*Right at the end of the Arc* Xiza stood outside of the Ruined City of Lunatopia. Once hailed as A Diamond of Ketulunanox, it laid in ruin. No soul lived in it, unless it was a gang or a traveler passing through. It was the living embodiment of ghost town.
Xiza looked at this town that he destroyed, not saying anything to the man who walked up toward him.

I didn't even introduce myself; I hadn't bothered to put my limiters back in place, yet, and without them, Xiza could probably sense me coming without any help from me.
Instead, I came to stand beside him. My voice was cold as I said, "...so. I assume that you have just as many questions for me as I do for you."

"Correct." Xiza said, returning the coldness in his voice. He didn't break his stare at the city to look over at Vash. "Shall I start the questioning, or do you want to have the honor?" he asked plainly.

"You destroyed the city we worked so hard to build," I said flatly. "Nearly four thousand years of history, gone in a single night; thousands of people dead, our Knights, gone, the bloodlines of old Ketuluna, scattered and many, gone for good. All of your ancestors' work... destroyed. You cannot even comprehend the chaos you've caused."
And I looked at him now, cold fury burning in me.
"Why? Was it for power? For fear? For the Damnedblood's favor?" My voice had lost its cool animosity, overcome with emotion. I couldn't say exactly what emotions - there were just too many. Anger was there for sure, and sadness, but Lunatopia had been more than just a home, to me.

Xiza took in a deep breath before answering, "That is a long story, but it is one you are deserved to hear. I wanted Ketulunanox to be more intertwined in with Allorum, so I gain training from a man named Kevin. He was the first person that warned me about Trucido, and to never join up with him. I agreed, and when I became king, I let Trucido know that I would connect Ketulunanox without him or his group. Then I met up with my friends here as part of the Crowning ceremony."
Xiza stuck out his hand, and a pair of yellow knives linked together by a rope, "I told them about my plan and how it would be difficult with Trucido. That is when one of my friends, Oha Lyrro, decided on her own, to take him out for me. She nearly succeeded, but in the end she was killed. Trucido believed that I had sent her and so he wanted pay back. During a Lunatopia celebration, Trucido summoned a Lunar archdemon, and killed another of my knights, Rhea Callisto. So I killed the demon trying to reduce the damages, but it managed to take most of my soul. I became a vessel filled with power and rage, and I had no control over it. I killed 3 of my knights, and one of them was my best friends, then my body collapsed for 5 days." He made the knives vanished, then a vase appeared in his hand.
"When I awoke, Trucido was there, along side with Kevin. Kevin left, and I was told what I had done by Trucido and he held my leash with this. " He gestured with the vase. "So I had to join the Sumatas, and hope that I would get it one day. I had the option of killing a Lunar Knight to receive it back, but I didn't want more Lunar knight blood on my sword, but that is something hard to do when you have no ability of remorse. People were so afraid of me, so they started to call me Tyrant, and that was a name that I accepted, losing Tyrmond. So why did I do it? Because I was trying to save this city. I know the chaos it caused because I received the most of it. I lost my people, my city, my soul, and my friends." He said still staring at his city.

I closed my eyes.
If he were telling the truth, then all the pieces fit. A lunar Archdemon... the cruelest, most evil monster that lived by Mothers' light...
But I could tell he was telling the truth. Things made too much sense; the deaths of the Knights, Xiza's sudden change from a benevolent prince to the tyrant he was known for being...
I shook my head.
"If that's the truth," I said to him, "and I believe you, then... you must atone for your sins. For the things you've done, and the lives you've taken - you have to find a way to make things right."
Mothers, help me, I thought, looking up at the moon in the sky. And then...
I smiled.
"I have an idea, if you would be willing to hear it."
Did I forgive him? I wasn't sure. But Trucido Damnedblood was the cause of enough havoc in this world. I trusted Xiza's story; that would have to be enough.

"What would be this idea for me atoning for my sins?" Xiza asked finally breaking his view form the city. He wondered even if he did what Vash asked of him, if he could be forgiven.

I looked him straight in the eye.
"Your actions nearly took the Order of Lunar Knights out of this world. It seems only fair that you allow us to return to it once again." I looked back out over the city. "New Lunar Knights are awakening to their power as we speak. They need teachers, and there are only a few of us who can be that to them. What's more, with the death of the old Order, and the help of the new in rescuing Allorum, we may be able to rejoin this world. Lunatopia is the city of their ancestors, Xiza, the last Ketulunan settlement to survive the purge and the disaster afterward. Gift it to us, and place your support behind the new Order. That, at least, you can do; and it will go a long way towards righting the wrongs you did to the last descendants of Ketuluna."
And then my eyes traveled back to him. "As for forgiveness... that, you will need to look for in Mothers' eyes... and in yourself."

"A new Order of Lunar Knights?" Xiza said plainly, but this did interested him. "What would you do with the new order of the Lunar Knights, and Lunatopia?"

"I was thinking of a temple," I said, "a temple for Mothers, to replace the one that was lost in the destruction... but more than a temple, it would be a home. A place where Lunar Knights can train, and live, and learn about their history and abilities. Around it, Lunatopia would be rebuilt... maybe even larger and more prosperous than before it was destroyed. And we can rebuild, and rejoin the world. After taht..."
I smiled.
"Well, after that, it's up to them, isn't it?"

"Yes it is. However I need to ask you something first." Xiza said as he looked at him, "Who are you? In all of the records I have looked through, there are no records of an Angel's moon Lunar Knight, and therefore a Lunar cannot manifest, yet you have the mark."

"The mark and the power," I said. "You've guessed correctly; I'm Vash, the Angel's Moon. But unlike my siblings, this body of mine... isn't a disguise created so I could walk among humans. I wasn't called here by a Lunar Knight."
I laughed softly. "You've never found any records of my Lunar Knight because I don't have one; I haven't had one for four thousand years. This body is real... I'm trapped in your world."

"So you are the Lunar of Guasto." Xiza said, "Interesting. A being like you who has no threat of death, and who wields such devastating power. You could have killed me for this, and yet you are just an enigma to all of us. Is it your power that makes you live in solitude for so long?" He turn towards Vash, the white vase still in his hands.

I shook my head.
"What would the world gain from your death? You've proven to me right now that you can change. It's not my, nor anyone else's, right to decide who lives and who dies."
I closed my eyes. "But people do die, Xiza. I know that better than most; my power is one reason for my staying away from people, but it's not the only reason. How would you feel to watch everyone you care about dying, every second of every minute of every hour of every day of every year? And... what then? All around me people get old and die... but I stay the same. Someone who's read enough history, knows enough of the signs, would eventually come after this devastating power you admire so much..."
My hand gripped the straps of my cross tightly. "This kind of power simply can't fall into the wrong hands."

"I agree. It is an mighty power that cannot fall into the wrong hands." Xiza said, "But if you keep hiding it, it might be used for the wrong purposes. That is why I want to make an true alliance with you, when I was younger, and had a heart, I wanted to unite this world, to make us grow. I will fund the new Order of Lunar Knights, and rebuilt the city, but I need you to run it as Governor. Along with that, I want the Lunar Knights to help relations with Ketulunanox with the rest of Allorum, and make this world where we still have our traditions, but we are also have this planet. I know this can be accomplish with your help, but to make that world, we will need you. Your power would be one for change, not for death." It would have been more convincing if there was some heart behind it.
