The news about the riots and Chaybs had spread quickly, normally, such news wouldn't bare any significant news for it was well known Chaybs could put it down in a week or so... However, to the Allurom Guardians, this was no ordinary riot. They had been tracking a significant force that had entered the city and they themselves knew that this small riot had the possibility of spreading quickly and destabilizing the nation. This was not acceptable, especially if those responsible was from that tower.
Allurom Guardians had significant resources in tracking strong forces, however, they lacked manpower. The once powerful group had been dwindled down to a few hundreds members, and Enzio knew if they were forced to face another creature from the Tower again they would need more hands...
...So the AG reached out, sending messengers to all major groups around the world: Kishu, Heroes and even to the regrowing Lunar Knights.
Enzio entered the town's square, as they requested of the city, they cleared the area for the meeting that he hoped people would respond to. Five of the highest ranked AG entered the square with a good ten guards behind them, Enzio glanced from person to person before looking ahead.
"...Here we go.."

Gensayce and Riliath were currently helping the heroes track down whoever was placing the mana wells, which made Roxa a very uncomfortable man, it was like losing both his arms at once. He wasn't sure if his training would be accurate enough, precise enough, rigorous enough for him to be able to control all that he had been learning over the past few years. Still, great evils were looming, and Roxa could no longer sit in the shadows, playing the role of the puppet master. A number of his agents had gone dark in Chalybs and upon hearing about the riots he grew suspicious, it was unlike Aya to let riots spread in his nation, so Roxa put his own plans on hold to figure out what was going on.
Whereas the Allorum Guardians had entered with their guards, Roxa brought only himself. A few of the Kishu soldiers had offered to come with their lord, but Roxa had said to prepare themselves as well as possible for their plans as well as for whatever evil may possibly await them. With his cloak on and his hood up, Roxa approached the other men who stood surrounded by their guards, before slowing to a halt, ten feet away.
"I am here to represent the Kishu."Ā

This wouldn't be the first time AG would work with Kishu, the last time they decided to work together they managed to bring a violent civil war in Unda to an end. Having the Kishu on their side was incredibly necessary to a swift victory.
"Welcome, Kishu..." One of the older AG said, "We thank you for coming."
Twenty or thirty years ago, the idea of Allorum Guardians asking help of others was unheard of. But with the changing times, the AG could no longer conduct large scale operations alone.
"Are you aware of why we called on your group?" One of the elders asked.

Roxa nodded. He hadn't exactly been told outright what was going on, but he was smart enough to put two and two together. It was a rare occurence for Roxa to lose track of one of his agents without him knowing, but for him to lose the majority of his agents within Chalybs..? Tie this in with the unlikely riots, the fluctuating mana flow which Ave was picking up and the general ominous feeling in the air, it was clear that something was definitely going on. If Roxa himself was appearing, after sitting in the shadows for a year, it was obvious that he was taking this incredibly seriously.
"I trust others are expected to arrive..?" He asked, looking around at the near bare town square. Admittedly, he was good at working in groups, but he had improved on fighting alone. But whatever was about to happen... It just felt pure evil. Even Roxa was willing to admit that he would need back-up on this one, Ave himself wasn't too sure what to think.

"We're hoping," the elder replied. They themselves knew that not a lot of people around Allurom have taken series the danger that all the creatures that broke free from the Tower of Salvation present. It was a deep worry that their plea for help would be ignored...
Meanwhile, Enzio who had stayed mostly silent behind the elders began to comically jump up and down, waving over him. Despite their differences in the past, Enzio still looked up to Roxa... he was his number one hero after all.
While Enzio continued to make a fool of himself the elders continued to engage Roxa, "We have recruited an expert tactician to help us, as soon as we're ready he will begin to explain the situation in better detail."

Roxa smiled beneath the shadows of his good at the antics of Enzio. Youth was something that he would never underestimate, the drive and determination to do all that you hope to achieve. There was a time where he had been like that, war, combat, evil, love... They had all matured him, he had never had the chance to live out his youth, something that he admittedly regretted. Still, he had grand designs, designs that required him to act as his 1020 years insisted. He had no time for being a child.
"Good." He said reaching up to his head, and the hood that enshrouded it. "I have... Let's say an ability, to sense the mana flow. It's going crazy, it was already on the flux when these mana wells started popping up, but now it's gotten more out of hand." He grasped the hood and pulled it down. Roxa looked little different to when he had last been in serious action, he looked a little older, the spikes of his hair had grown slightly and his normally bright blue eyes were dulled with tiredness and stress. Despite mostly being covered by his hair, the small, black, tattoo like, seal on the back of his neck which contained Ave was just visible. Unlike usual where it would sit on his neck, the seal stretched downwards, tracing his spine and disappearing beneath his jacket.
Raising his arms had rolled his sleeves down somewhat, exposing his wrists as well as a similar tattoo like seal on each arm, which traced up his jacket as well as into his gloves. Roxa had indeed been busy.
"We're going to need all the help we can get."

"Somebody say help?"
Eli Ventus spoke as he hovered in the air, the crystal wings on his back shining in the sun as he slowly set down. The wings vanished and he waved up at the sky.
"Thanks for the lift Juno, keep a watch on us." he said, turning to the others and smiling. "So, what do we got?"

"You've got the support of Chalybs themselves," Amalia walked in now, closing her eyes, as she gripped her arm, "Aya...let's just say he's preoccupied in the cities and we can expect the local riots to stop by the time the day ends."
She folded both her arms now and sighed, "He tells me that the Lunar Knights should be on site soon...and that he will agree with any decision this meeting comes to in any regard, be it military matter or likewise."
Now the shadowed warrior nodded at Roxa, "And he sends his regards."

Roxa nodded back at Amalia.
"It's about time he got up off the royal hide of his and did some real work!" He said cheerily, cracking a small smile. He looked across at Eli and gave him a nod as well, it had been a while since he had seen his... Sort of nephew.
Turning his attention back to the elders of the Allorum Guardians he spoke. "I believe a few introductions are in order?" He looked around at the AG, no doubt they'd recognize the groups considering they called them all together, but that doesn't mean that they knew names and faces. It was critical that they did if they were all going to be working together.
First, he motioned to Eli. No doubt a figure of confusion amongst the AG, given his startlingly similar appearance to Roxa. "This is Eli Ventus. Lunar Knight of the Crepusculum Kingdom, Hero and... Well... Sort of my nephew..? I think that would be the best way to describe it. Either way, he's a stalwart warrior and has proved himself in the past." Next he motioned to Amalia, he knew little about her if he was being honest, only seeing her whenever he visited Chalybs. He recognized her name and face but that was about it.
"And this wonderful lady is Amalia Ryno. She works alongside my friend and ally Aya Dauzi Invargas, King of Chalybs." He smirked. "Admittedly, I've never seen her fight. But Aya speaks highly of her, and no doubt trusts her. If he does, as do I." Finally, he placed a hand against his own chest, his grin widening.
"And I am Roxa Hiaten. Former Saint, leader of the Kishu, and one of the oldest guys on Allorum." He scratched the back of his head ruefully, the markings on his wrist appearing on show as he gave a small chuckle.

"A former Saint...?" A voice questioned from behind Roxa. A man stepped around Roxa swiftly, his eyes were covered by a cloths that wrapped around his head while his entire body was dressed in a brown cloak, which was coated in dirt and dust. "Aren't we lucky to be in the presence of such a veteran warrior such as yourself..."
Roxa probably had no idea who this man was, but to be fair, he didn't himself, suffering from amnesia along with the fact he was completely blind, using only his advanced magic to help see his ways through things.
"My apologies..." He stepped to the middle of the square before looking back, "Allow me to introduce myself, I am Amphion. I will be the strategist for this fight.... truly an honor to meet all of you."

Enzio looked around, the amount of people who had showed up was pleasing and he felt ready to take on the evil creature that lurked in the riots of Chalybs.
"You may proceed with the hearing, Amphion." One of the elder said, Amphion simply nodded before speaking again.
"The city in question is known as Metalpolis, it is one of the largest cities in Allurom so we can expect the streets to be bloody and packed full. The reasons for the riots are not known, the people do not seem to have any demands at all and it seems to be just one massive melee going on, which led the Allurom Guardians to suspect that it is a creature of massive power causing this to happen..."
Amphion waved his hand and a glowing orb about the size of a beach ball formed next to him, the orb showed footage of the riots in progress. The power in question was something AG had invented for their operations.
"This footage was taken about a day ago by an Allurom Guardian..." it began to show massive riots down on the city streets, viewing from one of the buildings nearby. A moment later there was a shadow that traced across the streets, the fire from the building casting a silhouette of something very large.
Within a moment whatever was flying above appeared, a large creature attached itself to the tallest building in the area... giving a massive roar that echoed throughout the city. It clicked off after a moment.
"As you can see, there is no doubt there is some type of creature involved... we believe it's using one of the skyscrapers as a lookout post for the riots. Our hope is that if we can manage to kill the creature that the people below will begin to calm down, otherwise, this has the chance to spread all over the city... it'll cripple Chalybs stability..."

Roxa snorted almost in a chuckle. "Well, Aya's gonna' be no good to me as a peasant again! If his kingdom becomes unstable, I'll just have to kick him back into gear and have him sort things out." He held his hands behind his head, eyes closed and face somber before lighting up again. "But seriously, Aya's done a hell of a lot for me in the past, and he's a valued member of the Kishu. It's about time that I paid him back, and this is the perfect opportunity to do so."
He looked across at Amphion, lowering his arms he tilted his head to the side slightly. "So, you said you were the strategist here... What's the plan?" He crossed his arms against his chest. "Personally, I'm thinking a two pronged assault."

Amalia looked up and sighed with a bit of a back and forth tilt of her head..."It's Chalybs. You'd be seen as soon as you got in through the front door. There aren't many ways into our little island...just the front door port. It's our strength and weakness."
She then looked to Roxa, and spoke, "A two pronged assault would be lovely- however, you'd have to remember a lot of these people are civilians. Aya has been out with a few higher people and they've been temporarily arresting those who do not comply- but even the land of steel can only make so many chains."
She looked to Amphion, "We...do have weaponry though. Aya would wish to save it for last if you could think of an alternative and...safer....Solution."

Amphion placed a finger against his forehead, his mind seemed to be working scenarios with every passing second. Finally he looked over at Amalia before speaking again, "Do not worry, I see the probability of our group needing lethal force against civilians only appearing in ten of the fifty scenarios I have ran."
He then glanced over at Roxa before continuing, "Judging by the current speed the protest are moving they will be at the targeted building in one day. At that point I predict we will have three hours to destroy the creature before the main district of the city is badly damaged or destroyed by the protesters... no doubt leading to the government taking offensive action against them."
"We will enter with two teams, one on the ground and one going through the roof. I will keep an eye on the operation from a nearby building and the squad leader will have full control of the decisions made once they enter the targeted building. The faster we destroy this thing means the faster the protests die off... we ourselves should move swiftly, no doubt the spell this creature has cast over the city will begin to affect us the longer we remain there."
He glanced all around the group before speaking once more, "The squad leaders will be Roxa Hiaten and Amalia Ryno, you may pick the rest of the squad yourself. Any questions?"

Roxa raised a hand to his chin in thought, trying to think what the best possible combinations could be for the different squads. Roxa would no doubt be the best for going through the roof thanks to his abilities over air pressure, it was just a matter of who would be the best to support him whilst he was up there... He looked back at those who were with them. Eli was a pure powerhouse, and would work effectively fighting downwards, which would allow Roxa some space to use magic... Plus, Ezio's effectiveness would work best whilst he was fighting alongside Amalia who Roxa assumed mainly used meleƩ combat.
He lowered his hand with a firm nod. "Alright... Eli... You're coming with me." He looked across at Amphion. "We'll take the top route and fight downwards, Eli's berserker strength will no doubt come in handy whilst we're fighting our way towards the bottom." He looked across at his Nephew and gave him a wink and a solid thumbs up.
