Personality: When in front of the camera, and clients, he seems like a very nice person. However behind closed doors, he is can be seen as cruel, taking over many different companies that will go against his company, and the corporation.

Weapons: On his body he has 3 pairs of kukris hidden within his suit, and also a pistol that he claims for protection.
Combat: Ulysses has perfected in the art of Ninjustu, mastering many different style. He is excellent at range fighting, using magic, pistols, and throwing knives. He is good with one handed swords and short weapons, but prefers his kukri.
Magic: Ulysses, being home from Allorum was able to control his mana absorption, and he can use fire spells, along with healing spells.
Flaws: Ulysses eyes are unique, letting him see a great distance and at night. However his eyes have a hard time adjusting to sunlight and are sensitive to light. He normally wear sunglasses
History: Ulysses’ success started when he was only 4. He was gifted mentally as he shown his intelligent at a young age as he was headed to college at age 16. His physical strength was shown in the Olympics as when he was 16 also, He won the bronze medal in gymnastic, and a silver in pistol shooting.
He is more known for his company. When he was 16 and about to head to college, his father died from a heart attack and so he inherited his company, the Tokugawa watch company. Ulysses was able to increase the profit of the company within one year, even while he was in college. He used the newly profits to buy a failing motorcycle, and turned that around, and ever since then, his enterprise, his company has their hand in everything, making from electronics, to weapons, to paper. He was recently approached by a group about harvesting a rare item called mana. At first he was skeptical, but after he watches some test subjects using the stuff, he agreed. They ran some tests on him, and found out that his a part of the very small percentage of people that can use mana without the implant. He then started to work for the corporation, buying out small companies, or any threats to their goal.
He went on a mission to Allorum to see the material for himself, and how to harvest it. He was station there for 6 months, practicing mana usage, and learning about how mana is used. He played it low, not revealing who he was even to the other members of the recon that came with him 6 months after he arrived. After the mission, he was the sole survivor, and now he is going L.A. to meet up with the corporation.
