The sun slowly began to raise from its slumber and as the sun shined its soft glow onto the ghost ship it seemed like the beginning of a beautiful day...
Any time for admiration was quickly cut down when a loud noise that was best described as 'fingernails against a chalkboard' rang throughout the ships.
"ALL HANDS TO DECK!" Mark called out after the noise stopped. Mark probably should have gotten Zaria to do this, but this wasn't a captain ordering up his crew. This was a commander ordering his soldiers.

Eli slowly marched out from below deck with a slightly frizzy haired Juno in tow, the boy muttered something about it being 'too early' as Juno fretted over her hair.
"What's going on?" Eli spoke, barely awake and yawning.

"It's navy life, Eli. You don't get much sleep when you start off." Yeligar said as he walked up behind him. He knew the drill for naval protocols. They were all the same; get up at the crack of dawn, receive orders, carry out orders, keep ship spick and span, and hope you were the guy that doesn't have to be on duty that night. Yeligar stood on deck, to wait for the rest of the crew to wake up, and for the orders for the day.

An excited, shrill cry was heard from somewhere below deck, and in the blink of an eye Shanira was up with the rest of the party. She'd ran so fast to get there that she collided into Yeligar's back, nearly causing him to tumble over despite his size compared to her. She shrugged the accident off quickly though as she caught sight of Mark. She bounced on the balls of her feet, grin on her face and like the rising sun itself she beamed with an ecstatic radiance.

"Good morning dearest friends!" Mark called from above, "I do hope you received as much sleep as possible because today we set out to our next task: securing our victory!"
Mark began to step down the stairs and past the crew to a metal pedestal that was positioned in the middle of the ship. He turned back to everyone and gave them a solemn look, "Now listen clearly everyone... where we're about to go is the deepest of all darkness, the origins of horror stories and the birthing place of all things evil."
He sighed and closed his eyes before opening his mouth again to speak, "We're going to Hellious."

"Pa always said I'd end up there..." Brea muttered. He had been sat on the deck, his back against the side rail and his two swords propped up next to him. His hand held on to the necklace which he had taken off, but upon Mark's words, he went through the motions of re-attaching it. He looked across at the arch-angel and gave the faintest traces of a smile.
"Then again, it was more people than just my father who cursed me to Hellious."
He grasped his swords, and stood up. Tying the blades around his waist, he gave a stretch and stepped forwards. The smile on his face melted away in order to be replaced by a steely look of determination.
"So, why is it we're heading there?"

"We're going to fetch the only hope to defeating Duo," Mark said while turning his attention to Brea, "You're familiar with him, Brea. We're going to go into the deepest parts of Hellious to retrieve Kain Angelo."
"You see...after Heaven put in a request for Kain's release we were completely ignored. The big guys up there hate being ignored so I was given the pleasure of assembling a team to kick the shit out of those demons."
"The best of the best is what I wanted and I feel like that's what I got." Mark stepped over to the metal pedestal and looked back at them, "We're about to declare war on Hellious and it won't be pretty. We're going to hit them fast and hard while an army of Angels pounds their main forces. Anything anyone would like to add?"

"Bring it on, then." Zaria chimed in.
Part of it had to do with the fact she wasn't fully aware of what she was in for, and the other part was due to the fact she'd been craving adventure for quite sometime now. Whatever the reason- Zaria was ready to go. Almost pumped even.
Only time would tell if her attitude would change.

Shanira tilted her head inquisitively as Mark spoke about the great depths of all evil and horrendous things they were supposedly about to venture into. She blinked, a hand resting on her sword proudly as she said rather calmly, "Avi omoua tetafetyi."
I fear nothing.
At least, that was the firm belief she had in herself. The other Frexton guardians thought she was a defect of sorts, staring at any danger no matter how great firmly in the eye and never so much as flinch. Most of them thought this was something amazing, though Mahila, the late Bradley Frexton's guardian, wasn't as easily convinced--she was the only one who called Shanira out on not necessarily being a liar about her lack of fear, but being too stupidly into herself to admit she had one.
But what did Mahila know? She failed at her job!

"Alright than..." Mark turned to the pedestal and slipped out a small golden knife - which looked more like a letter opener. "The key to Hellious, for so long Heaven has held it but finding a proper entrance has always been difficult." He slipped the 'key' into the slot before there was a loud 'clinging' noise. Nothing happened at first but that's when the warship started to shake. Than what looked like a whirlpool started to open up ahead of them. "Everyone, hold on tight!" This was something he was saying very often it seemed, "HERE WE GO!" The warship got caught into the whirlpool and began circling it. To the crew this must have felt like hell for them, the constant turning never seemed to stop. As they went down they experienced similar sights and sounds as before; the feeling of despair and the cries for help were all so visible now. When the bottom of the ocean came into sight it probably looked like it was the end very everyone, until it began to open which allowed water to flush into the newly revealed area. As they entered there was a intense heat followed by insane laughter. Welcome to Hellious. Part 1 -End.
