I have a question regarding the Mark of Sun move, you say the move forces a user who has willingly committed evil to repent. Does the effect of this move apply to anyone, such as would this work on Trucido or Seigmand?

So it really comes down to if the enemy in question believes he's done terrible things? Because evil is a opinion - one person's sinner is another's saint. :/
