Tami grunted, hopping off the metal statue like shape, he wandered back over to the edge of the tower, now occupied by Vash and Daisuke and simply stared out at the city once again. His fist clenched tightly as a frown passed his face and he closed his eyes.
"I don't even have the energy to beat a crippled girl... How in Hellious can I get revenge on a clan like the Infernus?!" He thought to himself, he needed to be stronger, faster, he needed more techniques which were more powerful. He needed to reach his full potential.

I sighed. "You need to learn to pace yourself, Rin," I chided gently, hopping back off the wall. "You use too much energy at a time, leaving yourself exhausted. And you don't know when to quit. Stubbornness is a double-edged sword; it can keep you going when you really need to, but it can also get you killed when you should rightfully retreat."
I put a hand on her shoulder. "You did well, though. Daisuke, mind taking her? I want to talk to our 'new friend' here."
Then I walked over to him, inspecting his stony face. "Impressive technique," I told him thoughtfully. "You know, I've met someone else who uses very similar abilities." I pointed to my left eye. "Very similar, in fact. Do you know a man named Kurai Horo?"

I chuckle as I try to get down from my position. "If you say so!" I saunter over to the downed Rin and pick her up, holding her princess-style. "You were sooo good Rin!" I said enthusiastically, before I turn to the man. "You were good too of course!" I said with a smile, forgetting instantly the incident from earlier. "You wanna grab some food with us or something? I'm pretty hungry."

"Kurai-sensei?!" Was Tami's first thought when Vash spoke, and he could feel his eyes widen ever so slightly but he soon forced them back into his rigidly calm expression as he looked across at Vash and gave him a nod.
"I'm assuming you're referring to the Sharingan..?" He asked before giving a second assertive nod. "Yes, I know Kurai-sensei."

"Heheh. Double-edged sword... I'll keep that in mind. Never know when I might want that..." Thank you, Ryn... I did better than last time. That's better than we've ever done... "Thanks, Dai. That's what a Lunar Knight can do." I grin as he continues talking with Trench Coat. "Come on, join us. We can talk then. And you can tell me how to do that log-thing... By the way, when is my paralysis gonna go away. It tingles and it's really funny, but I hate being carried..."

I nodded. "Sensei... he's your teacher, then?" I didn't even wait for his affirmative before nodding again. "I thought I recognized some of those techniques. I apologize for pulling him away from home; he must be proud of such an obviously talented student."
He may be rude, but I recognized skill when I saw it.

Tami looked over his shoulder at Rin, his face still somewhat cold.
"It differs from person to person depending on your strength. 24 Hours at the most, 10 minutes or so at least. Although it may even be before that if you're what you say you are. And I'll pass. I have more important things to be doing, remember?" He gave the first sincere smile since he'd entered this Kingdom, but something was still wrong with it, it wasn't quite a full smile at all, it seemed too false.
He turned back to Vash. "Far from it..." He grumbled, casting his gaze down to the floor.

"Oh?" I asked. It probably had something to do with his less-than-stellar personality. It came to me that possibly, just possibly, he and Kerrian might get along; either that, or they'd hate each other on sight.
"Your important business - it wouldn't happen to include finding him, would it? Because I can take you to him. He's just... a bit tied up at the moment."

He looked down at his left hand, the one in which he had used the Chidori, the skin still felt warm to the touch from the intense energy that he had gathered in it merely minutes ago. "Let's just say I broke a personal rule of his." He crossed his arms as Vash spoke, before hearing that this man knew where Kurai-sensei was.
He looked across at him, stern expression on his face. Now that the opportunity for him to see his sensei was there, it... It was worrying, if Kurai-sensei found out he'd unnecessarily used the Chidori, he would not be happy.
"I-... I don't know... I may need some time..."
