeligar and held it out to him.
"Thank you again...I'm sorry for the trouble. I'll do whatever you'd like me to to pay you back for it," she said quietly.

"No, do not worry about. It is the job of the chivalrous, I couldn't just leave you naked and lost in the woods." He said as he put on his cloak on. "So, how does it fit? Is it too big, too small? I am sorry, but I don't know how to clothes shop."

Lilith twirled in the dress lightly, enough for Yeligar to get a look at her back (as she couldn't really see that herself) and stopped to play with the folds of the skirt.
"It'll do just fine. I do insist that I do something for you to make up for it. It is something that I've been raised to respect is the act of someone's kindness must be returned to the same measure."
She couldn't really remember the people who raised her of course but she knew very well that that was her way of life before she woke up in the forest this afternoon.

Yeligar rubbed his chin, and then asked, "How about I think about tonight, and I'll give you an answer in the morning?" He then walked over to his lance, and put on his cloak, and put the lance in the cloak, making seem he didn't have a weapon on him. "So, are you hungry or thirsty?"

"That sounds just fine, Mr. Maelstrom. Remember you can ask me for anything and I'll do whatever I can to do it for you," Lilith smiled, watching him tuck away his lance. Her eyes travelled along his shoulders for a moment before he spoke again. She responded quickly with, "I am quite hungry, actually. If I had the materials I'd make you a good dinner at least."

"No no. Let's find a restaurant. You had a stress filled day." He said as he walked out of the room, and held the door open for her, as she walked though. He looked at he with the dress on, and thought it made her look lovely. Yeligar shut the door, and walked out of the hotel. "You two have a good time around town." The Innkeeper said, "Ugh..." Yeligar sighed under his breath. He walked around, and notice a small bar with some tables. "Would you like to eat there?" He asked.

"I've had a stress-filled day and you're the one who's giving up all his time to look after me?" Lilith shook her head as they walked down the street. She enjoyed the sights of the town, all of the flowers and thick bushes springing up everywhere made her feel so much at home. She giggled as she raked her hand along the sides of the roses bushes that they walked by, the flowers all twisting in ways that seemed to reach up at her. It made her feel special.
Lilith snapped back to full attention as Yeligar pointed out the small bar. She daintily wrapped an arm around Yeligar's as she answered, "Of course, as long as it isn't too expensive; I don't want you wasting more money on me than you have to, sir."

"It's not a problem." He said as he turned a little red all over. He walked into the bar, and sat down in a booth, since it was the only table open. He looked at the menu, and then asked, "So what are you hungry for?"

"I'm fine enough to just have a big bowl of soup, it'll be more than enough for me," she smiled, her curling hair resting on her shoulders; she played with a few strands of hair, twirling it around in her fingers as she watched Yeligar from across the table.
"So what do you do? You look like a knight," she tried to get a little conversation going. She wasn't sure if she was much of fan of his eyepatch or the scruffy chin, but otherwise he seemed pleasant enough.

"I used to be a knight. In fact, I used to be the warlord of Crepusculum, however I was lost at sea and they pronounced me dead. So, now I just do odd jobs to get me buy. So, is there anything that you remember before you I found you?" He asked her as he looked at the menu, deciding on a half sandwich.

Lilith shook her head as she responded, "I don't recall anything really. I think the most I really knew was that I used to be something important but I am no longer. It'll probably sound silly and it most likely is--I think I may have hit my head and imagined it all--but I heard a voice in my head talk to me and tell me that I am 'who I should be now'. When I opened my eyes all I saw was the Mother Tree over me..."
She played with her water glass as she added, "...I'd have almost said that it was the tree itself, it seemed so right but somehow I think I just must have hit my head very badly instead."

"Hmm, The tree talked to you..." Yeligar said, "Maybe that is a sign that you have geomancy." Then an old man walked up to talk their order. "Yes, I would like a plain fish sandwich." Then the old man asked him, "And what will your wife be having" W-w-w-w-w-w-w-wife! Why does everyone think we are married He thought before he answered. "My friend would like your soup." "Alright." THe mans said before he walked away.
