Navarre had been practicing with Kouji for a while, and got better than he was before. "Hey, Kouji, this might sound weird, but can you attack me? I doubt my enemies might stand there as I attack."

And then helaunched from a standstill into an attack in two seconds flat.

Kouji's staff hit him in the nose, and knocked him on his backside. "Ow... Man you are really skilled with that." He pulled his hand away from his face, and saw it was covered in blood. He stood up and tilted his head back.

"Ah thanks." He leaned his head forward, "So, I have to ask... have you ever ... killed anyone with that?" He asked, but he was worried that he might have tread on dangerous turf.

He shrugged.
"Not really. I haven't gotten myself into any seriously heavy fighting, except for monsters. I've killed monsters with it, though. Still... someday, I might have to kill someone. When that day comes... I'll be ready."
He sounded uncomfortable; but he sounded certain.

Loud yelling broke the calm of training, apparently Andy and Lana had -literally- bumped heads with each other while getting firewood and it has risen to the usual shouting match.
"God damn it carrot top why don't you just get the HELL out of my way?!"

Volkmar walked off from the group, and looked around. "Well.. if no one is around..." He grinned as he pulled out a bottle of Loqua, some fancy Alcohol from Ketulunanox. "Heheh." He took a swig of his bottle, hoping no one else would notice.

While Volkmar and Vash were busy Eli preoccupied himself with swinging his blade, thinking about how hard it was to be a Lunar Knight. So many things to know...so little time to know it. They would be on the wharf the next day and soon they would be on their way to Ghiaccio...
He felt like he knew so little when he should know more, and this Roxa Sairen...why do people keep talking about him, he was hoping that following them would give him the answers he needed.

"Huh?" Eli turned, realizing it was Kouichi speaking to him. "Oh, I'm just...thinking of what happened today. I was simply hoping to meet you guys and now I'm gonna be traveling across Allorum with you all."

Volkmar sat there and corked the bottle, and would save some for the next day. He then heard a rustling in the bushes in front of him. He pulled out his triangular sword and pointed it at the bush. Then 2 dark beady eyes popped out of the bush. Then a small head of a stuffed strider stared at him. "Oh no... NO NO NO NO! WHY?!" Volk said as a small girl in a large hat and a dark dress came out of the bush. "VOLKY!" Sayara shouted, and she jumped on 'Volky' and hugged him. "How is my Lunar knight?" Sayara asked as she was glad to have found him. |

Vash's eyes went wide and he sprang to his feet as he saw the young girl pop out of the bush.
"S-S-S-Sayara?!" he exclaimed, pointing, for once in genuine and complete shock, all of his masks down.
"W-W-What are you doing here?!"
