Anyone who's played this caption contest run under me before should already know and maybe remember the general idea of what happens, and the rules that follow. I've changed a couple of things as I'm making you all accommodate my work schedule:
The Week
Tuesdays - Between 7am and ____ time in the day an image will go up.
Wednesdays-Sundays - Submit to the proper thread the witty caption that best defines the image, possibly murdering each other to better your odds. Contest officially over midnight on Sunday CST.
Mondays - Winners will be announced, and awarded a badge to show off to their family and friends how important they are on the internet.*cue the slow clap*
The Rules
1.) Two captions per person per contest.
2.) Aside from dead baby jokes, anything goes. If you're easily offended, feel free to hop on the earliest train to "That's-Just-Too-Fucking-Bad-Ville". We're all mostly adults here *snicker*, it doesn't need to be nasty.
3.) Play nice with each other and have respect for each others' entries--I'm the only judge here.
5.) In short, yes, you appear to be aiming to impress me, but even the jokes I find the funniest won't always win--be creative, there's only so many times "that's what she said" will win. Probably once.
6.) There was no number 4.
