As the group made their way outside they found the Shade was standing their, waiting for them. As they ran out he chuckled, the moment most of the group passed through the cave entrance a giant energy ring ignited and created a barrier. Sealing most of the group away, with the exception of the following: the actual Kurai, Eli, Juno, Jasmine, Vash, Volkmar, and Enzo.
"Huh...there WAS a magic seal, go figure..." he murmured, as if he wasn't expecting the event.

"No!" Eli yelled, trying to get to the others before the barrier sealing them off went up. He turned to the Shade and drew his sword. "Lower the barrier now!"

"Couldn't even if I would, not my barrier," he pointed. "I thought I felt the presence of a magical trap...but I didn't know what it was: now I know it was a barrier. Probably made by the Ketulunians."
He turned to Eli, "So...Eli Ventus huh, that's your name right? Damn, who would have thought Roxa would have a damn twin, lookalike, clone WHATEVER running around?"

The Shade was right, Cyrus was the one who set the trap and had, discretely appeared to check on it. What he saw was very surprising.
So this is the armored warrior Juno reported...wait, Juno...what the hell is she doing with them? he stayed there for a moment, I better see what happens...

"Shut up Eli." Volkmar said, as he spun his sword, "He doesn't seem a man that will do what you say because you seem intimidating... He is the kind of guy that responds to force. Something I have been waiting for!" He pointed his sword at him, "COME ON!" His aura flared up, as he shouted.
"VOLK!" Sayara tried to call out to Volkmar, "Be careful!" She sat down, and was reaching for something. "Where is Saevio?"

Juno looked at the mystical seal and gasped, she knew who made the seal: this had Cyrus's magic written all over it. She knew how his spells worked too...she could remove the field...but they were her enemies.
Eli was with them though...she liked him...hell had a crush on him. She felt so torn, she looked back and forth between Eli and the seal and felt herself make a decision.
Sorry Claire, I'll explain everything when I see you, she apologized mentally, walking to the back of the seal and began studying the magic formula.

Jasmine had been in this situation before, hundreds of times, separated from Andy too hundreds of times. She wasn't alone either, she knew how to handle herself. She was going to tackle removing the seal but she saw Juno already on that, so she began focusing on building up everyone's protection. Defense bolsters and some elemental resistances.
It was what she was good at, supporting them.

-" Shade of a Hero (From the Andy's Other Battle)" The Shade was about to walk away when an idea entered his head, "Well...this could work..." He paused for a moment, "So Eli...you must be family to Roxa, because you sure as hell don't have the aura of a fake or clone. And you know what...I find this Roxa to be soft. Now Alessia's all safe in that little barrier but maybe if I kill you, the only remaining link of his bloodline-" His blackened blade appeared in a cloud of smoke, "-He'll revert back to the good ol'Roxa we know and love!" |

Roxa looked at the barrier "No!" he roared looking at t he barrier as he thought for a way to break through it, he needed to know who that armoured man was and how he knew so much about him. Even worse he realised that Eli was on the other side of the barrier... And he still hadn't discovered the boys connection to him when he was first released. Dammit he needed to get out f this seal before the situation got any worse than it already was!
"The new girl is trying to bust us out
"What?"
"You heard me. Let me help her, my magic could break through this!"
"You nearly put me in a coma last time I gave you control..."
"I'll put you into one now if you don't give me control!"
And with that... Ave was free.
That shade of red. That glorious blood tinted shade of red. Ave could feel something fall down his back almost like a liquid substance before it stopped near the small of his back. He had achieved his second stage of re-awakenment, not that that was an un-common thing to happen these days... Still he had to break them out of this barrier and help the others in defeating that blasted Shade "I'm not shying away this time around!" he growled aloud before sheathing his swords and allowing dark magic to flow around his hands. He got to work on the barrier, trying to unlock it's intricacies with his knowledge of the arcane.

Kurai noted the barrier going up and gave a small sigh at the realisation that his clone was trapped inside of the cavern. "I guess I best do something about this whole situation..." he sighed as he cancelled the shadow clone, whic disappeared from inside the cavern in a puff of smoke. Standing up straight he pulled one of his kunai knives out and attached a small paper seal to the end. The seal was an explosive seal which was far easier to conceal than a grenade and could only be detonated by Kurai's jutsu.
Throwing the knife it landed in front of the Shade, crashing into the snow. Holding his hands together he held his mouth in front of his fingers "Detonate..." he breathed into his hands, as the paper seal suddenly detonated with the force of a grenade. The enemy would still be alive, he knew that much but at least now he could use his speed to leap across next to Eli and turned to face the Shade, the metal plates on his gloves glowing with lunar energy.

Vash watched all of this happen... and then he saw Juno trying to undo the barrier.
He winced, cursed, but he realized, he would probably have to help. THey had enough people fighting now, anyway.
He ran over to Juno. "Listen!" he said. "This barrier..." He touched it.
He winced again. Ketulunan, he thought. "You can undo this?" he asked her.

The Shade blocked Volkmar's strike and laughed as he leaped back, however Kurai's explosive kunai sent him back a bit. Skidding to a stop his laughed.
"Oh a moon ninja now aren't we? Fighting you all is going to be fun!"

Kurai shrugged "We all have our callings don't we?" he asked his opponent as he scanned him with his Sharingan "Damn mask..." he thought to himself as he instead opted for simply watching his enemies movements, waiting for his opportunity to strike...
