The wolf fell over from the attack and Eli looked over at his rescuers, he blinked once...twice...and soon his mouth dropped.
"Y-y-y-y-y-ou're...Y-Y-Y-Yeligar Maelstrom, and y-y-you're Kouichi....Hoooooolllllyyyyyyy craaaap!"
He had shot up and ran to them, despite the terrifying situation he couldn't help but be starstruck.
"You guys are the Heroes! You're all so awesome! I've been wanting to meet you for so long!"

Andy was trying to fight his way to the other streets, spotting one bear-like monster he jump slashed it before it could attack someone.
"You're gonna be okay now," he said, turning to...Faey?! "Wait a minute didn't I save you already?"

Juno stirred from the rubble, having now found the strength to pull herself out of it. She looked around and saw the creature was gone, there was signs of battle...but no warriors or no creature. No Eli even.
I hope he's okay...wait what am I saying? He's got a sword, I'm sure he fought off the creature. she thought, her daydreams soaring as she thought of heroic knights and fair damsels...with of course, her as the fair damsel.
Then a loud crash snapped her back to reality and she knew she needed help, she had to find the crystal though. She let her aura expand and help track the crystal down, soon she vanished from her spot and made her quick hunt through the city. Tracking the crystal.

Kouichi blinked.
"Um. It's nice to meet you, too. Are you okay?"
He wasn't very good around people, really. He was good at helping people, and generally nice to people, but this kind of thing? It was jsut... wierd. Especially since after his first heroic adventure, no one had even known he'd been a hero.

Eli was effectively having a fanboy moment.

"Okay, but if you are unsure defeating these... creatures, then there is no shame in running." Yeligar said, as he scanned the area. He didn't want to see another kid being force to go into war.

He rubbed his hair sheepishly. "Thanks," he said. "What's your name, anyway? I'm not older enough than you I can get away with calling you 'kid', like Yeligar or Volk." He chuckled. "And you can just call me Kouichi."

Before the twins could get either answer a large pile of monsters suddenly flew by, one of the monsters attempted to stand up but someone slamming their foot down on it's head stopped that.
"Feh, not much of a fight..." Lana scoffed at the pile of monsters. Kicking one aside. "I can't get tougher by these things."

The voice was familiar enough; he turned.
"Lana!" he shouted, waving to her as his brother rolled his eyes. "You're here, too?"

Lana lifted her head at the voice, who knew her by name? She turned around and her eyes landed on Kouichi, they widened considerably and her mouth dropped. A creature sneaked up behind her but she raised her first and hit it on the head, knocking it out. Her eyes narrowed as she pointed at Kouichi.
"You! What the HELL took you so long?!"

"IT'S BEEN A WHOLE YEAR DUMBASS!" She yelled at the top of her lungs, the a creature or two lunged for her but she kicked them away effortlessly. "How long does it take for someone to leave for awhile and come back?! You sweep some other lady off her feet or something?"

Scott appeared at the far end of the street and began walking towards the slowly forming group. With his rifle slung over his shoulder and his other hand casually resting on his revolver, he grinned and approached the group. "Well, that was fun.... Lost the militiamen though. . . And is there something in my back? I can't really tell..." he turned his back to face the others and a large tooth protruded from his right shoulder blade. "I can feel something back there... it's weird..."
