She'd fallen for the bait! 'Guo went to bring his halberd round, but suddenly a sheet of ice blocked the woman's attack. A pale blue energy suddenly flooded 'Guo's senses and he smiled softly as he skirted round the wall of ice that had just saved him, or rather, would have if he hadn't been anticipating the attack. He spoke aloud, hoping his aggressor would hear.
"Vash put you up against me for a reason!" He called, picking up her position with his extra sense before jumping towards her, White Moon Dragon raised as he brought the huge blade down towards the ground in an earth-rending slash.
"I can see you!"

I groaned, propping myself up from the effects of yet another explosive arrow (really, what was this guys' fascination with them?!), struggling back to my feet, when a familiar voice rang in my ears and mind.
"Vashy! Are you okay?!"
"Kelcia?" I asked, disbelieving. That's when I saw the wall of ice that had cut across the spot where 'Guo had been fighting, realized that Ghiaccio's Lunar Knight must have come across us.
And yet... how was Kelcia here? I knew that Ghiaccio had been one of hte Knights killed when Lunatopia was destroyed. No beginning Knight could ever use the Crystal, even if they had it in their possession.
I searched for the small figure, appearing around thirteen or so, dressed in winter garb with red eyes sparkling. Kelcia was a face I knew well.
I also searched for her Knight, not sure what my eyes would find.

She wasn't expecting it; the slash threw her backwards, her invisible body making a divot in the sand.
"Y-you're lying!" she cried out, springing to her feet, trying to close the gash in her side. "I-It was a lucky shot!"

"Here, babe. Ice that wound." Akira flatly responds to Bast. Gently raising her hand, her fingers begin dancing around, focusing on the woman's gash. White, foggy snow materializes over the woman's wounds. Akira wasn't choosing a side yet. She didn't know who was in the right or wrong. So remaining a neutral party might help her figure it out. She would aid both sides.
"Vashy. What are these people doing? You're hurt, right? How can Aki and I help out?" Her voice was playful-sounding, though she was serious. "Aaaakii! Come here! Meet Vashy!"
Akira turns her head to the direction of her friend's voice. "Eeehhh...." She looks to the woman and the green man, and shrugs. It seemed like they would be fine. She'd keep her eye on them as she paces towards the red-coated blonde man. He looked like he was about to fall over. Quickly, she grabs his wrist and slings his arm over her shoulders to hold him up. "I guess Kelcia knows you. I'm her friend. Akira. Mind telling me what's happening here? So I can help properly..." This man gave off a similar feeling akin to how she felt around Kelcia. She couldn't quite place it, and puts it in the back of her mind for now.

"You must be the Lunar Knight of Ice," I told her, gratefully accepting her help and looking up to the trees, scanning for any sign of the archer. "I... I keep hearing Kelcia..." I said, quietly, taking a minute to glance away from the trees. "She... she must be speaking through you..."
I was dangerously close to blowing it, but I was so out-of-it right now, I could barely care. I shook my head.
"These people... they're corrupting the mana... the land... we have to stop them..."

"Eh? Lunar Knight? I don't know what that is..." She struggles on the name.
"His name is Vashy, Aki!"
"Right. Vashy. Dunno what this 'Lunar Knight' business is, but you're the only other person I've met that can hear Kelci here. But she's talking on her own... I'm not doing anything." The man was a bit mysterious. He gave off that he was injured, but she couldn't see many cuts. He'd taken some explosive damage, but he was pretty fine physically.
"Please calm down, Mr. Vashy. Just tell me what you need me to do, and I'll do it. If Kelci trusts you, so do I." She tries to offer a comforting smile. Smiles weren't really her thing, so it came out rather awkward.

I chuckled. "Vash... just Vash. THe others... they have a tendency to give me silly nicknames. Especially the younger ones, like Kelcia." I shook my head. "You've given me all I needed already," I told her, coming back to my feet. I'd been stealthily taking the energy Kelcia was offering me through her Knight, drawing the Lunar so quietly I doubted she'd even notice. "There's an archer in these trees; he's got weapons you won't have ever seen unless you've been in Chalybs recently. Help 'Guo with the invisible girl; the archer and I have business."

Akira sighs and taps her palm into Vash's forehead. Closing her eyes, she begins her speech. "With all due respect, Mr. Vash, I'm not leaving your side. You could barely stand but a moment ago. I can assist that boy from here, and also help you here. Kelci gave me some interesting powers. Whatever you need me to do, I will. Even if it's just helping you stand. So deal with it."
Kelcia giggles at Akira's speech. "I'm here, too, Vashy!"

"Yes, yes, lil sis, I know that," I said to her, forgetting I was speaking aloud. "Alright. If you insist," I said to the blonde Knight. "I don't need hlp to stand anymore; I've got that part under control. But I would like to know your name, if we're going to be fighting together."

Akira had already said her name, but figured the red-coated man did not hear. He was kind of weak. She slips out from under his arm and watched him to make sure he was stable. "Akira. Akira Satou. And... I guess you already know little Kelci here."
"Yep! Vashy is my big brother!" The small girl reacts excitedly. She looks him over with a raised eyebrow. Kelcia had never left her side, so when did she have time to find a big brother?
"...Alright. Any brother of Kel's is a brother of mine. Lemme know what I'm doin' here, Mr. Vash."

'Guo opened one eye, so that his vision of peoples mana signatures faded slightly but still remained. He smirked as he turned to face Bast and focused on her signature. "Oh really..?" He asked as he noticed the pale blue aura near Vash's rainbow-like, they both ebbed and flowed, as if exchanging energy. Then there it was again. That flash of deep purple that suddenly clouded his mind... What was happening?!
"VASH!" He cried, closing both his eyes to better focus on the woman, he couldn't get distracted now. "There's someone coming, and they're coming fast!" He swung his halbred round his head, before thrusting it forwards, towards the invisible woman. He was far too far away to hit her, but he saw his own pale energy rush out towards her.
"Lunar wave!" He roared as his energy burst towards the woman.

I had to sit out on the sidelines. Literally. I had no fighting energy left. But an hour or so ago was my fight with Ita- well, just Tami. I had literally sat down on the nearby path with an uncomfortable face. Everyone was fighting this time, even Blondie. And I couldn't help them. Because I lost earlier. They might get hurt because of me...
"There's someone coming, and they're coming fast!" Why did my mind instantly think Tami? Why was it constantly on Tami today? My face falls into one without expression. With a light sigh. Is this more depression? It's almost identical to when I lost Dai...

I heard 'Guo's warning, but I couldn't afford to be distracted. "Akira! There! In the trees!" I pointed toward where I'd seen the flash of the archer's movement, leaped into the air, calling wisps to form my wings. Rather than simply appearing, they seemed to stream from every corner of the battlefield, though it was hard, harder than it should've been to keep their forms.
The mana was dying, they told me. I grit my teeth, instead charging my gun with energy, firing blasts at the hiding archer.
"I'm done playing games," I called.

Can he really see me?! she thought, panicking, as the wave crashed into her, stripping her invisibility through pain and sending her crashing and rolling along the ground. "H-how...?" she asked, struggling to get up, hand clutching at the wound, newly re-opened from where the icy woman had sealed it. Looked like she'd decided to pick a side - and it wasn't Bast's.
"...Dammit...!"

"Right, Mr. Vash." Akira replies in a flat tone, instantly directing her attention up into the tree. Her arms turn fluid-like in their movement, raising up on level with her chest. She spreads them, like a breast stroke in swimming, snow dust forming along the invisible path she'd just painted, and the cloud dissipates.
Around a hundred small, thin, long, and perfectly smooth ice needles took their shape. "It's time to chill out, archer man." She hovers a pointed finger above the left end of the row, and begins to slowly move it down the line. About one-eighth in, she swiftly and beautifully finished moving down the line.
The hundred needles shot into the tree. Some into the treetops, others going straight through the trunk. It didn't appear like many would hit. "D-Damnit... Sorry, Mr. Vash. My depth-perception..." Referring to her eye patch now. "...It's not the best."
